Abstract
本发明揭示了一种直线型缝切器的钉仓,包括一个本体,所述本体的上表面是钉仓面,所述钉仓面上向内凹设有置钉孔和走刀槽,所述走刀槽设于有序排列的置钉孔之间,所述走刀槽内可移动地设有一切刀,所述钉仓面凸设有至少一个护墙,所述切刀的刀刃在护墙墙面的投影均在护墙墙面内。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:有效地保护了置于钉仓中的切刀的刀刃,结构简单,安全可靠,具有很好的市场推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直线型缝切器,尤其是一种直线型缝切器的钉仓,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
直线型缝切器被广泛用于外科手术中用于伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割,典型的直线型缝切器如美国专利US5129570所揭示,具有缝合与切割两个功能,在进行伤口缝合的同时,将多余的组织切除。该类直线型缝切器一般包括上、下两个钳夹,以及用于闭合上、下钳夹的闭合把手,相对设置在上、下钳夹远端的钉砧和钉仓,设于钉仓内并可同时相对所述钉仓移动的击发片和远端设有切刀的推刀杆,以及用于驱动所述击发片和推刀杆移动的推钮。所述钉仓内排列设置有缝合钉,所述击发片依次按顺序推动推钉片并将缝合钉推向钉砧,所述切刀将位于钉仓和钉砧之间的组织切断。
现有技术中,直线型缝切器的钉仓是可以更换多次使用的。如图1所示,所述钉仓包括一个本体1,所述本体的上表面是钉仓面2,所述钉仓面2上向内凹设有若干排置钉孔3和走刀槽4,所述缝合钉被放置于所述置钉孔3内,所述走刀槽4设于有序排列的置钉孔3之间。所述走刀槽4内可移动地设有一切刀5,由于切刀5的刀刃突出于所述钉仓的本体1外,所以在制造、运输、使用该直线缝切器的钉仓时,有可能造成刀刃的损害,或者是刀刃有可能会伤害到操作者。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种安全可靠的直线型缝切器的钉仓。
本发明的目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种直线型缝切器的钉仓,包括一个本体,所述本体的上表面是钉仓面,所述钉仓面上向内凹设有置钉孔和走刀槽,所述走刀槽设于有序排列的置钉孔之间,所述走刀槽内可移动地设有一切刀,所述钉仓面凸设有至少一个护墙,所述切刀的刀刃在护墙墙面的投影均在护墙墙面内。
优选的,所述钉仓面凸设有两个护墙,所述两个护墙相对设置在走刀槽的两侧。
优选的,所述一个护墙的高度与切刀的高度相平齐,另一个护墙的高度低于切刀的高度。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:有效地保护了置于钉仓中的切刀的刀刃,结构简单,安全可靠,具有很好的市场推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图2至图4所示,本发明提供了一种直线型缝切器的钉仓,包括一个本体1,所述本体1的上表面是钉仓面2,所述钉仓面2上向内凹设有若干排置钉孔3和走刀槽4,缝合钉被放置于所述置钉孔3内,所述走刀槽4设于有序排列的置钉孔3之间,所述走刀槽4内可移动地设有一切刀5,所述切刀5的刀刃6突出于所述钉仓的本体1外。
本优选实施例中,所述钉仓面2凸设有两个护墙7,所述两个护墙7相对设置在走刀槽4的两侧,其中一个护墙的高度与切刀5的高度相平齐,避免在运输过程中造成对刀刃的损害,同时也避免刀刃伤害到操作者;另一个护墙的高度低于切刀5的高度,从而避免与钉砧的相应部位形成干涉。所述切刀5在初始位置时其刀刃6在护墙墙面的投影均在护墙墙面内。这样,当所述切刀5处于初始位置时,刀刃6被夹在两个护墙7之间,很好地起到了保护刀刃的效果。当然,仅仅在钉仓面上设置一个护墙的方案也是可以实现保护刀刃的效果。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种直线型缝切器的钉仓,包括一个本体,所述本体的上表面是钉仓面,所述钉仓面上向内凹设有置钉孔和走刀槽,所述走刀槽设于有序排列的置钉孔之间,所述走刀槽内可移动地设有一切刀,其特征在于:所述钉仓面凸设有至少一个护墙,所述切刀的刀刃在护墙墙面的投影均在护墙墙面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线型缝切器的钉仓,其特征在于:所述钉仓面凸设有两个护墙,所述两个护墙相对设置在走刀槽的两侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直线型缝切器的钉仓,其特征在于:所述一个护墙的高度与切刀的高度相平齐,另一个护墙的高度低于切刀的高度。
