Abstract

一种T2与16MnR复合板的焊接工艺方法,其特征在于:焊接顺序为复层—过渡层—基层,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,开55o-65o坡口,组对间隙0mm—0.5mm,钝边尺寸0.5mm—1.5mm。通过本发明的焊接方法,解决了复层金属T2流动性好造成的可焊性差的缺点,解决了小圆筒无法在里侧焊的问题,而且焊接过程中由于采用相同的焊接材料-镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,不用控制复层和过渡层厚度,用此方法焊接的试件完全符合国家的评定标准《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定》JB4708—2000的要求及其换版后的标准《承压设备焊接工艺评定》NB/T47014-2011)。

Description

T2与16MnR复合板的焊接工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接工艺,尤其是涉及一种适用于材质为T2与16MnR复合板的焊接工艺方法。
背景技术
目前,考虑T2流动性好的特点,焊接时需利用过渡层为垫板焊接复层T2,其焊接顺序为基层→过渡层→复层,而且已有技术焊接采用的焊接材料为:复层采用与母材成份相近的铜焊丝或铜焊条,过渡层采用镍基焊丝或铜焊丝,由于各层采用不同的焊接材料,因此,必须严格控制各层的焊接厚度才能保证焊接质量。
在吉恩镍业中试装置设备制造工程中,有2台圆筒形设备—羰基铁蒸发器,其板材材质为T2与16MnR复合板,厚度为2+6mm。其外形尺寸为500×1200mm。
由于本设备自身尺寸的限制,无法在筒内焊接,必须在外侧进行,然而其焊接顺序却只能为复层→过渡层→基层,这样就无法利用过渡层做垫板,造成复层金属T2可焊性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在外侧使复层金属T2易焊接的工艺方法,以解决复层金属T2流动性好造成的可焊性差的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种T2与16MnR复合板的焊接工艺方法,其特征在于:焊接顺序为复层—过渡层—基层,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,开55o-65o坡口,组对间隙0 mm—0.5mm, 钝边尺寸0.5 mm—1.5 mm。

参照附图1,本发明焊接顺序为复层1—过渡层2—基层3,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,∮2.5,开60o坡口,组对间隙0.2mm, 钝边尺寸1mm。

参照附图1,本发明焊接顺序为复层1—过渡层2—基层3,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,∮2.5,开55o坡口,组对间隙0mm, 钝边尺寸0.5mm。
实施例3
参照附图1,本发明焊接顺序为复层1—过渡层2—基层3,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,∮2.5,开65o坡口,组对间隙0.5mm, 钝边尺寸1.5mm。
焊接工艺规范
焊接过程中应注意:①焊把不要摆动,使焊丝始终处于保护氛围中;②施焊前将硼砂用无水酒精调成糊状,涂敷在焊道或焊丝表面,并及时焊接。具体焊接参数见表7.1。

试验例
用此方法焊接的试件完全符合评定标准《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定》JB4708—2000的要求及其换版后的标准《承压设备焊接工艺评定》NB/T47014-2011),具体机械性能检验结果见表5.1

由于所采用的焊丝中含元素钛1.5~3.0%,焊接时能够有效地控制焊缝的气孔,保证焊缝质量。

1.一种T2与16MnR复合板的焊接工艺方法,其特征在于:焊接顺序为复层—过渡层—基层,焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊,采用的焊接材料为镍基焊丝ERNiCu—7,开55o-65o坡口,组对间隙0 mm—0.5mm, 钝边尺寸0.5 mm—1.5 mm。
