The structure of the retort filling and distributing device comprises a lifting frame 2 which is arranged beside a retort barrel 1 and is relatively fixed; the upper rocker arm 3 is arranged on the lifting frame and can rotate around the lifting frame, a material conveying mechanism consisting of a power roller 4, a driven roller 5 and a conveying belt 6 driven by the rollers is arranged on the upper rocker arm, the upper rocker arm rotates around the lifting mechanism, the end part 7 of the upper rocker arm can be stabilized at the central part of the retort barrel 1, and the end part is provided with an axial downward power mechanism 9 of an output shaft 8; a fixed frame 10 which is driven by an output shaft 8 of a power mechanism to rotate around a shaft is arranged at the lower side of the end part 7 of the upper rocker arm, a second material conveying mechanism which is composed of a second power roller 11, a second driven roller 12 and a second conveying belt 13 driven by the rollers is arranged on the fixed frame, and a retort loading dustpan 16 which is driven by a third power mechanism 14 to rotate around a fixed shaft 15 is arranged at the lower side of the end part of the second material conveying mechanism; the material conveying mechanism is provided with a material inlet 17.
The working principle of the steamer filling and distributing device for making white spirit is as follows:

then starting power for loading into a steamer: starting a power mechanism to enable a material conveying mechanism, a second material conveying mechanism and a retort loading dustpan 16 which form the device to rotate, preferably, a conveyor is used for uniformly conveying wet and sticky materials into the material conveying mechanism from a material inlet, the wet and sticky materials are conveyed to the second conveying mechanism from a conveying belt of the material conveying mechanism, then the wet and sticky materials are conveyed into the retort loading dustpan at the end part of the conveying mechanism from the end part of the conveying belt of the conveying mechanism, and the wet and sticky materials are loaded into the retort bucket from the retort loading dustpan; the second material conveying mechanism is driven by the power mechanism 9 to rotate around the shaft, and the retort loading dustpan arranged at the end part of the second material conveying mechanism can also be driven by the third power mechanism 14 to rotate around the fixed shaft, so that the wetted materials can be uniformly spread in the retort barrel layer by layer; when the materials are loaded to a certain height, the height of the position of the retort-loading dustpan is raised or lowered by adjusting the height of the lifting mechanism, so that the materials can be conveniently scattered and loaded.
