一、技术领域:食品加工。
二、技术背景:2013年12月4号,是世界上在蛋糕行业当今最富盛名的某国的蛋糕节,从这个蛋糕节展会展出的品种中可见,也只有旋转、多层重叠蛋糕及微笑的人头画像和文字造型等,从造型和色彩等与过去相比,都没有什么新意,国内蛋糕也不过如此;怎样赶超世界蛋糕强国?怎样让世人享受这蛋糕润含的无比快乐和幸福呢?申请人发明了极具创意的蛋糕;
三、发明内容:用研发的专用模具,制作9、99、999朵玫瑰花及桃等造型的极具内涵的蛋糕制作方法:由上往下看,上层是可食的玫瑰花、桃等造型的蛋糕,她们内涵丰富,常言道:笑一笑十年少!愿天下人长命百岁、爱情美满;下层是口感极好的法式传统蛋糕;还附有奶油配饰料:有传统含糖的和不含糖的,供选用,以此传递健康理念;
四、实施方式:1)、9、99、999朵玫瑰蛋糕:配料:白莲草粉等;制作:将调好的蛋糕胚料装入玫瑰模具内,烤制成蛋糕,将此放置传统蛋糕上即成;2)、(仙)(寿)桃蛋糕:配料:仙鹤草、仙人掌、白莲草粉等;制作:将调好的蛋糕胚料装入桃型模具内烤制成(仙)(寿)桃蛋糕,而不是中国传统的平面绘画或煮、蒸成犁的寿桃。

Claims (4)

1.本发明是以玫瑰花、桃等植物类造型的健美客蛋糕的制作方法,其特征是:用专门设计开发的玫瑰花、桃等植物类造型的模具,经配套的工艺、以烤制为主制成的健美客蛋糕。
2.根据权利要求1所述,健美客蛋糕,其特征是:蛋糕上层造型的玫瑰花、桃都是通过以烤制为主的工艺制成的,而不是中国传统的平面绘画或靠煮、蒸成型的寿桃。
3.根据权利要求1所述,健美客蛋糕,其特征是:外型象玫瑰花的蛋糕叫9、99、999朵玫瑰蛋糕;外型是桃型的蛋糕叫寿桃寿糕(喻意:寿滔滔、寿高),或叫寿桃蛋糕,或叫仙桃寿糕(喻意:吃仙桃寿高);等与主体造型有关的称呼。 
4.根琚权利要求1所述,健美客蛋糕,其特征是:蛋糕附带有奶油调饰料等,有传统的法式调饰料,有糖好吃但不利健康;另根据现有健康理念配制的健康调饰料,无糖微甜但有利于健康,怎样选择?有多种吃法,由客决定;在这传递快乐与幸福的同时,传递吃什么,吃多少等健康理念。
