Abstract

Description
本发明涉及工业用气使用仪,尤其涉及由高压气源供气的装有消耗所述气体的手提式使用仪的气体供应装置。
工业用气使用仪,特别是用于焊接或医疗方面的工业用气使用仪,是由气瓶供气的,该气瓶通常很重,一般来说,其活动半径难以满足仪器准时用气的需要。对于后者的使用来说,气瓶的运送常常是必要的,气瓶的体积和重量严重影响了操作的灵活性和使用的可靠性。使用容量比较小的小气瓶,对使用者来说,会带来再次供气的问题,对供气者来说,会带来运送和调整许多体积不等的气瓶的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种解决上述问题的气体供应装置,仪器使用起来非常方便,无需增加太多的投资,即可在供气时较好地控制气体消耗,并增加了安全可靠性。
为此,根据本发明的一个特征,这种装置包括设置在高压气源和使用仪之间的装气箱和气体存储箱,以及用于连接存储箱和使用仪以构成一个可移动操作的整体组件的可拆连接件,其中:装气箱的出口端通过至少一个第一减压阀和一条管子与高压气源相连,以将高压气源中的气体进行第一次减压;装气箱上设有出口端快速连接件,以与存储箱上的入口端快速连接件连接,以将经过第一次减压的气体输进存储箱内的中压容器中;存储箱内的中压容器的出口处设有第二减压阀,经过第二减压阀第二次减压的气体通过接头和管子在存储箱的外部连到使用仪的供气口,以供使用仪使用。
根据本发明的另一特征,装气箱有一成型凹座,用于接纳存储箱的一部分,装气箱的出口端快速连接件设置在该凹座上。
利用本发明的这种供气装置,既提高了使用该供气装置的使用仪的灵活性,也提高了该使用仪的安全可靠性。

图1中示出的工业用气体供应装置,特别适用于TIG、MIG-MAG或OXYFLAMMF手提式焊机,基本上包括高压气源1,例如氩或氩的混合物,通常的压力为200或300×105巴,装气箱2,以及与手提式使用仪4组合在一起的气体存储箱3。高压气源1最好具有大容积,位于单独区域,通过周期性间隙补气,在所示的实施例中,通过第一减压阀5和软管6,与装在装气箱2中的供气管路7相连通,软管6最好同箱2相连。

图1所示出的实施例中,通过松开连接件32,例如自动锁紧钩,把存储箱3连接到手提式焊机4上,这样,箱3构成使用仪4的底座,避免其与不良环境接触。为了便于单独装卸存储箱3,例如,在装气箱2与装气站之间的输送,箱3还包括一个嵌入的把手33。
如图1所示,箱3最好包括气体流速调节阀34,该气体由使用仪4上的空间8提供,箱3还包括排气流速显示器35,空间8中的压力计36以及装气标记37。
在固定安装的情况下,如图1所示,装气箱2最好是固定在地面上,而箱2,如气源1那样,也可以装在车辆上,例如,装在配有使用仪4的医疗用的救护车上,所述使用仪4由手提式氧疗法的仪器构成。最后,在气源由原地的发生器产生的情况下,装气箱可以组装在紧凑装置里的发生器中。
图3和图5所示的实施例中,箱3由两个半贝壳状下部构件40A及40B与盖子41一起组装而成,它是用塑性材料PVC制成的,盖子41是通过螺丝例如42固定在半贝壳状构件40上。盖子41包括分别限定前后两个把手33A和33B的两个相对着的凹口。盖子41的上部差不多呈平面,该盖子41还配有两个用弹性材料制成的两个开槽的带子43,用来挠性安装并防止使用仪4在箱3上摩擦,盖住螺丝42使箱3不能拆卸。它由锁紧在构件40及41中的前后隔板45及44加以加固。
中压气瓶8由相互焊接在一起的两个冲压件8A和8B构成,如同人们在图3示出的局部剖面图上所看见的那样,所述冲压件由BS2和BS3钢制成。气瓶8的供气或快速连接件15装在环构件46中,该环46焊接在前冲压件8A的侧壁开口内。构件15包括一串接的上游过滤器47以及下游止逆阀48。构件15还包括喇叭口前部49,用来对相应于装气箱2出口端部16的连接件进行导向和定中心。按照相同的方式,低压减压阀14/流速调节阀34这个组件,通过焊接在前冲压件8A底部开口内的环50装在气瓶8上,还包括上游过滤器51,它位于气瓶8的内部,串接在减压阀14上游,保护减压阀14不受气瓶8中产生的颗粒的影响,尤其是制造气瓶所产生的积炭的影响,单向阀52保证气瓶中剩余压力为大约1.5×105巴,如同阀48那样,阻止任何空气进入气瓶。单向52还具有(或起到)止逆阀的功能。
与减压阀齐平,通过高压阀53,确保防止箱3中超压,当存储箱3中压力超过50×105巴时,所述箱就开启,低压阀54连到减压阀14的低压腔中,阻止输出管道10中约2×105巴的剩余压力释放,输出管道10伸向箱3后部直到使用仪上挠性连接头11处,接头11装在后壁45上,最好配有止逆阀以保持管道10中负压。
气瓶8通过构件40和41之间的内加强筋间隙55定位和固定在箱3中,泡沫填料56配置在所述构件40和41之间,泡沫垫57也配置在气瓶8的底部和后隔板45之间,减压阀14/流速调节阀34组件通过装在隔板44中心孔中的弹性环58定位和保持在前隔板44上。在图3和图5所示的实施例中,箱3包括一个装在前隔板44上的压力计59,该压力计59同减压阀14的低压区相连。箱3定位于地面上并在地面上移动,箱3的内表面最好配有聚酰胺制成的防磨损滑轨(未示出)。在这个实施例中,箱3的单独携带及其与使用仪4的连接是通过两根带子32实施的,这两根带子贯穿在箱3中形成的开口60,其下的部分延伸到与气瓶8相接触,如同图3中所示的那样,以便带子32支承在气瓶8上,当带子锁紧在使用仪周围,使其与箱3相通,构成自动输送标记。
在图4中所示的实施例中,装气箱2通常在其上部有一个间隙19,以便同箱3的下部型面相一致,该装气箱2在下游包括直接同高压气源相连的高压供气内导管7,使高压降低到小于100×105巴的第一减压阀61,以及使压力回升到输送管道63中所采用的压力、即30-50×105巴的第二减压阀62,所述输送管道63同接头端部16相连,该接头端部16用来同箱3上连接件15相匹配,这种接头端部16凸出到间隙19中。减压阀61、62由凸出到箱2外部的流速调节器64加以调节。经第一减压阀61的高压由安装在箱2中的压力计读出。如同箱3中的低压减压阀14那样,箱2中的第二减压阀或中压减压阀62包括防负压的安全阀66。
如图4中所示,箱2最好还包括接头67,装有止逆阀,它通过管子68连到减压阀62的出口处,并通过箱2提供一个固定工作位置,在箱2中,保留其为箱3装气的作用。为防止空气或混合物进入气流中,箱2最好通过挠性管6连到高压气源1,该挠性管6包括连接接头69,如箱3中的接头11和箱2中的接头67那样,所述接头69配有止逆阀。如同图4中所示的那样,箱2的连接头16包括锥形外型面,用来同连接件15的锥形入口处相匹配,另外,还包括可收起的管状裙部71,保护接头16上的推杆30,当所述裙部同接头16相连时,该裙部由连接件15加以推动。
如图3和图4中所示,箱3和箱2中的流速调节器阀34和36最好是指示型的,以提供预先调节好的预定流速范围。
只要不超出本发明范围,允许对本发明作出各种改进。特别是,如上所述,使用仪4可以是氧疗法仪器或吹风器,在这种情况下,存储器1是一个负压氧气存储器或是由一组液体蒸发器组合而成的装置。
Claims (12)
1.手提式使用仪(4)的从高压气源(1)供气的供气装置,其特征在于,包括设置在所述高压气源(1)和使用仪(4)之间的装气箱(2)和气体存储箱(3),以及一个用于连接所述气体存储箱(3)和使用仪(4)以构成一个可移动操作的整体组件的可拆卸的连接件(32),其中:所述装气箱(2)的出口端通过至少一个第一减压阀(5,61,62)和一条管子(6)与所述高压气源(1)相连,以将所述高压气源(1)中的气体进行第一次减压;所述装气箱(2)上设有出口端快速连接件(16),以与所述气体存储箱(3)上的入口端快速连接件(15)连接,以将经过所述第一次减压的气体输进所述气体存储箱(3)中的中压容器(8)中;在所述气体存储箱(3)中的中压容器(8)出口处设有一个第二减压阀(14),经过所述第二减压阀(14)第二次减压的气体通过接头(11)和管子(12)在所述气体存储箱(3)的外部连到所述使用仪(4)的供气口(13),以供所述使用仪使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述装气箱(2)有一成型凹座(19),用于接纳所述气体存储箱(3)的一部分,所述出口端快速连接件(16)设置在所述凹座(19)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述入口端连接件(15)和出口端连接件(16)各包括一个阀(23,27),所述阀通常是关闭的,当所述入口端连接件(15)和出口端连接件(16)接配时,所述阀运动到开启位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述中压容器(8)由一个小气瓶构成,在所述小气瓶的一端装有一个第一流动调节阀(34)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述入口端连接件(15)装在所述气瓶(8)的侧壁部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述气瓶(8)位于塑性材料制成的所述气体存储箱(3)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述可拆卸的连接件(32)由至少一根连在所述气体存储箱(3)上的带子构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述气体存储箱(3)具有至少一个操作把手(33A,33B)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述装气箱(2)具有一个第二气体流动调节阀(64)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述装气箱(2)还具有可同另一个使用仪相连的低压气体出口(67)。
11.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述使用仪(4)是一种焊接机。
12.根据权利要求11所述的供气装置,其特征在于,所述气体主要由氩组成。
