本发明公开了一种微动开关发令机构,包括移动板,移动板套装在移动杆上并在移动杆的端头装有弹簧,在移动杆上固定有挡板,在移动板上固定支架,支架上通过销轴连接有转板,转板的一侧设推簧,转板的另一侧与接近开关相配,在支架上插入有推杆,推杆的一端与挡板顶靠,推杆的另一端顶靠在转板上边并与销轴相互错位设置。本机构结构简单,可微动发令,提高了检测质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微动开关发令机构,用于工件在机加工后对孔内是否留存折断刀具进行机械检测时的发令。
背景技术
刀具折断机械检测装置是组合机床加工行业中是常用的机械结构之一,其作用是对完成钻孔或攻丝加工工序后的工件,进行机械探深,如果机械探头能在加工孔走满行程,刀具折断开关不发信号,则认为刀具没有折断;否则认为刀具有折断。可见折断开关在检测过程中非常重要,当折断量较小时,直接用光电开关感应或触点开关触发都很难发出信号,造成误检,从而可能造成废料或以后工序的加工事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、可微动发令、提高检测质量的微动开关发令机构,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的微动开关发令机构,包括移动板,移动板套装在移动杆上并在移动杆的端头装有弹簧,在移动杆上固定有挡板,在移动板上固定支架,支架上通过销轴连接有转板,转板的一侧设推簧,转板的另一侧与接近开关相配,在支架上插入有推杆,推杆的一端与挡板顶靠,推杆的另一端顶靠在转板上边并与销轴相互错位设置。
所述的支架右侧连接有右侧板,所述的推簧的端头顶靠在右侧板上,所述的支架左侧连接有左侧板,所述的接近开关安装在左侧板上,在左侧板上固定有对转板进行转动限位的限位轴,在挡板上固定有防转杆,防转杆插入移动板上的孔内。
本发明的微动开关发令机构连接在移动杆上,移动杆是机构检测设备中的移动部件,与油缸连接,移动板安装在移动杆的端头,检测探头安装在移动板上。检测时,探头进入工件上的加工孔内,如孔底有折断的刀具存在,移动板停止移动,此时移动杆及挡板继续移动,移动杆端头的弹簧被压缩,挡板离开推杆,在推簧的作用下转板发生转动,微量靠近接近开关,立即发令。本机构结构简单,可微动发令,提高了检测质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:14为移动杆,13为移动板,移动板13套装在移动杆14上并在移动杆14的端头装有弹簧15。在移动杆14上固定有挡板7。在移动板13上通过螺钉固定有支架5,支架5上通过销轴4连接有转板3,转板3的一侧设推簧2,转板3的另一侧与接近开关11相配。在支架5上插入有推杆6,推杆6的一端与挡板7顶靠,推杆6的另一端顶靠在转板3上边并与销轴4相互错位设置。
支架5右侧连接有右侧板1,推簧2的端头顶靠在右侧板1上,支架5左侧连接有左侧板8,接近开关11安装在左侧板8上。在左侧板8上固定有对转板3进行转动限位的限位轴10。在挡板7上固定有防转杆9,防转杆9插入移动板13上的孔内。在支架5的前面设有盖板12。
本发明的微动开关发令机构连接在移动杆14上,移动杆14是机械检测设备中的移动部件,与油缸连接,移动板13安装在移动杆14的端头,检测探头安装在移动板13上。检测时,探头进入工件上的加工孔内,如孔底有折断的刀具存在,移动板13停止移动,此时移动杆14及挡板7继续移动,移动杆端头的弹簧15被压缩,挡板7离开推杆6,在推簧2的作用下转板3发生转动,微量靠近接近开关11,立即发令。本机构结构简单,可微动发令,提高了检测质量。

1.一种微动开关发令机构,其特征在于:包括移动板(13),移动板(13)套装在移动杆(14)上并在移动杆(14)的端头装有弹簧(15),在移动杆(14)上固定有挡板(7),在移动板(13)上固定支架(5),支架(5)上通过销轴(4)连接有转板(3),转板(3)的一侧设推簧(2),转板(3)的另一侧与接近开关(11)相配,在支架(5)上插入有推杆(6),推杆(6)的一端与挡板(7)顶靠,推杆(6)的另一端顶靠在转板(3)上边并与销轴(4)相互错位设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微动开关发令机构,其特征在于:所述的支架(5)右侧连接有右侧板(1),所述的推簧(2)的端头顶靠在右侧板(1)上,所述的支架(5)左侧连接有左侧板(8),所述的接近开关(11)安装在左侧板(8)上,在左侧板(8)上固定有对转板(3)进行转动限位的限位轴(10),在挡板(7)上固定有防转杆(9),防转杆(9)插入移动板(13)上的孔内。
