本发明揭示了一种直线型缝切器,包括:上、下钳夹,钉仓,击发片和推刀杆,所述击发片和推刀杆的近端均配接于同一个用于驱动两者移动的滑块,所述击发片和下钳夹之间设有一个保险机构,所述保险机构至少包括一下保险块,所述下保险块包括一限位凸块,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓至下钳夹上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块设置在所述击发片的移动路线上;所述钉仓的下表面上设有一用于挤压所述限位凸块并将所述限位凸块推离所述击发片的移动路线的凸台。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:保险机构结构简单,加工方便,安全可靠,具有很好的市场推广价值。

直线型缝切器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直线型缝切器,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
直线型缝切器被广泛用于外科手术中用于伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割,典型的直线型缝切器如美国专利US5129570所揭示,具有缝合与切割两个功能,在进行伤口缝合的同时,将多余的组织切除。该类直线型缝切器一般包括上、下两个钳夹,以及用于闭合上、下钳夹的闭合把手,相对设置在上、下钳夹远端的钉砧和钉仓,设于钉仓内并可同时相对所述钉仓移动的击发片和远端设有切刀的推刀杆,以及用于驱动所述击发片和推刀杆移动的推钮。所述钉仓内排列设置有缝合钉,所述击发片依次按顺序推动推钉片并将缝合钉推向钉砧,所述切刀将位于钉仓和钉砧之间的组织切断。
现有技术中,直线型缝切器的钉仓是可以更换多次使用的。在临床使用时,经常需要多次缝合切割组织,因此在手术时需要多次更换钉仓。在没有放入钉仓的情况下,推钮可以被任意向前推动,进而切刀会被推出,会造成只切割而未缝合的严重后果。因此,现有技术的直线型缝切器都会设置一种保险机构。
美国专利US5129570号揭示了一种保险机构,在器械的中部设置一个带有切刀通道与击发片通道的保险块,在切刀下面设置弹片。当器械处于打开位置(即上、下两个钳夹未闭合)时,弹片将切刀弹起,使切刀无法通过切刀通道,起到保险作用;当器械装上钉仓,且上、下两个钳夹闭合后,钉仓压迫切刀顶部,使切刀克服弹片的弹力并恢复到与切刀通道对准的状态,这时保险解除,器械可以击发使用。
美国专利US7055730号揭示了另一种保险机构,在器械的中部设置一个带有推刀杆通道与击发片通道的保险块,该保险块在扭簧作用下可绕器械转动。当器械处于打开位置(即上、下两个钳夹未闭合)时,保险块发生扭转,使击发片与推刀杆都无法通过通道,起到保险作用;当器械装上钉仓,且上、下两个钳夹闭合后,钉仓压迫保险块使其克服扭簧的弹力而恢复正常位置(即击发片与推刀杆分别与其保险块上的通道对准),使击发片与推刀杆都可通过保险块,这时保险解除,器械可以击发使用。
以上几种结构均比较复杂,加工组装困难,价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有简单结构的保险机构的直线型缝切器。
本发明的目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种直线型缝切器,包括:可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,所述下钳夹的远端设置有钉仓;所述下钳夹内可相对所述钉仓移动地设有击发片和远端安装有切刀的推刀杆,所述击发片和推刀杆的近端均配接于同一个用于驱动两者移动的滑块,所述击发片和下钳夹之间设有一个保险机构,所述保险机构至少包括一个固定于所述下钳夹上的下保险块,所述下保险块包括一限位凸块,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓至下钳夹上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块设置在所述击发片的移动路线上;所述钉仓的下表面上设有一用于挤压所述限位凸块并将所述限位凸块推离所述击发片的移动路线的凸台。
优选的,所述击发片包括一连接片,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓至下钳夹上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块卡在所述连接片的远端面上。
优选的,所述下钳夹上设有一用于所述限位凸块穿过的开口,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓至下钳夹上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块穿过所述开口卡在所述连接片的远端面上。
优选的,所述下保险块包括至少一个本体,所述限位凸块相对远离所述本体,所述本体和限位凸块通过一柔性连接臂连接。
优选的,所述下保险块的本体上设有卡钩,所述上保险块上设有相对配合的凹槽。
优选的,所述保险机构还包括一个设于所述下钳夹内的上保险块,所述上保险块和下保险块相互固定,所述下保险块的柔性连接臂贴紧于所述下钳夹的底面。
优选的,所述下钳夹上设有用于所述至少一个本体穿过的开口。
优选的,所述本体的外侧设有限位块。
优选的,所述上保险块上设有用于使所述推刀杆通过的通道。
优选的,所述推刀杆包括一台阶,当所述推刀杆复位至所述直线型缝切器的初始状态时,所述台阶与所述上保险块的通道的远端面干涉。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:保险机构结构简单,加工方便,安全可靠,具有很好的市场推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种直线型缝切器的保险机构。与现有技术一致,所述直线型缝切器包括塑料外壳,可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,上钳夹的远端设有钉砧(图中未示出),下钳夹1的远端设有钉仓2。当然,上下钳夹的位置可以互换,本发明为了表达清楚才如此定义。
所述下钳夹1为U形,其内可相对所述钉仓2移动地设有击发片3和远端安装有切刀4的推刀杆5,所述击发片3和推刀杆5的近端均配接于同一个用于驱动两者移动的滑块6。使用时,将组织放在钉砧与钉仓之间,然后对合上、下钳夹,闭合把手,使上、下钳夹夹紧组织,然后推动设置在上下钳夹近端的击发推钮,与击发推钮连接的滑块6带动击发片3和推刀杆5即可实施组织的缝合和切割。
本发明的特点在于:所述直线型缝切器的击发片3和下钳夹1之间设有一个保险机构。所述保险机构包括相互固定的上保险块7和下保险块8,所述上保险块7和下保险块8均固定于所述下钳夹1上,所述下保险块8包括一限位凸块81,所述下钳夹上设有一用于所述限位凸块81穿过的开口11。当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓2至下钳夹1上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块81设置在所述击发片3的移动路线上。
结合图2、图3、图4和图4a所示,所述击发片3包括一连接片31,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓2至下钳夹1上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块81穿过所述开口11卡在所述连接片31的远端面上。这样,当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓2至下钳夹1上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块81限制了击发片3的移动,起到了保险作用。
具体的,所述下保险块8包括至少一个本体80。本优选实施例中,本体是扁平块,具有分设在限位凸块81两侧、相互平行的两块。所述限位凸块81相对远离所述本体80,所述本体80和限位凸块81通过一柔性连接臂82连接。所述下保险块8的本体80上设有卡钩83,所述上保险块7上设有相对配合的凹槽71。
所述下钳夹1还对应所述本体80设有至少一个用于所述本体80穿过的开口,该至少一个开口与用于所述限位凸块81穿过的开口相比,其位于下钳夹1的较近一侧。所述下保险块8的本体80侧面上还设有限位块84,所述限位块84可穿过所述下钳夹上对应的开口并将所述下保险块8卡在所述下钳夹1上。
安装保险机构时,先将下保险块8通过下钳夹1底部对应的开口装入下钳夹1上,限位块84将下保险块8卡在所述下钳夹1上;此时卡钩83伸入到下钳夹1内,再将上保险块7卡接于所述卡钩83内。这样,上、下保险块均被固定于所述下钳夹1内。当所述上保险块7和下保险块8固定后,所述下保险块8的柔性连接臂82贴紧于所述下钳夹1的底面12。
如图5和图5a所示,所述钉仓2的下表面上设有一用于挤压所述限位凸块81并将所述限位凸块81推离所述击发片3的移动路线的凸台21。当安装所述钉仓2时,该凸台21挤压所述限位凸块81,使所述限位凸块81脱离所述击发片3的移动路线。此时解除保险,可以自由地进行缝切。
如图6所示,所述上保险块7上设有用于使所述推刀杆5通过的通道72。所述推刀杆5包括一台阶51,当所述推刀杆5复位至所述直线型缝切器的初始状态时,所述台阶51与所述上保险块7的通道72的远端面73干涉,使所述推刀杆5回复到初始位置,而不会被过分复位,便于更换新的钉仓时,切刀与推刀杆进行配合。
本发明中的近端是指靠近操作者的一端,反之,远端为远离操作者的一端。本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种直线型缝切器,包括:可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,所述下钳夹(1)的远端设置有钉仓(2);所述下钳夹内可相对所述钉仓(2)移动地设有击发片(3)和远端安装有切刀(4)的推刀杆(5),所述击发片(3)和推刀杆(5)的近端均配接于同一个用于驱动两者移动的滑块(6),其特征在于:所述击发片(3)和下钳夹(1)之间设有一个保险机构,所述保险机构至少包括一个固定于所述下钳夹(1)上的下保险块(8),所述下保险块(8)包括一限位凸块(81),当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓(2)至下钳夹(1)上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块(81)设置在所述击发片(3)的移动路线上;所述钉仓(2)的下表面上设有一用于挤压所述限位凸块(81)并将所述限位凸块(81)推离所述击发片(3)的移动路线的凸台(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述击发片(3)包括一连接片(31),当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓(2)至下钳夹(1)上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块(81)卡在所述连接片(31)的远端面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述下钳夹(1)上设有一用于所述限位凸块(81)穿过的开口(11),当所述直线型缝切器处于未安装所述钉仓(2)至下钳夹(1)上的初始状态时,所述限位凸块(81)穿过所述开口(11)卡在所述连接片(31)的远端面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述下保险块(8)包括至少一个本体(80),所述限位凸块(81)相对远离所述本体(80),所述本体(80)和限位凸块(81)通过一柔性连接臂(82)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述下保险块(8)的本体(80)上设有卡钩(83),所述上保险块(7)上设有相对配合的凹槽(71)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述保险机构还包括一个设于所述下钳夹(1)内的上保险块(7),所述上保险块(7)和下保险块(8)相互固定,所述下保险块(8)的柔性连接臂(82)贴紧于所述下钳夹(1)的底面(12)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述下钳夹(1)上设有用于所述至少一个本体(80)穿过的开口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述本体(80)的外侧设有限位块(84)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述上保险块(7)上设有用于使所述推刀杆(5)通过的通道(72)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的直线型缝切器,其特征在于:所述推刀杆(5)包括一台阶(51),当所述推刀杆(5)复位至所述直线型缝切器的初始状态时,所述台阶(51)与所述上保险块(7)的通道(72)的远端面(73)干涉。
