背景技术
红枣的营养保健作用,在远古时期就被人们发现并利用, <<诗经》己有"八月剥枣"的记载了,李时珍在《本草纲目》中说:枣昧甘、性温,能补中益,红枣提汤气、养血生津,用于治疗"脾虚弱、食少便糖、气血亏虚"等疾病,至今,枣都被视为重要滋补品,常食大枣可治疗身体虚弱、贫血泊瘦、脾胃不和、劳伤咳嗽、养肝防癌功能尤为突出。但是将红枣制成枣糕其营养和功效单一,现在需要一种具有多重功效的养生枣糕的配方供人们食用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种养生枣糕的配方,食用方便,养生效果明显、多样。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种养生枣糕的配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:百合粉末1.5-2.3份、岗梅粉末0.6-2.4份、杏仁粉末3.2-4.7份、桔梗粉末2.5-3.7份、枸杞2.3-3.5份、槐角粉末0.2-0.8份、红枣泥5-12份、冰糖2.3-4.5份、阿胶8-12份、有盐水解植物蛋白0.05-0.08份、丙氨酸0.06-0.12份、葡萄糖酸钾0.1-0.25份和黑白芝麻混合粉末3.5-6.5份。
优化的,上述养生枣糕的配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:百合粉末1.8份、岗梅粉末1.3份、杏仁粉末4.2份、桔梗粉末2.8份、枸杞3.2份、槐角粉末0.4份、红枣泥10份、冰糖3.7份、阿胶11份、有盐水解植物蛋白0.06份、丙氨酸0.08份、葡萄糖酸钾0.17份和黑白芝麻混合粉末5.6份。
本发明与现有的枣糕相比,有益效果是本发明加入了百合、岗梅、杏仁、桔梗、枸杞和槐角;百合具有润肺止咳、清心安神的作用,尤其是鲜百合更甘甜味美,特别适合养肺、养胃的人食用,比如慢性咳嗽、肺结核、口舌生疮、口干、口臭的患者,一些心悸患者也可以适量食用;岗梅功能清热解毒,生津止渴;杏仁功能止咳平喘,润肠通便;桔梗功能宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气;槐角功能清心、肺、脾、肝、大肠之火。治心腹热痛;加入上述中药,可以增加枣糕的养生作用,药食同源。
