Abstract

本发明公开了一种电机阀,主要用于燃气表内控制进气口的开闭,具有安全可靠的特点。本发明的电机阀,包括由下至上的电机、变速箱、转盘、旋转螺杆和密封垫,转盘与旋转螺杆底部固定连接,传动螺帽与旋转螺杆通过螺纹配合连接,所述转盘下方设有拨块,拨块的转动中心与旋转螺杆的转动中心在同一条轴线上,变速箱输出装置与拨块传动连接,所述转盘下方边缘设有凸起部,凸起部的轴线至转盘轴线的距离小于拨块的转动中心至拨块端部的距离,凸起部与拨块的水平高度一致。电机停止转动时,旋转螺杆会带动转盘回转,此时拨块通过阻挡凸起部的回转消除转盘和旋转螺杆的回转现象。该电机阀在使用时安全可靠,尤其适用于燃气表等需要高安全性能的产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机阀,尤其是一种主要用于控制燃气表进气口开闭的电机阀。
背景技术
目前,市场上常见的用于燃气表的电机阀都通过电机控制旋转螺杆转动以达到控制阀口开闭的目的。但是,当电机停止转动时,由于复位弹簧等弹性构件的回复力作用于旋转螺杆,旋转螺杆一般会有一定程度的回转,回转现象轻则容易造成阀口开口变小甚至闭合,让使用者无法正常取得燃气;重则会导致阀口无法关闭,给使用者带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电机阀,它能够消除上述因螺杆回转现象带来的不利影响,在使用时安全可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电机阀,包括由下至上的电机、变速箱、转盘、旋转螺杆和密封垫,转盘与旋转螺杆底部固定连接,传动螺帽与旋转螺杆通过螺纹配合连接,所述转盘下方设有拨块,拨块的转动中心与旋转螺杆的转动中心在同一条轴线上,变速箱的输出装置与拨块传动连接,所述转盘下方边缘设有凸起部,凸起部的轴线至转盘轴线的距离小于拨块的转动中心至拨块端部的距离,凸起部与拨块的水平高度一致。
进一步的,所述旋转螺杆上的螺纹为梯形螺纹。
进一步的,所述旋转螺杆周围设有用于密封的波纹管,波纹管的两端分别与传动螺帽和转盘固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:消除了电机停止工作之后旋转螺杆的回转现象,确保了电机阀的正常使用并消除了安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的电机阀,包括由下至上的电机1、变速箱2、转盘3、旋转螺杆4和密封垫6,转盘3与旋转螺杆4底部固定连接,传动螺帽5与旋转螺杆4通过螺纹配合连接,所述转盘3下方设有拨块7,拨块7的转动中心与旋转螺杆4的转动中心在同一条轴线上,变速箱2的输出装置与拨块7传动连接,所述转盘3下方边缘设有凸起部8,凸起部8的轴线至转盘轴线的距离小于拨块7的转动中心至拨块7端部的距离,凸起部8与拨块7的水平高度一致。在电机阀工作时,变速箱2输出装置带动拨块7转动,再由拨块7带动转盘3和旋转螺杆4转动,进而带动螺帽5和密封垫7做往复式运动,以实现控制阀口的开启或关闭。在电机1停止转动时,旋转螺杆4会带动转盘3产生回转现象,此时,拨块能够通过阻挡凸起部8的回转消除转盘3和旋转螺杆4的回转现象。
为了进一步提高电机阀的安全性能,可将所述旋转螺杆4上的螺纹设计为梯形螺纹9。由于梯形螺纹9的螺旋角一般小于常见的用于电机阀中的三角形螺纹,因此使用梯形螺纹9时螺帽一般不会发生在三角形螺纹中常见的自锁现象,安全性能得到了很大的提升。
为了提高电机阀的密封性能,在所述旋转螺杆周围设有用于密封的波纹管10,波纹管10的两端分别与传动螺帽5和转盘3固定连接。波纹管10具有良好的密封性能,采用焊接的方式将波纹管与传动螺帽5和转盘8连成一体,可以有效防止燃气的泄漏。

1.电机阀,包括由下至上的电机(1)、变速箱(2)、转盘(3)、旋转螺杆(4)和密封垫(6),转盘(3)与旋转螺杆(4)底部固定连接,传动螺帽(5)与旋转螺杆(4)通过螺纹配合连接,其特征在于:所述转盘(3)下方设有拨块(7),拨块(7)的转动中心与旋转螺杆(4)的转动中心在同一条轴线上,变速箱(2)的输出装置与拨块(7)传动连接,所述转盘(3)下方边缘设有凸起部(8),凸起部(8)的轴线至转盘轴线的距离小于拨块(7)的转动中心至拨块(7)端部的距离,凸起部(8)与拨块(7)的水平高度一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的电机阀,其特征在于:所述旋转螺杆(4)上的螺纹为梯形螺纹(9)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电机阀,其特征在于:所述旋转螺杆周围设有用于密封的波纹管(10),波纹管(10)的两端分别与传动螺帽(5)和转盘(3)固定连接。
