本发明公开了一种船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,包括驱动部、阀体、阀杆及碟板,阀杆穿过阀体,阀杆的外端与驱动部连接,碟板位于阀体内,碟板的一侧与阀杆固定连接,碟板的另一侧固定连接一密封圈,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁相配合形成密封副,所述密封圈由若干片状的金属片叠加而成,相邻的两金属片,其中一金属片的外圈与阀体内壁相配合形成密封副,另一金属片的外径比阀体内壁的内径小,若干金属片叠加后,密封圈的周向密封面上形成若干圈沿周向环绕的空隙。该蝶阀关闭时不会产生泄漏,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁磨损小,密封圈的密封性能好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种船用蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术的船用蝶阀,碟板与阀体内壁之间的密封大都采用橡胶密封,橡胶密封容易磨损且易受流体介质腐蚀,使用寿命短,需要经常更换。一般的硬密封蝶阀包括阀体、阀杆及碟板,碟板上密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁相配合形成密封副,密封圈与阀体的内壁都由金属材料制成。碟板关闭时密封圈产生弹性变形,从而密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁紧密配合,以此达到密封效果。当这种硬密封蝶阀用于船上时,流体介质中的杂质在碟板关闭过程中,夹在密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁之间,会产生以下问题,一是密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁不能完全配合,碟板不能完全关闭,造成泄漏;二是密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁产生很大磨损,磨损后的密封圈密封性能变差,需要经常更换,使用寿命短。中国专利授权公告号:CN102506230A,授权公告日:2012-06-20,公开了一种船用蝶阀,包括阀体、位于阀体内的阀杆,还包括连接在阀杆上的蝶板,所述阀体与阀杆接触的内外表面设置带O型圈的密封套。所述蝶板与阀杆通过圆锥销连成一体,并采用铆钉固牢。所述阀杆顶端通过平键连接驱动装置。所述阀体底部采用螺栓固定连接端盖板。该蝶阀采用橡胶密封,容易磨损且易受海水腐蚀,使用寿命短,需要经常更换。中国专利授权公告号:CN202284653U,授权公告日:2012.06.27,公开了一种金属多层次密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、蝶板、密封件和安装件,阀座与蝶板具有相互配合的密封面,主要是阀座采用多层次密封面由端盖安装于阀体上,蝶板密封面采用耐磨硬质合金堆焊形成。这种蝶阀阀座与蝶板的密封面容易夹住流体介质中的杂质,使密封圈密封面产生很大磨损,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是,针对现有技术碟板不能完全关闭,容易泄漏,密封圈的密封性能差,需要经常更换,使用寿命短的缺陷,提供一种蝶阀关闭时不会产生泄漏,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁磨损小,密封圈的密封性能好,使用寿命长的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现。一种船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,包括驱动部、阀体、阀杆及碟板,阀杆穿过阀体,阀杆的外端与驱动部连接,碟板位于阀体内,碟板的一侧与阀杆固定连接,碟板的另一侧固定连接一密封圈,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁相配合形成密封副,所述密封圈由若干片状的金属片叠加而成,相邻的两金属片,其中一金属片的外圈与阀体内壁相配合形成密封副,另一金属片的外径比阀体内壁的内径小,若干金属片叠加后,密封圈的周向密封面上形成若干圈沿周向环绕的空隙。与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片采用合金弹簧钢制作,片状形状的密封圈弹性能达到最佳状态,与阀体内壁的密封面磨损减小,延长密封的使用寿命。在碟板关闭过程中,流体介质中的一些杂质夹在密封圈的周向密封面的空隙里,当碟板打开时,空隙里的杂质随着流体介质的流动被带走,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁配合程度得到改善,碟板完全关闭,不会造成泄漏,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁磨损得到很大程度的减少,密封圈的寿命延长。另一比阀体内壁内径小的金属片可采用一般的金属材料制作,节约了材料成本。
作为优选,所述空隙的深度为3至5毫米。深度太浅不能容纳杂质,深度太大金属片弹性过大,密封性能不好。
作为优选,所述阀体内壁为圆锥斜面,阀体内壁焊接有一层厚度均匀的耐磨金属层,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体内壁的耐磨金属层相配合形成密封副。一般阀体的材料为铸铁、铸钢及不锈钢,容易磨损,耐磨金属层增加了阀体的内壁的耐磨性能,延长阀体的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述金属片外圆周面为弧形面,金属片与阀体内壁形成线密封,密封性能好,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁的接触面减小,进一步减少了流体介质中的杂质对密封面产生的磨损,延长了密封的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的硬度逐渐增加。远离阀杆一侧的金属片与阀体内壁的磨损大,该结构可增加密封圈的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的厚度逐渐增加。金属片的厚度增加,相应的硬度也增加,密封圈的耐磨性能增加,使用寿命延长。
作为优选,所述阀杆的下端与阀体之间设有对开圆环。在阀杆转动过程中,阀杆与阀体接触的部分存在磨损,对开圆环可增加阀杆的转动,减少磨损。
本发明的主要有益效果是,蝶阀关闭时不会产生泄漏,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁磨损小,密封圈的密封性能好,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面将本发明结合附图和实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一,如图1至图2所示,一种船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,用于海上与远洋船舶,包括驱动部1、阀体4、阀杆2及碟板9,驱动部可以是蜗轮传动、电动、气动等执行机构,阀杆穿过阀体,阀杆的外端与驱动部连接,碟板位于阀体内,碟板的一侧用圆柱销5固定在阀杆上,碟板的另一侧固定连接一密封圈11,密封圈由压板10压住通过螺钉固定在碟板上。阀体内壁为圆锥斜面,圆锥斜面的大端朝向阀杆,阀体内壁上焊接有一层厚度均匀的耐磨金属层8,所述密封圈由若干片状的金属片叠加而成,金属片外圆周面为弧形面,相邻的两金属片,其中一金属片的外圈与耐磨金属层相配合形成密封副,另一金属片的外径比耐磨金属层形成内壁的内径小,若干金属片叠加后,密封圈的周向密封面上形成若干圈沿周向环绕的空隙,空隙的深度为3至5毫米。与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的硬度逐渐增加,密封圈的周向密封面也是圆锥斜面,与阀体内壁的耐磨金属层相配合形成密封副。所述阀杆的上端与阀体之间设有填料压盖3与填料7,阀杆的下端与阀体之间设有对开圆环12。阀杆与阀体的底端设有端盖6,端盖通过螺钉固定在阀体上。在碟板关闭过程中,流体介质中的一些杂质夹在密封圈的周向密封面上的空隙里,当碟板打开时,空隙里的杂质随着流体介质的流动被带走,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁配合程度得到改善,碟板完全关闭,不会造成泄漏,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁磨损得到很大程度的减少,密封圈的寿命延长。
实施例二,所述与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的厚度逐渐增加。其余结构及使用方法与实施例一相同。

1.一种船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,包括驱动部、阀体、阀杆及碟板,阀杆穿过阀体,阀杆的外端与驱动部连接,碟板位于阀体内,碟板的一侧与阀杆固定连接,碟板的另一侧固定连接一密封圈,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体的内壁相配合形成密封副,其特征是,所述密封圈由若干片状的金属片叠加而成,相邻的两金属片,其中一金属片的外圈与阀体内壁相配合形成密封副,另一金属片的外径比阀体内壁的内径小,若干金属片叠加后,密封圈的周向密封面上形成若干圈沿周向环绕的空隙,所述金属片外圆周面为弧形面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,其特征是,所述空隙的深度为3至5毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,其特征是,所述阀体内壁为圆锥斜面,阀体内壁焊接有一层厚度均匀的耐磨金属层,密封圈的周向密封面与阀体内壁的耐磨金属层相配合形成密封副。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,其特征是,所述与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的硬度逐渐增加。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,其特征是,所述与阀体内壁形成密封副的金属片从靠近阀杆一侧到远离阀杆一侧的厚度逐渐增加。
6.根据权利要求4所述的船用中心型多层硬密封蝶阀,其特征是,所述阀杆的下端与阀体之间设有对开圆环。
