本发明公开了一种高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米,该复合保健米中高蛋白含量≥10%,硒含量≥1mg/kg,锌含量≥200mg/kg,钙含量≥500mg/100g,其中硒、锌、钙由采用富硒、富锌、富钙栽培方法得到的富硒、锌、钙魔芋和葛根原料制成的富硒、锌、钙的魔芋粉和葛根粉获得,蛋白质由纯天然豆类原料和食用菌原料制成的豆粉和食用菌粉获得。这种营养保健米不仅含有魔芋和葛根的活性保健成分,还含有硒、锌、钙、高蛋白的营养保健作用,富含维生素、多糖、多种微量元素和膳食纤维,可以提供全面平衡的营养,促进生长发育,增强体质,提高免疫功能,强身健体,延年益寿。

本发明涉及营养米,具体是一种高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米。
背景技术
硒是人体必需的微量元素,具很强的抗氧化、抗衰老、抗病毒能力,而我国的食物链中严重缺硒;锌能促进人体生长发育,增强人体免疫力,增强食欲等多种功能;钙是构成人体最多的元素,儿童缺钙会导致发育不良,智力低下,成年人缺钙会导致肌肉痉挛抽筋,老年人缺钙会导致骨质疏松。我国人口普遍存在着缺硒、缺锌、缺钙的问题,影响国民的健康水平;目前人体内的硒、锌、钙的补充主要靠服用不同的保健品获得,而通过日常饮食能同时获得这些营养保健成分的魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米未见报导。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种保健功能较健全的高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米,由包括下述按重量份计的原料经与水混匀、造粒、烘干制成,该复合保健米中高蛋白含量≥10%,硒含量≥1mg/kg,锌含量≥200mg /kg ,钙含量≥500mg/100g,其中硒、锌、钙由采用富硒、富锌、富钙栽培方法得到的富硒、锌、钙魔芋和葛根原料制成的富硒、锌、钙的魔芋粉和葛根粉获得,蛋白质由纯天然豆类原料和食用菌原料制成的豆粉和食用菌粉获得:
富硒、锌、钙魔芋粉 3-7
食用菌粉0.8-1.2
豆粉0.8-1.2
富硒、锌、钙葛根粉0.8-1.2
全麦粉0.8-1.2
糙米粉0.8-1.2。
所述的食用菌粉为香菇、双包菇、木耳、平菇、大球盖菇、杏鲍菇、茶树菇、牛肝菌、鸡腿菌、灵芝中的一种或几种经干燥、粉碎而成;
所述的豆粉可以是黄豆、黑豆、红豆、蚕豆、豌豆、赤小豆中的一种或几种经干燥、粉碎而成;
所述的富硒、富锌、富钙的魔芋和葛根,通过包括下述主要步骤的栽培方法得到:
(1)硒浸种:用10000-15000倍的硒肥稀释液浸种薯2-6小时,取出沥干播种;
(2)施生石灰:根据土壤pH值的状况,每亩施生石灰25-150kg;
(3)施基肥:在基肥中混入硒肥和锌肥,用料配比为:基肥︰硒肥︰锌肥=1000︰1︰5;
(4)施追肥:每亩用硒肥10-50g,兑水淋根;
(5)施叶面肥:用稀释10000-15000倍的硒肥稀释液和浓度为0.3-0.5%锌肥稀释液及浓度为0.5-1%的钙肥稀释液,在葛根和魔芋生长期内叶面喷雾2-6次。
所述的硒肥为农用硒肥、亚硒酸钠、硒丰宝或富硒氨基酸叶面肥等商品硒肥。
所述的锌肥为农用锌肥、硫酸锌或锌叶面肥等商品锌肥。
所述的钙肥为农用石灰、硝酸钙、氯化钙、碳酸钙、氧化钙或离子钙等叶面肥。
本发明的高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按用量重量份配比称料,混合;
(2)加水拌匀,用水量为以将混合料放在手心中用力捏成团,松开时能慢慢自然松散为宜,含水量为55-65%;
(3)送入造粒机造粒;
(4)烘干即成。
制得的营养保健米经检测,高蛋白含量≥10%,硒含量≥1mg/kg,锌含量≥220mg/kg ,钙含量≥560mg/100g。
本发明的优点是:这种营养保健米不仅含有魔芋、葛根、全麦、糙米、食用菌、豆类的活性保健成分,还含有硒、锌、钙和高蛋白的营养保健作用,富含维生素、多糖、多种微量元素和膳食纤维,可以提供全面平衡的营养,促进生长发育,增强体质,并具有降压、降脂、降糖、减肥、壮骨、抗癌、提高免疫功能,强身健体,延年益寿的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋杂粮复合营养保健米:
1、配方:富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉500kg,双孢磨菇粉100kg,黄豆粉100kg,富硒、富锌、富钙葛根粉100kg,全麦粉100kg,糙米粉100kg;
2、制备方法:
(1)将配方中的原料混合,加水拌匀,调至含水量55-65﹪;
(2)送入造粒机造粒;
(3)烘干即成。
所述富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉和葛根粉由通过以下栽培技术而得到的高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙的魔芋和葛根经粉碎而成:
1、栽种时,用浓度为15000倍的硒丰宝稀释液对魔芋和葛根种子或种苗进行浸种或浸根3小时;
2、犁翻整地时,施生石灰,每亩用量100kg;
3、种植时定植穴施基肥,在基肥中混入农用硒肥、硫酸锌,用料配比为:基肥︰农用硒肥︰硫酸锌=1000︰1︰5;
4、施追肥:每亩用农用硒肥20g,兑水淋根;生长期用2-3次;
5、施叶面肥,用12000倍的硒丰宝稀释液、浓度为0.4%的硫酸锌稀释液和浓度为0.8%的硝酸钙,分别在魔芋和葛根生长旺盛和块根形成期的5、7、8月的每月各喷两次。
所得复合营养保健米中,高蛋白含量10.1%,硒含量1.50mg/kg,锌含量260mg/kg ,钙含量550mg/100g。
实施例2:
配方:富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉500kg,平菇粉50kg,大球盖菇粉50 kg 、豌豆粉50kg,蚕豆粉50kg,富硒、富锌、富钙葛根粉100kg,全麦粉100kg,糙米粉100kg;
所述富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉和葛根粉由通过以下栽培技术而得到的高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙的魔芋和葛根经粉碎而成:
1、栽种时,用浓度为15000倍的亚硒酸钠稀释液对魔芋和葛根种子或种苗进行浸种或浸根3小时;
2、犁翻整地时,施生石灰,每亩用量100kg;
3、种植时定植穴施基肥,在基肥中混入农用硒肥、硫酸锌,用料配比为:基肥︰农用硒肥︰硫酸锌=1000︰1︰5;
4、施追肥:每亩用农用硒肥20g,兑水淋根;生长期用2-3次;

配方:富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉500kg,平菇粉60kg,杏鲍菇粉50 kg 、黑豆粉60kg,赤小豆粉40kg,富硒、富锌、富钙葛根粉100kg,全麦粉100kg,糙米粉100kg;
所述富硒、富锌、富钙魔芋粉和葛根粉由通过以下栽培技术而得到的高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙的魔芋和葛根经粉碎而成:
1、栽种时,用浓度为15000倍的富硒氨基酸稀释液对魔芋和葛根种子进行浸种或对种苗进行浸根3小时;
2、犁翻整地时,施生石灰,每亩用量100kg;
3、种植时定植穴施基肥,在基肥中混入农用硒肥、硫酸锌,用料配比为:基肥︰农用硒肥︰硫酸锌=1000︰1︰5;
4、施追肥:每亩用农用硒肥20g,兑水淋根;生长期用2-3次;

1.一种高蛋白富硒、富锌、富钙杂粮复合营养保健米,其特征是:由下述按重量份计的原料与水混匀、造粒、烘干制成,该复合保健米中高蛋白含量≥10%,硒含量≥1mg/kg,锌含量≥200 mg /kg ,钙含量≥500mg/100g,其中硒、锌、钙由采用富硒、富锌、富钙栽培方法得到的富硒、锌、钙魔芋和葛根原料制成的富硒、锌、钙的魔芋粉和葛根粉获得,蛋白质由纯天然豆类原料和食用菌原料制成的豆粉和食用菌粉获得:
富硒、锌、钙魔芋粉 3-7
食用菌粉0.8-1.2
豆粉0.8-1.2
富硒、锌、钙葛根粉0.8-1.2
全麦粉0.8-1.2
糙米粉0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合营养保健米,其特征是:所述的食用菌粉为香菇、双孢蘑菇、木耳、平菇、大球盖菇、杏鲍菇、茶树菇、牛肝菌、鸡腿菌中的一种或几种经粉碎而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合营养保健米,其特征是:所述的豆粉为黄豆、黑豆、红豆、蚕豆、豌豆、赤小豆中的一种或几种经粉碎而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合营养保健米,其特征是:所述的富硒、富锌、富钙葛根和魔芋均由通过包括下述主要步骤的栽培方法得到:

(2)施生石灰:根据土壤pH值的状况,每亩施生石灰25-150kg;

(4)施追肥:每亩用硒肥10-50g,兑水淋根;
(5)施叶面肥:用稀释10000-15000倍的硒肥稀释液和浓度为0.3—0.5%的锌肥稀释液及浓度为0.5-1%的钙肥稀释液,在葛根和魔芋生长期内叶面喷雾2-6次。
