本发明公开了一种新型高压同轴阀,包括阀本体,阀本体内设有活塞、活塞杆组件,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件设有内通孔,介质从内通孔的一端流入,内通孔的另一端设有密封组件,所述的密封组件与活塞、活塞杆组件同轴设置,密封组件由密封垫和支撑环组成,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件外侧设有衬套,两端衬套下部开有泄露检测口。本发明的有益效果为结构简单、安装空间小、开启关闭迅速、可检测阀门是否有泄露、寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种新型高压同轴阀。
背景技术
目前同类产品可承受最高压力为20MPa,其余高压阀门有高压球阀,高压闸阀等,1、高压球阀及高压闸阀由结构复杂。2、执行机构与介质流通方向垂直,占用较大安装空间。3、开启、关闭需要较长时间。4、无法检测阀门是否有泄露。5、阀门寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种新型高压同轴阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种新型高压同轴阀,包括阀本体,阀本体内设有活塞、活塞杆组件,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件设有内通孔,介质从内通孔的一端流入,内通孔的另一端设有密封组件,所述的密封组件与活塞、活塞杆组件同轴设置,密封组件由密封垫和支撑环组成,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件外侧设有衬套,两端衬套下部开有泄露检测口。
作为优选的,所述的支撑环一端设置在阀本体内腔槽内,另一端的中心处设有内螺纹孔,密封垫通过螺杆固定在支撑环上,支撑环上还设有介质通孔。
作为优选的,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件由气缸驱动,其行程为5-15mm。
作为优选的,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件的行程为10mm。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:结构简单、安装空间小、开启关闭迅速、可检测阀门是否有泄露、寿命长。

如图1所示,一种新型高压同轴阀,包括阀本体1,阀本体1内设有活塞、活塞杆组件2,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件2设有内通孔3,介质从内通孔3的一端流入,内通孔3的另一端设有密封组件,所述的密封组件与活塞、活塞杆组件2同轴设置,采用同轴式设计,故外形尺寸小,安装时不占用较大的空间,密封组件由密封垫4和支撑环5组成,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件2外侧设有衬套6,两端衬套6下部开有泄露检测口7,如密封圈达到使用寿命时会产生轻微泄露,已便提前购买备件更换,所述的支撑环5一端设置在阀本体1内腔槽内,另一端的中心处设有内螺纹孔,密封垫4通过螺杆固定在支撑环5上,支撑环5上还设有介质通孔8,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件2由气缸驱动,其行程为5-15mm,优选为10mm,行程短,对密封圈的磨损少,故使用寿命较长,由于作用在活塞杆上的压力左右相等,故可承受高压。

1.一种新型高压同轴阀,包括阀本体(1),阀本体(1)内设有活塞、活塞杆组件(2),其特征在于:所述的活塞、活塞杆组件(2)设有内通孔(3),介质从内通孔(3)的一端流入,内通孔(3)的另一端设有密封组件,所述的密封组件与活塞、活塞杆组件(2)同轴设置,密封组件由密封垫(4)和支撑环(5)组成,所述的活塞、活塞杆组件(2)外侧设有衬套(6),两端衬套(6)下部开有泄露检测口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高压同轴阀,其特征在于:所述的支撑环(5)一端设置在阀本体(1)内腔槽内,另一端的中心处设有内螺纹孔,密封垫(4)通过螺杆固定在支撑环(5)上,支撑环(5)上还设有介质通孔(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高压同轴阀,其特征在于:所述的活塞、活塞杆组件(2)由气缸驱动,其行程为5-15mm。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型高压同轴阀,其特征在于:所述的活塞、活塞杆组件(2)的行程为10mm。
