Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种矫正鞋垫,尤其涉及一种能够被放入到现有的鞋子中的矫正鞋垫。然而,根据本发明的矫正鞋垫还可用作鞋子的结构的组成部分。
鞋垫、矫正器和足弓支撑件的已有设计在脚的脚背、内侧纵弓或自然弓需要支撑的前提下起作用,这通过物理地填充脚的自然弓来实现。因此,脚背由各种材料中的一种或多种材料充分支撑,所述材料通过填充弓部来控制和支撑脚的功能。这些装置是可忍受的,但是使脚适应会花费一定的时间。另外,由于宽度和长度的要求,导致它们有时难以被容纳于鞋中。

脚底筋膜腱具有截然不同的三片:内侧、中央和外侧。对于正常的步态模式,就最适合的力学而言,要求脚以集中对称的方式经过动量和力的支点,这是因为在整个步态或步行周期中正常的脚动作需要旋前与旋后之间的平衡,其中,与外侧的任何偏离被称为旋后,与内侧的任何偏离被称为旋前。
在解剖骨骼术语中,脚底筋膜的中央韧带的起始端自跟骨(踵骨)开始,脚底筋膜的三片在由骰骨、舟骨和楔状骨组成的横弓之下延伸。然后,随着腱延伸,脚底筋膜附着到脚趾的远端趾骨中。
脚的功能所涉及的其他肌肉是脚底方肌、拇屈长肌、腓骨肌和拇展长肌以及胫骨后肌。
当具有双足的人步行或奔跑时,由腱和韧带的复合体支撑的足弓通常有助于用于前向推进的中央支撑和支点。连同踝运动(跖屈和背屈)一起的是距下关节动作(三平面的运动,然后到前冲性的的脚趾离地阶段中的到达最高点的跗中关节运动)。这是一种复杂的三平面运动。
通过穿着具有变化的鞋跟高度的鞋子,正常的脚功能可能会受损。由于鞋子的前部承受脚力学,因此较小的跖骨弓必须承受负荷达较长的时间段。通过考虑在该限定的区域中对背屈力的需要,对脚底筋膜和中央软组织的解剖位置可进行加强。
由于在步态周期中过早且过度地涉及到脚底筋膜附着处,所以与病态的过度旋前(过旋前)或旋后无关的受损的生物力学脚功能导致过大的力被过早地加载到较小的跖骨头部上,并且提高了在跖球的脚底上形成老茧、较小脚趾的屈曲或变为锤状的可能性。
通过采用本发明,骸骨构造和软组织的中央部分被支撑,从而有助于改善有效的脚动作并改善脚背的承重,同时允许包括“绞盘机制”的脚底筋膜腱发挥正常功能。另外,通过将支撑性隆起置于终止于距舟关节的骸骨构造、软组织的中央部分,根据本发明的鞋垫使得跖骨的承重面的远端面的压力减轻。
内侧缺少的鞋垫材料优选地比外侧缺少的鞋垫材料多的鞋垫的切除部分有助于脚的横弓和中央韧带的正常动作。
鞋垫可由聚丙烯材料形成,有利地,鞋垫包括单一的同质结构。鞋垫的成分可包含已知具有治疗性能的铜。优选地,鞋垫的材料是半刚性材料。
