Abstract

本发明是一种液动高加三通阀,用于火力发电机组高压加热器旁路保护系统。一种液动高加三通阀,它由阀体、阀瓣、上阀座、阀盖、高压活塞、活塞缸、弹簧蓄能圈、挡环、泄压管、上阀杆、销等组成。所述泄压管与阀盖焊接连接,活塞缸泄压孔、阀盖泄压孔及泄压管组成阀门泄压管路;上阀座增加了弹簧蓄能圈保护装置;同时,所述液动高加三通阀主路关闭后,可通过连接螺母连接上下阀杆,将阀门锁定。本发明解决了弹簧蓄能圈易损坏、高压加热器解裂后阀门误开启问题,同时为液动高加三通阀提供一种快速、安全、可靠的泄压管路。

一种液动高加三通阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液动高加三通阀,属于火力发电机组阀门领域。
背景技术
高加三通阀是大型火力发电机组高压加热器旁路系统的重要设备之一,在高压加热器管系破裂和水位超警戒时,将高压加热器解裂,保证机组安全运行。
目前,内置高压活塞驱动的高加三通阀阀体与阀盖一般采用两道密封,第一道密封是自紧密封圈,第二道密封是弹簧蓄能圈,两道密封中间开有泄压槽,与焊在阀体侧壁的泄压管相连,在阀门关闭时卸掉活塞下部的介质,此种结构成本高,且弹簧蓄能圈容易损坏,影响泄压效果;上阀座与阀体采用自紧密封圈或弹簧蓄能圈密封,但弹簧蓄能圈缺少挡环保护,拆装过程中容易损坏。
另外,阀门关闭时,要求对阀门进行锁定,防止阀门误开启,需增加锁紧装置。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种活塞缸泄压可靠、带弹簧蓄能圈保护挡环及关闭锁紧的液动高加三通阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是一种液动高加三通阀,它包括阀体、阀瓣、上阀座、挡环、O形圈、活塞缸、活塞、泄压管、销、上阀杆、手轮、连接螺母、自紧密封圈、阀盖、下阀杆、弹簧蓄能圈、卡簧、导向板等。机组正常运行时,高加三通阀主路开启,旁路关闭。
所述液动高加三通阀阀体与上阀座活动连接,采用弹簧蓄能圈、O形圈双重密封,为防止拆装过程中弹簧蓄能圈损坏,在其下部增加了挡环,挡环与上阀座采用卡簧或螺纹两种连接方式。
所述液动高加三通阀活塞缸的泄压孔与阀盖的泄压孔连通,阀盖的泄压孔延伸至阀盖上端,与泄压管焊接连接。
所述液动高加三通阀关闭后,旋转手轮,使上阀杆下移与下阀杆接触,阀杆由导向板防转,通过连接螺母将上下阀杆连接,由销锁定。
本发明的有益效果是:液动高加三通阀的活塞缸泄压管路安全、可靠,有效避免由于密封失效产生的阀门关闭迟缓;阀体与上阀座间的弹簧蓄能圈具有保护装置,可避免拆装阀门时弹簧蓄能圈损坏;另外阀门增加了锁紧机构,有效避免阀门关闭后的误开启。

具体实施方式
如图1所示实施实例,液动高加三通阀的阀体1与阀盖15采用自紧密封圈14密封,高压活塞7与下阀杆16为一体式结构,活塞缸6的泄压孔与阀盖15的泄压孔连通,阀盖15的泄压孔向上延伸至阀盖15上端,与泄压管8焊接连接。当高压加热器超警戒水位时,高压活塞7下腔介质经泄压管8快速排出,阀瓣2在高压活塞7上腔介质力推动下迅速开启旁路,关闭主路,高压加热器解裂。
所述液动高加三通阀主路关闭后,可旋转手轮11,使上阀杆10下移并与下阀杆16接触,上、下阀杆由导向板19防止旋转,通过连接螺母12将上下阀杆连接,下阀杆16与连接螺母12间插上销9,可锁定阀门防止误开启。
所述液动高加三通阀的阀体1与上阀座3活动连接,采用弹簧蓄能圈17、O形圈5双重密封,在上阀座3下部弹簧蓄能圈17处增加了挡环4,挡环4与上阀座3采用卡簧18或螺纹两种方式连接,挡环4的外径尺寸与弹簧蓄能圈17相当,可防止阀门拆装过程中弹簧蓄能圈17损坏。

1.一种液动高加三通阀,其特征在于:它包括阀体(1)、上阀座(3)、挡环(4)、活塞缸(6)、泄压管(8)、销(9)、上阀杆(10)、连接螺母(12)、阀盖(15)、弹簧蓄能圈(17)、卡簧(18)、导向板(19),阀体(1)与上阀座(3)活动连接,弹簧蓄能圈(17)由挡环(4)保护,泄压管(8)与阀盖(15)焊接连接,上阀杆(10)与下阀杆(16)通过连接螺母(12)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液动高加三通阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)与上阀座(3)活动连接,采用弹簧蓄能圈(17)密封,拆装阀门时弹簧蓄能圈(17)由挡环(4)保护,挡环(4)与上阀座(3)采用卡簧(18)或螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液动高加三通阀,其特征在于:活塞缸(6)的泄压孔延伸至阀盖(15)上端,与泄压管(8)焊接连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液动高加三通阀,其特征在于:阀门关闭后,上阀杆(10)与下阀杆(16)通过连接螺母(12)连接,由销(9)锁定。
