本发明涉及一种法兰，特别是涉及一种汽车用的法兰。
背景技术
法兰（Flange）又叫法兰盘或突缘。法兰是使管子与管子及和阀门相互连接的零件，连接于管端。法兰上有孔眼，螺栓使两法兰紧连。法兰间用衬垫密封。法兰分螺纹连接（丝接）法兰和焊接法兰及卡套法兰。法兰连接或法兰接头，是指由法兰、垫片及螺栓三者相互连接作为一组组合密封结构的可拆连接。法兰都是成对使用的，低压管道可以使用丝接法兰，四公斤以上压力的使用焊接法兰。两片法兰盘之间加上密封垫，然后用螺栓紧固。不同压力的法兰厚度不同，它们使用的螺栓也不同。水泵和阀门在和管道连接时，这些器材设备的局部，也制成相对应的法兰形状，也称为法兰连接。法兰连接使用方便，能够承受较大的压力。在工业管道中，法兰连接的使用十分广泛。现有汽车用的法兰的结构复杂，成本高，且容易发生漏油。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车用的法兰，其结构简单，降低成本，且容易发生漏油。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：一种汽车用的法兰，所述汽车用的法兰包括外壳和螺栓孔，其特征在于，所述汽车用的法兰还包括第一台阶、第二台阶、第一圆锥台、第二圆锥台、螺丝孔、第三圆锥台、第四圆锥台、内壳，螺栓孔位于外壳的一端上，螺丝孔位于外壳的另一端上，第一台阶、第二台阶都位于外壳的一端内，第一圆锥台、第二圆锥台都位于第二台阶和第三圆锥台之间，第三圆锥台、第四圆锥台都位于外壳的另一端内，内壳位于外壳内。
优选地，所述第一台阶与第二台阶之间设有第一隔板。
优选地，所述外壳的一端的直径大于外壳的另一端的直径。
优选地，所述外壳的材料、内壳的材料都采用钨钢。
本发明的积极进步效果在于：本发明汽车用的法兰结构简单，降低成本，且不容易发生漏油。

如图1所示，本发明汽车用的法兰包括外壳1、螺栓孔2、第一台阶3、第二台阶5、第一圆锥台6、第二圆锥台7、螺丝孔8、第三圆锥台9、第四圆锥台10、内壳11，螺栓孔2位于外壳1的一端上，螺丝孔8位于外壳1的另一端上，第一台阶3、第二台阶5都位于外壳1的一端内，第一圆锥台6、第二圆锥台7都位于第二台阶5和第三圆锥台9之间，第三圆锥台9、第四圆锥台10都位于外壳1的另一端内，内壳11位于外壳1内。
第一台阶3与第二台阶5之间设有第一隔板4，这样进行隔离。
外壳1的一端的直径大于外壳1的另一端的直径。
外壳的材料、内壳的材料都采用钨钢，这样提高强度。
本发明汽车用的法兰的工作原理如下：第一台阶、第二台阶方法与其他元件嵌套配合，第一圆锥台、第二圆锥台、第三圆锥台、第四圆锥台与其他元件嵌套配合，这样不容易发生漏油。螺栓孔通过螺栓进行固定，螺丝孔通过螺丝进行固定。
综上所述，本发明汽车用的法兰结构简单，降低成本，且不容易发生漏油。
