Abstract
本发明提供了一种小口径高温耐磨球阀,包括阀体、阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间设有阀体密封环,阀体内设置阀座组,阀座组与阀盖之间设置球体,阀座组由阀座弹簧与浮动阀座组成,球体上连接一阀杆,阀杆另一端连接一手柄,阀杆上设有轴肩,轴肩上端面与手柄之间设置一托盘,托盘固定连接于阀体,阀杆与阀体之间填充填料,填料通过填料压盖固定密封,阀杆上轴肩处设置轴承,阀杆、填料压盖以及阀体密封环都经过QPQ盐浴复合处理。本发明可消除泄漏,使球阀具有自密性,保证球阀的密封性更加可靠,可提高系统的工作效率,使系统维护更加安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种小口径高温耐磨球阀。
背景技术
在高温、高压、高循环、热冲击和冲刷等严酷工况条件下的火电机组和再循环联合电厂系统、石油炼制、化工、冶金等各种系统中的管路中,密封球阀是常用到的连接、开启、关闭密封装置。由于是在高温、高压、高循环、热冲击和冲刷以及介质中含有大量氢气等严酷工况下工作的,所以对该类球阀装置的技术要求就特别严格。传统的高温高压系统中使用的球阀极易受到恶劣状况影响,如果结构不当更容易引发密封处的泄露。在有些恶劣的工作条件下,会发生内部启闭件吹出和阀杆窜出等事故,从而造成设备和操作人员的损坏和危害。球阀的设计规范已经明确规定阀门应具有防止阀杆弹出的要求,现有技术中为防止阀杆窜出,多采用的托盘结构,在阀门启闭过程中,因阀杆的转动会造成托盘的磨损,进而导致密封不严以及阀杆窜出等事故的发生,为避免此现象的发生,在阀杆与托盘配合处会采用垫圈以保护托盘的磨损,虽然垫圈采用热处理后表面耐磨性比较好,但在长期使用过程中,磨损严重,也很难防止事故的发生。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种小口径高温耐磨球阀,它可消除泄漏,使球阀具有自密性,保证球阀的密封性更加可靠,可提高系统的工作效率,使系统维护更加安全。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种小口径高温耐磨球阀,包括阀体、阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间设有阀体密封环,阀体内设置阀座组,阀座组与阀盖之间设置球体,阀座组由阀座弹簧与浮动阀座组成,球体上连接一阀杆,阀杆另一端连接一手柄,阀杆上设有轴肩,轴肩上端面与手柄之间设置一托盘,托盘固定连接于阀体,阀杆与阀体之间填充填料,填料通过填料压盖固定密封,阀杆上轴肩处设置轴承,阀杆、填料压盖以及阀体密封环都经过QPQ盐浴复合处理。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、阀杆轴肩处设置轴承,耐磨性好,可有效防止因磨损引起的泄漏以及阀杆窜出事故的发生,提高了阀门的安全性。
2、阀杆、填料压盖以及阀体密封环都经过QPQ盐浴复合处理,增强其耐磨性、耐腐蚀性,在高温、高压、高循环、热冲击和冲刷以及介质中含有大量氢气等严酷工况下,保证了阀门的零泄漏。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种小口径高温耐磨球阀,包括阀体1、阀盖8,阀体1与阀盖8之间设有阀体密封环5,阀盖8通过螺柱7及螺母6的配合与阀体1密封固定,阀体1内设置阀座组,阀座组与阀盖8之间设置球体4,阀座组由阀座弹簧2与浮动阀座3组成,球体4上连接一阀杆22,阀杆22另一端通过垫片18以及螺母19固定连接一手柄20,阀杆22上设有轴肩,轴肩上端面与手柄20之间安装一托盘21,托盘21与阀体1之间连有立柱14,螺钉15安装在立柱14内将托盘21与阀体1固定连接,阀杆22与阀体1之间填充填料9,填料9通过填料压盖10固定密封,填料压盖10通过碟簧11、螺柱13以及螺母12之间的配合固定在阀体1上,阀杆22上轴肩处设置轴承16,阀杆22、填料压盖10以及阀体密封环5都经过QPQ盐浴复合处理,以增强其耐磨性、耐腐蚀性。
工作时,手柄20驱动阀杆22旋转,即可通过旋转球体4实现阀门的启闭。

1.一种小口径高温耐磨球阀,包括阀体、阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间设有阀体密封环,阀体内设置阀座组,阀座组与阀盖之间设置球体,所述阀座组由阀座弹簧与浮动阀座组成,所述球体上连接一阀杆,阀杆另一端连接一手柄,所述阀杆上设有轴肩,轴肩上端面与手柄之间设置一托盘,所述托盘固定连接于阀体,所述阀杆与阀体之间填充填料,填料通过填料压盖固定密封,其特征在于:所述阀杆上轴肩处设置轴承,所述阀杆、填料压盖以及阀体密封环都经过QPQ盐浴复合处理。
