Abstract
本发明揭示了一种直线型切割缝合器,包括:可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,所述下钳夹的远端设置有钉仓,所述下钳夹为U形,其内可滑动地设有推钉杆和推刀杆,其特征在于:还包括一保险机构,所述保险机构包括一卡接件,所述推钉杆的底面设置有一与所述卡接件相配合的缺口;所述保险机构还包括一浮动块,所述浮动块可在所述下钳夹内进行纵向位移,当其抵接于所述钉仓或钉砧时,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:结构简单,加工方便,安全可靠,具有很好的推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直线型切割缝合器,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
直线型切割缝合器被广泛用于外科手术中用于伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割,典型的直线型切割缝合器如美国专利US5129570所揭示,具有缝合与切割两个功能,在进行伤口缝合的同时,将多余的组织切除。该类直线型切割缝合器一般包括上、下两个钳夹,以及用于闭合上、下钳夹的闭合把手,相对设置在上、下钳夹前端的钉砧和钉仓,设于钉仓内并可同时相对所述钉仓移动击发片和切刀,以及用于驱动所述击发片和切刀移动的推钮。所述钉仓内排列设置有缝合钉,所述击发片依次推动推钉片并将缝合钉推向钉砧,所述切刀将位于钉仓和钉砧之间的组织切断。
该器械的钉仓是可以更换多次使用的。在临床使用时,经常需要多次缝合切割组织,因此在手术时需要多次更换钉仓。在没有放入钉仓的情况下,推钮可以被任意向前推动,进而切刀会被推出,会造成只切割而未缝合的严重后果。因此,现有技术的直线型切割缝合器都会设置一种保险机构。
美国专利US5129570号揭示了一种保险机构,在器械的中部设置一个带有切刀通道与推钉杆通道的保险块,在切刀下面设置弹片。当器械处于打开位置(即上、下两个钳夹未闭合)时,弹片将切刀弹起,使切刀无法通过切刀通道,起到保险作用;当器械装上钉仓,且上、下两个钳夹闭合后,钉仓压迫切刀顶部,使切刀克服弹片的弹力并恢复到与切刀通道对准的状态,这时保险解除,器械可以击发使用。
美国专利US7055730号揭示了另一种保险机构,在器械的中部设置一个带有推刀杆通道与推钉杆通道的保险块,该保险块在扭簧作用下可绕器械转动。当器械处于打开位置(即上、下两个钳夹未闭合)时,保险块发生扭转,使推钉杆与推刀杆都无法通过通道,起到保险作用;当器械装上钉仓,且上、下两个钳夹闭合后,钉仓压迫保险块使其克服扭簧的弹力而恢复正常位置(即推钉杆与推刀杆分别与其保险块上的通道对准),使推钉杆与推刀杆都可通过保险块,这时保险解除,器械可以击发使用。
以上几种结构均非常复杂,加工组装困难,价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有简单结构的保险机构的直线型切割缝合器。
本发明的目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种直线型切割缝合器,包括:可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,所述下钳夹的远端设置有钉仓,所述下钳夹为U形,其内可滑动地设有推钉杆和推刀杆,所述直线型切割缝合器还包括一保险机构,所述保险机构包括一卡接件,所述推钉杆的底面设置有一与所述卡接件相配合的缺口;所述保险机构还包括一浮动块,所述浮动块可在所述下钳夹内进行纵向位移,当其抵接于所述钉仓或钉砧时,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
进一步地,所述浮动块的底端连接于所述卡接件的顶端,所述卡接件的底部连接于下钳夹,所述浮动块上轴向设置有分别供所述推钉杆及推刀杆通过的第一通槽及第二通槽。
更进一步地,所述浮动块的远端设置有一供钉仓挤压的凸起,所述钉仓可通过挤压所述凸起,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
更进一步地,所述浮动块的近端设置有一供钉砧挤压的凸起,所述钉砧可通过挤压所述凸起,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
更进一步地,所述卡接件为一弹片,所述弹片的底端焊接于所述下钳夹的内壁,所述弹片的顶端固定连接于所述浮动块。
更进一步地,所述卡接件为所述浮动块底部的卡块,所述卡块的端面与所述缺口相配合,且所述卡块的底端通过一弹簧连接于所述下钳夹的底面,当浮动块抵接于所述钉仓或钉砧时,进而驱动所述卡接件进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件的底部与所述缺口分离。
更进一步地,所述卡块与浮动块为一体化制造。
更进一步地,所述卡接件连接于所述下钳夹底面的中央,且所述缺口对应地设置于所述推钉杆底面的中央。
更进一步地,所述浮动块的两侧分别轴向设置有一腰型凸起,所述下钳夹的两内侧壁分别设置有与所述腰型凸起相配合的腰形槽,所述腰型凸起可在所述腰形槽内纵向移动。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:结构简单,加工方便,安全可靠,具有很好的推广价值。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种直线型切割缝合器,其包括:可相互闭合或打开的上钳夹、下钳夹5,下钳夹5的远端设置有钉仓51,下钳夹5为U形,其内可滑动地设有推钉杆3和推刀杆4,所述直线型切割缝合器还包括一保险机构,所述保险机构包括一卡接件,推钉杆3的底面设置有一与所述卡接件的顶端相配合的缺口;所述保险机构还包括一浮动块1,浮动块1可抵接于钉仓51或钉砧6,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离;浮动块1上轴向设置有分别供推钉杆3及推刀杆4通过的第一通槽11及第二通槽12。
【第一实施例】
如图1-4所示,本实施例中,所述直线型切割缝合器包括:上钳夹、U型的下钳夹5;设置于下钳夹5内并可在其内滑动的推钉杆3和推刀杆4;保险机构,所述保险机构包括底端焊接于下钳夹5内壁的中央的弹片2、及连接于弹片2的顶端的浮动块1,浮动块1上轴向设置有分别供推钉杆3及推刀杆4通过的第一通槽11、第二通槽12,推钉杆3的底面的中央设置有一与弹片2的顶端相配合的缺口,浮动块1的远端设置有一供钉仓51挤压的凸起13。浮动块1的两侧分别轴向设置有一腰型凸起(未图示),下钳夹5的两内侧壁分别设置有与所述腰型凸起相配合的腰形槽,所述腰型凸起可在所述腰形槽内纵向移动,从而起到引导浮动块1纵向移动的作用。当然,亦可在浮动块1的两侧分别轴向设置有一腰形槽(未图示),下钳夹5的两内侧壁分别设置有与所述腰形槽相配合的腰型凸起(未图示)。
本实施例的工作原理为:当所述直线型切割缝合器未打开或钉仓51未安装时,浮动块1在弹片2的作用下上浮,弹片2卡入推钉杆3的底面的缺口里,使得推钉杆3不能被向前推动,及所述保险机构被打开;将钉仓51被安装至下钳夹5上时,闭合上、下钳夹,钉仓51挤压凸起13,使得浮动块1压迫弹片2下移,浮动块恢复到可以使得推钉杆3和推刀杆4通过的位置,弹片2脱离所述缺口,从而使得所述保险机构被关闭。
【第二实施例】
如图5-8所示,本实施例中,浮动块1的近端设置有一供钉砧6挤压的凸起13,其他结构与第一实施例中的结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例的工作原理为:当所述直线型切割缝合器未打开或钉仓51未安装时,浮动块1在弹片2的作用下上浮,弹片2卡入推钉杆3的底面的缺口里,使得推钉杆3不能被向前推动,即所述保险机构被打开;当钉仓51被安装至下钳夹5上时,并闭合上、下钳夹后,钉砧6挤压凸起13,使得浮动块1压迫弹片2下移,浮动块恢复到可以使得推钉杆3和推刀杆4通过的位置,弹片2脱离所述缺口,从而使得所述保险机构被关闭。
【第三实施例】
本实施例中,所述卡接件为一卡块(未图示),所述卡块与所述缺口相配合,且所述卡块的底端通过一弹簧(未图示)连接于下钳夹5的底面,所述卡块与浮动块1为一体化制造,其他结构与第一实施例中的结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例的工作原理为:当所述直线型切割缝合器未打开或钉仓51未安装时,所述卡块在所述弹簧的作用下上浮,浮块1在所述卡块的作用下亦向上浮动,所述卡块的顶端卡入推钉杆3的底面的缺口里,使得推钉杆3不能被向前推动,即所述保险机构被打开;当钉仓51被安装至下钳夹5上时,并闭合上、下钳夹后,钉仓51挤压凸起13,使得浮动块1压迫所述弹簧收缩,从而使得所述卡块下移,浮动块1恢复到可以使得推钉杆3和推刀杆4通过的位置,所述卡块脱离所述缺口,从而使得所述保险机构被关闭。
【第四实施例】
本实施例中,所述卡接件为一卡块(未图示),所述卡块的顶端与所述缺口相配合,且所述卡块的底端通过一弹簧(未图示)连接于下钳夹5的底面,所述卡块与浮动块1为一体化制造,其他结构与第二实施例中的结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例的工作原理为:当所述直线型切割缝合器未打开或钉仓51未安装时,所述卡块在所述弹簧的作用下上浮,浮块1在所述卡块的作用下亦向上浮动,所述卡块的顶端卡入推钉杆3的底面的缺口里,使得推钉杆3不能被向前推动,即所述保险机构被打开;当钉仓51被安装至下钳夹5上时,并闭合上、下钳夹后,钉砧6挤压凸起13,使得浮动块1压迫所述弹簧收缩,从而使得所述卡块下移,浮动块1恢复到可以使得推钉杆3和推刀杆4通过的位置,所述卡块脱离所述缺口,从而使得所述保险机构被关闭。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种直线型切割缝合器,包括:可相互闭合或打开的上、下钳夹,所述下钳夹的远端设置有钉仓,所述下钳夹为U形,其内可滑动地设有推钉杆和推刀杆,其特征在于:还包括一保险机构,所述保险机构包括一卡接件,所述推钉杆的底面设置有一与所述卡接件相配合的缺口;所述保险机构还包括一浮动块,所述浮动块可在所述下钳夹内进行纵向位移,当其抵接于所述钉仓或钉砧时,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述浮动块的底端连接于所述卡接件的顶端,所述卡接件的底端连接于下钳夹,所述浮动块上轴向设置有分别供所述推钉杆及推刀杆通过的第一通槽及第二通槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述浮动块的远端设置有一供钉仓挤压的凸起,所述钉仓可通过挤压所述凸起,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
4.根据权利要求2所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述浮动块的近端设置有一供钉砧挤压的凸起,所述钉砧可通过挤压所述凸起,进而驱动所述卡接件的顶端进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件与所述缺口分离。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述卡接件为一弹片,所述弹片的底端焊接于所述下钳夹的内壁,所述弹片的顶端固定连接于所述浮动块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述卡接件为所述浮动块底部的卡块,所述卡块的端面与所述缺口相配合,且所述卡块的底端通过一弹簧连接于所述下钳夹的底面,当浮动块抵接于所述钉仓或钉砧时,进而驱动所述卡接件进行纵向位移,使得所述卡接件的底部与所述缺口分离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述卡块与浮动块为一体化制造。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述卡接件连接于所述下钳夹底面的中央,且所述缺口对应地设置于所述推钉杆底面的中央。
9.根据权利要求1所述的直线型切割缝合器,其特征在于:所述浮动块的两侧分别轴向设置有一腰型凸起,所述下钳夹的两内侧壁分别设置有与所述腰型凸起相配合的腰形槽,所述腰型凸起可在所述腰形槽内纵向移动。
