Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及触摸屏保护贴。具体而言,本发明涉及可容易附着到手持式电子装置以及从手持式电子装置移除的触摸屏保护贴,所述手持式电子装置包含触摸屏且可通过触摸屏而操作。
背景技术
随着触摸屏手持式电子装置的不断增加的流行性,带来了对有效触摸屏保护贴的需求。虽然例如iPad装置的触摸屏手持式电子装置的漂亮且有光泽的屏幕看起来很好,但在实际使用中,所留下的指纹量显著地损坏了屏幕的外观和显示质量。为此,所述装置与屏幕清洁布一起售卖。因为并不希望进行频繁的清洁,所以已建议各种屏幕保护装置。
若干种类的触摸屏保护贴当前是可用的。ZAGG INVISIBLESHIELDTM产品是减少眩光触摸屏保护贴。其主要缺点是将保护贴应用到手持式装置的难度。即使在细致地进行清洁和应用之后,防眩光INCIPIOTM屏幕保护贴仍常常会截留灰尘粒子和气泡。市场上当前可用的其它触摸屏保护贴也是不能令消费者满意的,这是因为即使小心地应用,其仍倾向于截留空气气泡和灰尘。当在使用中时,这些触摸屏保护贴与电子装置的触摸屏通过静电或涂覆粘合剂而直接实体接触。在后者情况下,当移除屏幕保护贴时,需要进行勤奋的清洁以将触摸屏恢复到其闪亮光泽。JP2002328613涉及一种用以保护显示屏的包括透明塑料膜的覆盖片,所述覆盖片具有在与上述显示屏对置的表面上包括无数圆点的隔片。第7,070,837号美国专利涉及一种塑料膜屏幕保护贴,其具有稍微粗糙的表面而使得面向电子装置屏幕的膜的大部分不会实质上触碰所述屏幕。因此,当所述膜触碰屏幕时,保护贴的粗糙表面防止出现干扰图案。
这些现有技术装置中没有一者是完全适合的,使得在产业中存在对能够容易且快速地安装而无截留空气气泡或灰尘问题的触摸屏保护贴的需要。第8,044,942号美国专利中揭示了对所述问题的一个最近的解决方案。此触摸屏保护贴包括塑料膜,其在对应于触摸屏的非触敏区的区中的周边处包含粘合剂。在触摸屏粘合剂与膜之间提供隔片,且所述膜充分柔性以提供与触摸屏的触碰接触以用于装置的操作。
除第8,044,942号美国专利的保护贴之外,需要对现有技术的进一步改进,且本发明的触摸屏保护贴现提供一种此类改进。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于具有正面的手持式电子装置的触摸屏保护贴,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能带。本发明的触摸屏保护贴包括:膜,其具有前侧和背侧、对应于所述装置的所述正面的外周边的外周边,以及大小对应于所述触摸屏部分的透明窗;曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合,其沿着所述膜的大体上围绕所述透明窗的所述外周边而提供在所述膜的所述背侧上;以及多个圆点,其以规定间距布置且以一密度存在于所述膜的所述背侧上,所述密度充分高以减少在所述保护贴的所述透明窗被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作时的干扰图案。在一个实施例中,曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有足以隔开在所述触摸屏部分附近但不与所述触摸屏部分接触的所述膜的厚度,且使得能够将所述保护贴可移除式地贴装在所述正面的外周边上以在以下各者之间形成空间:所述膜的所述透明窗、所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合,以及所述装置的所述触摸屏部分。优选地,所述圆点从所述膜延伸达小于所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的所述厚度的距离,使得所述圆点在所述电子装置未使用时不接触所述触摸屏,且使得所述透明窗可被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作,同时防止用户的手指与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分直接接触且减少在使用期间的可见干扰图案。在一个优选实施例中,在所述膜与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间未产生静电吸附。
在一些实施例中,多个圆点各自由透明材料制成且与邻近圆点分开介于0.1与10mm之间的距离。优选地,多个圆点以栅格或其它图案布置以便于使用、便于制造以及改进观察者的视角同时提供其它透明似水晶的观看体验。
所述膜还可包含微粒子,所述微粒子以有效地用于为所述窗提供防眩光和防静电效应的量粘附到所述透明窗的所述前侧。在一个实施例中,微粒子以一密度存在于所述膜的所述背侧上,所述密度充分高以辅助提供防静电效应而不会不利地影响透过所述窗观看的图像的质量。
在另一实施例中,曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有介于约0.05与约1mm之间的厚度,且所述膜具有介于0.1与2mm之间的厚度且包含在其周边周围的不透明带,所述不透明带接收所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合。通常,存在所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以提供对所述触摸屏的所述非功能带的区的至少20%的覆盖。优选地,在连续或间断、均匀或不均匀设计中提供对所述区的至少50%的覆盖。
触摸屏保护贴可进一步包括彩色涂层,其邻近所述保护贴的所述周边放置且与所述装置的所述非功能带一致。这个涂层可与非功能带的颜色匹配,或其可为对比颜色以使得应用保护贴改变了所述装置的非功能带的颜色。

本发明还提供一种用于保护具有正面的手持式电子装置的触摸屏的方法,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能外周边。在一个实施例中,所述方法包括:提供本发明的触摸屏保护贴;以及经由所述曝露的粘合剂可移除式地将所述触摸屏保护贴附着在所述装置的所述正面的所述外周边上,以在所述膜的所述透明窗、所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以及所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成空间。通过使用本发明的方法,可将触摸屏保护贴附着到所述装置的正面而不会引起在所述膜的所述透明窗与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成气泡。
本发明还提供一种具有正面的手持式触摸屏电子装置的改进,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能的外周边,所述改进包括:提供本发明的触摸屏保护贴以用于附着到所述装置的所述正面,使得可附着所述触摸屏保护贴而不会引起在膜的透明窗与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成气泡。

在本发明中使用以下定义:
如本文使用的术语“附近”意味距离接近但非实体接触,优选相隔约1mm或小于1mm。
如本文使用的术语“周边”意味精确边界内的最外部分或区域。
如本文使用的术语“非功能带”意味围绕手持式电子装置的触摸屏部分的区,其由与触摸屏部分不同的材料制成或由与触摸屏部分相同的材料制成但并非触敏的。

本发明涉及一种新颖的触摸屏保护贴,其包含优选为塑料膜的膜以及沿着所述膜的外周边提供的曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合。不同于与触摸屏直接实体接触的大部分现有技术触摸屏保护贴,本发明的触摸屏保护贴不触碰触摸屏的可操作部分。此类部分在本文中称作“触摸屏部分”。本发明的这个重要特征使得屏幕保护贴100%无气泡成为可能。
尽管在装置之间变化,但触摸屏保护贴与手持式装置的触摸屏部分之间的距离由粘合剂的厚度来确定,其小于所述膜的厚度。在优选实施例中,本发明的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有小于膜厚度的厚度,且所述厚度介于约0.05与约1mm之间,且优选约0.05到约0.15mm。间隔可尽可能的小,只要在所述装置未使用时保护贴不与触摸屏部分接触即可。膜的刚性有助于所要的间隔,因为膜刚性越大,间隔就可越近。然而,所述膜不应刚性过大而阻碍用户操作触摸屏部分的能力。本文揭示的优选尺寸和性质实现了这些特征。
所述膜具有前侧和背侧、对应于装置的外周边的外周边,以及透明窗。透明窗的透光率优选为大于60%,更优选为大于75%,且最优选为大于85%。在一个优选实施例中,膜具有介于约0.15与约2mm之间的厚度,且包含在其周边周围的不透明带。
所述膜充分的硬或有充分刚性,使得当将保护贴施加到手持式装置上且将所述装置水平放置在平坦表面上时,所述膜不会在其自身重量下弯曲或塌陷而接触触摸屏部分。优选地,膜的硬度大于1H,如通过铅笔硬度测试所检定。更优选地,膜的硬度大于2H。更优选地,膜的硬度大于3H。所述膜也是充分薄而为弹性的,使得为了操作触摸屏部分,所有的必要的力是从用户手指按压所述膜的透明窗的任一点抵靠手持式装置的触摸屏部分的温柔的力。所述膜可由可用的任何合适透明材料制成。在一个实施例中,膜由选自由以下各物组成的群组的透明材料制成:聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯。优选地,所述膜是由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯(PET)制成的塑料膜。
由透明材料制成的多个圆点存在于膜的背侧上(即,所述膜面向触摸屏的侧),以减少干扰图案(牛顿环)的出现。此外,这些圆点消除了干扰触摸屏敏感性的部分静电吸附。在一个实施例中,圆点由与膜相同的材料制成。尽管可随机提供圆点,但优选在所述膜的透明窗中以规定间距来布置所述圆点。在一个实施例中,两个邻近圆点之间的距离是0.1到10mm。圆点可具有任何形状,包含圆形、球形、椭圆形、圆柱形、多边形、圆锥形或其组合。重要的是,圆点的高度(即,圆点尖端与膜背面之间的距离)小于曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的厚度,使得当将保护贴应用到手持式装置上且将所述装置水平放置在平坦表面上且装置未使用时,所述圆点不会接触触摸屏部分。在一个实施例中,圆点具有介于0.003与1mm之间的高度,优选在0.05到0.9mm之间。当存在隔片时,圆点从膜延伸达小于粘合剂/隔片组合的厚度的距离。在一个优选实施例中,每一圆点是半个球体,其平坦表面附着到膜的背侧。优选地,球体的半径是0.05到0.9mm。因为圆点优选由透明材料制成,所以其不会不利地影响透过透明窗的可见度。因为当电子装置未使用时圆点不与触摸屏接触,所以当在操作之前或期间观看触摸屏时,干扰图案得以减少。因为圆点仅在按压保护贴时触碰屏幕,所以圆点在保护贴已被手指压下后阻止所述膜吸附在屏幕上是关于粘附到触摸屏或以其它方式与触摸屏恒定接触的保护贴的常见问题。在本发明中,保护性膜实际上“浮动”在屏幕上方,其中所述圆点直到所述膜被用户的手指压下抵靠屏幕时才触碰屏幕。
在一个实施例中,膜经涂覆以具有“哑光”或防眩光效应。例如EZ-GLIDETM表面处理的表面处理进一步允许较好的触摸屏部分可操纵性且有效减少了手持式装置的触摸屏部分上的手指滑动摩擦。虽然可能认为将要由用户手持的现有膜产品需要处理以减少由于摩擦接触所产生的静电电荷,但本发明发明者发现在膜的背侧(即,所述膜面向触摸屏部分的侧)上提供EZ-GLIDETM微粒子表面处理减少了在通过用户的一个或一个以上手指按压保护贴抵靠触摸屏部分时的干扰图案(或牛顿环)的产生。除这个所需要的防牛顿环效应之外,在膜的背侧上的EZ-GLIDETM微粒子表面处理也防止或避免在屏幕保护贴与触摸屏部分之间产生静电效应。
除非按压屏幕保护贴抵靠触摸屏部分,否则微粒子不与触摸屏部分实体接触。因为微粒子的防静电效应,所以一旦不再被按压抵靠触摸屏部分,屏幕保护贴便将快速地弹回或拉离触摸屏部分。膜的背侧上的微粒子可具有各种形状,例如圆柱形状和波形。微粒子的密度经最优化而使得其足够高以用于提供防静电效应,但不会太高以便不会不利地影响透过窗观看的图像质量。优选地,微粒子覆盖膜的5%以上。更优选地,微粒子覆盖膜的8%以上。最优选地,微粒子覆盖膜的10%以上。如果需要,可用微粒子覆盖保护贴的整个膜,但如果仅覆盖整个膜的多达50%,那么也可实现良好的结果。微粒子可由此项技术中一般已知的任何透明材料制成。优选地,微粒子由PET制成而使得其与膜材料兼容。本发明的屏幕保护贴的膜最优选的是在两侧上包含微粒子,使得所述膜的前表面和背表面两者在使用期间不会产生静电。
在本发明的一个实施例中,因为在膜的背侧存在多个透明圆点,所以触摸屏保护贴减少了使用期间的可见干扰图案。在本发明的另一实施例中,因为在膜的背侧存在微粒子和多个透明圆点两者,所以触摸屏保护贴减少了使用期间的可见干扰图案。
大多数电子装置的触摸屏具有非功能不透明带,其产生周边边框。本发明的屏幕保护贴经设计而使得曝露的粘合剂可粘附到这个边框,使得透明窗实现将要使用的触摸屏部分的全操作部分。膜上不透明带或多或少地对应于装置正面的非功能带。在一个实施例中,在涂覆曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合之前,将不透明涂层印刷在膜的背侧上。在另一实施例中,将不透明涂层印刷在膜的前侧上。不透明印刷涂层的厚度介于约0.0005与0.015mm(0.5到1/.5微米)之间,且优选为约0.001mm(1微米)。在一些实施例中,将不透明涂层印刷在膜的背侧上;圆点的高度小于印刷涂层和曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的组合厚度。
可以与装置的正面上的非功能边框颜色匹配或颜色形成对比的不同颜色来印刷不透明涂层。在一个实施例中,不透明涂层的颜色是白色,以便匹配装置的正面的白色或与装置的正面的黑色形成对比。在一些实施例中,挑选不透明涂层的颜色以定制装置的外观。在一些实施例中,不透明带的颜色与曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的颜色相同。在其它实施例中,不透明带的颜色与曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的颜色不同。在一个优选实施例中,不透明带是白色,且曝露的粘合剂具有灰色。
为了确保操作触摸屏部分不受阻碍,粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合尽可能的具有小于边框宽度的宽度。为此,曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有比不透明带宽度小1到2mm的宽度。因此,当沿着外周边将粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合适当涂覆到膜的背侧上时,其大体围绕透明窗但优选不触碰所述透明窗,因此促进装置的触摸屏部分的适当操作。粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合没有必要在透明窗上方形成密封的气袋,也不必经涂覆以完全围绕所述窗。
对于具有不均匀的非功能边界的装置(例如,iPod Touch),可以相同方式来配置保护贴的粘合剂。以下方式也是可能的,但并非优选的:当触摸屏的侧边界非常小时,仅在周边的一部分上(例如,矩形保护贴的顶部和底部上)包含曝露的粘合剂,使得可将保护贴贴装在装置上而不会阻挡或干扰装置的功能触摸屏部分。因此实质上沿着装置的侧边界来提供粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合。具体而言,提供充分的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以将保护贴保持在屏幕上的固定位置,使得在装置的操作期间通过用户的手指触碰时,保护贴不会滑动或移动出位置。以不连续或间断方式沿着侧边界的部分提供粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合也是可以接受的,只要粘合剂存在于达到非功能边框的至少20%且优选至少50%的区上。粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的宽度可沿着如所说明的侧边界而变化,以与触摸屏的非功能区对应。
当装置的触摸屏具有在其周边周围的非功能带时,优选选择粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的宽度以符合带的宽度,使得在将保护贴以粘合方式贴装到装置上时,粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合不会干扰触摸屏部分的使用。
当存在隔片时,其可包含通过接合粘合剂而附着到膜的至少一个不透明条带,所述接合粘合剂具有比将触摸屏保护贴附着到触摸屏的曝露的粘合剂更强的粘合性。在一个实施例中,隔片包括至少两个条带;第一条带以粘合方式贴装在膜的周边上,且第二条带以粘合方式贴装在第一条带上,而第二条带支撑曝露的粘合剂。每一条带的厚度为0.05到0.5mm,优选为0.07到0.18mm。在另一实施例中,隔片是包含塑料膜的胶带,其在前侧和背侧两者上具有粘合剂,其中在条带的面向膜的侧上的粘合剂比将保护贴贴装到装置的触摸屏上的粘合剂强。粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有足以将在触摸屏部分附近但不与触摸屏部分接触的膜隔开的厚度。
曝露的粘合剂允许将保护贴可移除式贴装在触摸屏的外周边上,以在膜的透明窗、粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合与装置的触摸屏部分之间形成空间。曝露的粘合剂具有充分的粘合性以将保护贴贴装到装置上但在不会在装置上留下粘合剂残留物的情况下实现其移除。优选地,曝露的粘合剂具有5-50克的粘合强度。此类型的各种粘合剂是市售的,且所属领域的技术人员可选择特定粘合剂用于保护贴到任何特定装置的特定应用。允许重复清洁和重新应用的粘合剂是优选的,使得可冲洗且重复地重新应用屏幕保护贴。可使用任何市售的可洗且可重新使用的粘合剂,例如由硅酮和聚氨酯(PU)制成的粘合剂。在一个实施例中,曝露的粘合剂并非由丙烯酸制成。在一个实施例中,曝露的粘合剂是应用到膜的背侧上,优选通过膜的不透明带接收的不透明粘合剂条带。
对于一些实施例,隔片可仅仅是所要厚度的粘合剂。保护贴膜可在其周边上经处理而使得与结合到通常由玻璃制成的触摸屏相比来说,粘合剂更粘地结合到保护贴。此促进在触摸屏上不留下粘合剂残留物的情况下移除保护贴。
优选地,本发明的触摸屏保护贴还包括背衬部件以保护膜的背侧和曝露的粘合剂。背衬部件可进一步包含凸片以在贴装保护贴时辅助移除背衬部件。通过抓住且拉动凸片,可容易地从保护贴上移除背衬部件,使得能够通过使曝露的粘合剂接触到装置的触摸屏的非功能边框而将保护贴贴装在装置上。
因为这些类型的电子装置中的许多电子装置在触摸屏操作部分或边框上包含一个或一个以上操作按钮以用于执行例如因特网浏览器、照片、音乐或电子邮件之间的开关切换的功能,所以本发明的触摸屏保护贴可进一步包括与电子装置上的一个或一个以上按钮匹配或容纳所述一个或一个以上按钮的一个或一个以上孔或切口。除曝露按钮以便于操作之外,这些孔或切口充当对准特征以促进所述膜在触摸屏上的适当贴装。
尽管触摸屏保护贴可具有任何形状,但其优选实质上为矩形以符合当前手持式装置的形状,大多数手持式装置具有实质上矩形形状。具体而言,保护贴的形状并非确切矩形,因为拐角经修圆以匹配所述装置的拐角。因此,触摸屏保护贴可用以保护许多不同种类手持式电子装置的触摸屏,例如行动电话、读取装置、音乐装置、观看装置或导航装置。此类装置的实例为iPhone、Nook、iPod、iPad、Droid和GPS导航系统。保护贴的性质以及其设计使得特定实施例能够经调适以符合任何此类装置的触摸屏。
本发明的触摸屏保护贴具有能够容易且快速安装的优点,例如在30秒或更少时间内。这是比在膜的整个背侧上具有粘合剂的保护贴更加简单的安装。与未使用粘合剂而放置在屏幕上的保护贴相比,将膜维持在屏幕上适当位置中也是有利的。而且,因为本发明的触摸屏保护贴将被轻轻地施加到通常围绕手持式装置的触摸屏部分的非功能边框,所以不用担心在触摸屏部分上留下胶痕。因此,可容易且简单地移除本发明的触摸屏保护贴而对手持式装置的触摸屏部分的外观和显示质量没有任何不利效应。
有利地是,当手持式装置由本发明的触摸屏保护贴保护时,触摸屏部分上的指纹污迹得以减少,且对显示器的质量和屏幕的触碰响应具有最小影响。当在手持式装置上使用技术应用时,甚至将允许使用电容式触笔。
另外,本发明的触摸屏保护贴还减少了有光泽的触摸屏部分的眩光。因此,触摸屏部分上的照片看起来像是打印的。即使实质上移除了眩光,对于触摸屏部分的脆性几乎没有影响。由于本发明的触摸屏保护贴的耐指纹特征,因此触摸屏部分上的污迹得以实质上减少。
实例
实例1:保护iPad
本发明的保护贴可经制造而供苹果的iPad使用,作为经特定设计以保护iPad触摸屏同时减少指纹污迹的防反射屏幕保护贴。与需要冗长的安装程序且常常导致不当的空气气泡或阻碍触摸屏性能的其它屏幕保护贴不同,所述保护贴可在数秒内安装且没有任何空气气泡。如图1A-D的示意图所示,安装程序如下。第一,通过使用包含在包装中的微纤维布擦去iPad屏幕上的任何灰尘粒子来清洁iPad的屏幕(图1A)。第二,在将塑料膜应用到iPad屏幕的非功能边界之前轻轻地剥去背衬部件(图1B)。第三,从底部开始对准保护贴,使保护贴的圆形开口放置在iPad的“主画面”按钮上(图1C)。最后,在保护贴的边框周围施加温柔的压力使得其紧固在iPad上适当位置处(图1D)。
图2到4中展示保护贴以及其构造的其它细节。如图2中所示,保护贴10大体是矩形且在其周边周围具有不透明带15。所述带基本上符合围绕iPad的触摸屏的非功能带,而透明窗20对应于iPad的触摸屏的功能部分。保护贴包含对应于iPad的开关选择器按钮的孔25。提供曝露的粘合剂的粘合剂/隔片组合在塑料膜的背侧上,且由于不透明带的存在而不可见。
图3是粘合剂/隔片组合的放大横截面图。塑料膜经展示为30,且不透明带经展示为35。粘合剂/隔片组合经展示为40,且其包含通过粘合剂44而粘附到塑料膜30的第一条带42,以及通过粘合剂48而粘附到第一条带42的第二条带46。曝露的粘合剂经展示为50。粘合剂44、48各自具有比曝露的粘合剂50强的粘合性。
图4是当背衬部件65经移除以用于将保护贴应用到iPad时的保护贴10的背侧的视图。如图所示,已拉开凸片部件60以将背衬部件65与曝露的粘合剂50分离,因此展示背衬部件的内部表面62和在透明窗后方的塑料膜30的背侧以及粘合剂/隔片组合的曝露的粘合剂50。在将保护贴10应用到iPad之前完全移除背衬部件65。
因为屏幕保护贴并不触碰iPad的触摸屏部分,所以其可容易地移除而不会在触摸屏部分上留下任何残留物。粘合剂也由于其相对低的粘附性而不会在非功能边框上留下任何残留物。触摸屏保护贴提供极佳的触摸屏部分可操纵性和耐划痕/污迹性,同时保留最优的触摸屏部分敏感性和反馈。
实例2:保护iPhone4
另一保护贴可经特定调适用于苹果的iPhone4触摸屏。保护贴经设计大小以符合触摸屏且以类似方式应用于iPad。第一,通过使用包含在包装中的微纤维布擦去iPhone4屏幕上的任何灰尘粒子来清洁iPhone4。第二,在将塑料膜应用到iPhone触摸屏的边界之前轻轻地剥去保护贴的背衬部件。第三,将保护贴适当地对准在iPhone触摸屏的顶部上。最后,在保护贴的边框周围轻轻地施加压力以将其紧固在适当位置。再次,触摸屏保护贴提供极佳的触摸屏部分可操纵性和耐划痕/污迹性,同时保留最优的触摸屏部分敏感性和反馈。
实例3:用于触摸屏保护贴的塑料膜
塑料膜由以下规范制成:
为确保膜的质量,如下进行例如划方格法胶带测试的若干测试:
首先,用工具刀水平且垂直地切割膜的表面各11道,以在膜上产生一百个1mm x1mm方形。接着,将大于20mm长的米其邦(Nichiban)Celofan胶带(米其邦第405号)应用到切割表面上且用手指按压。其后,拉起胶带末端且将胶带移除到60°角/0.5-1mm以观看是否有任何涂层脱落。
在实例1和2两者中,必要时可将保护贴移除以用于清洁和重新应用。可通过用水冲洗且空气干燥来清洁保护贴。必要时可应用少量的餐具洗涤剂。可首先刷去贴附于触摸屏部分上的任何碎片或灰尘。一旦完成冲洗,便将保护贴粘合剂侧朝上放置在毛巾上且允许空气干燥。在其完全干燥且清洁后,可将其重新应用到装置。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于具有正面的手持式电子装置的触摸屏保护贴,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能带,所述触摸屏保护贴包括:
膜,其具有前侧和背侧、对应于所述装置的所述正面的外周边的外周边,以及大小对应于所述触摸屏部分的透明窗;
曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合,其沿着所述膜的大体上围绕所述透明窗的所述外周边而提供在所述膜的所述背侧上,具有足以隔开所述膜使之在所述触摸屏部分附近但不与所述触摸屏部分接触的厚度,以用于将所述保护贴可移除式地贴装在所述正面的外周边上以在所述膜的所述透明窗、所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以及所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成空间,以及
多个圆点,其以规定间距布置且以一密度存在于所述膜的所述背侧上,所述密度充分高以减少在所述保护贴的所述透明窗被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作时的干扰图案,
其中所述圆点从所述膜延伸达小于所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的所述厚度的距离,使得所述圆点在所述电子装置未使用时不接触所述触摸屏,且使得所述透明窗可被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作,同时防止用户的手指与所述触摸屏部分直接接触且减少在使用期间的可见干扰图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述多个圆点各自由透明材料制成且与邻近圆点分开介于0.1与10mm之间的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述膜还包含微粒子,所述微粒子以有效地用于为所述窗提供防眩光和防静电效应的量粘附到所述透明窗的所述前侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中微粒子以一密度存在于所述膜的所述背侧上,所述密度充分高以辅助提供防静电效应而不会不利地影响透过所述窗观看到的图像的质量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合具有介于约0.05与约1mm之间的厚度,且所述膜具有介于0.1与2mm之间的厚度且包含在其周边周围的不透明带,所述不透明带接收所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中存在所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以提供对所述触摸屏的所述非功能带的区的至少20%且优选至少50%的覆盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其进一步包括具有颜色的不透明涂层,所述不透明涂层邻近所述保护贴的所述周边放置且与所述装置的所述非功能带一致。
8.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其进一步包括背衬部件以在使用前保护所述膜的所述背侧和所述曝露的粘合剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述背衬部件进一步包含凸片以在将所述保护贴贴装在所述装置上时辅助移除所述背衬部件。
10.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其进一步包括一个或一个以上对准孔或切口,其与所述电子装置上的一个或一个以上按钮匹配或容纳所述一个或一个以上按钮以促进所述保护贴在所述装置上的贴装。
11.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述装置的所述触摸屏和所述膜各自实质上为矩形,且所述触摸屏为电话、读取装置、音乐装置、观看装置或导航装置的部分。
12.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述膜包含至少两层,且所述透明窗为透明的但包含提供哑光效应或私密屏特征的涂层。
13.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏保护贴,其中所述膜为塑料膜。
14.一种用于保护具有正面的手持式电子装置的触摸屏的方法,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能外周边,所述方法包括:
提供触摸屏保护贴,其包括:
膜,其具有前侧和背侧、对应于所述装置的所述正面的外周边的外周边,以及大小对应于所述触摸屏部分的透明窗;
曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合,其沿着所述膜的大体上围绕所述透明窗的所述外周边而提供在所述膜的所述背侧上,具有足以隔开所述膜使之在所述触摸屏部分附近但不与所述触摸屏部分接触的厚度,以及
多个圆点,其以规定间距布置且以一密度存在于所述膜的所述背侧上,所述密度充分高以减少在所述保护贴的所述透明窗被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作时的干扰图案,
其中所述圆点从所述膜延伸达小于所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合的所述厚度的距离,使得所述圆点在所述电子装置未使用时不接触所述触摸屏,且使得所述透明窗可被按压抵靠所述触摸屏部分以用于所述电子装置的操作,同时防止用户的手指与所述触摸屏部分直接接触且减少在使用期间的可见干扰图案;以及
经由所述曝露的粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合可移除式地将所述触摸屏保护贴贴装在所述装置的所述正面的所述外周边上,以在所述膜的所述透明窗、所述粘合剂或粘合剂/隔片组合以及所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成空间,其中附着所述触摸屏但不引起在所述膜的所述透明窗与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成气泡。
15.一种具有正面的手持式触摸屏电子装置,所述正面包含触摸屏部分和非功能的外周边,所述手持式触摸屏电子装置的改进包括:提供根据权利要求1中任一权利要求所述的触摸屏保护贴以用于附着到所述装置的所述触摸屏部分,其中可附着所述触摸屏但不引起在所述膜的所述透明窗与所述装置的所述触摸屏部分之间形成气泡。
