本发明公开了一种多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖、阀杆、手轮,阀盖底部开有40~55度的锥孔,锥孔内设有波纹管组合件;波纹管组合件由空套在阀杆外围的波纹管和锥形盖帽组成;波纹管下端与阀杆密封固定连接,锥形盖帽固定连接在波纹管的上端;锥形盖帽的锥度方向与阀盖底部锥孔方向一致,其外锥面的角度比阀盖底部锥孔大4~10度;锥形盖帽下沿圆周平面与阀体、阀盖紧密压合在一起,其间设有聚氟乙烯密封垫;阀瓣端部设有锥形密封结构。本发明采用多重密封结构,能经受强烈腐蚀,能保证长时间安全无泄漏,可靠安全。

多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种氯气输送管道专用阀门,属于化工行业专用介质输送管道阀领域。
背景技术
以往,氯碱化工行业的氯气阀,通常为普通阀门。普通阀门在强腐蚀、有毒有害的工艺条件下,往往密封性能差,易泄漏,壳体易穿孔,使用寿命短,不能满足长期有效输送有毒介质的特殊要求。现在有人在阀门密封结构上进行了改进,但是,长期使用后,阀杆往往由于阀门的开启、关闭长时间的上、下动作,阀杆与填料长时间接触而产生磨损,仍然存在着泄漏的危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是现有技术中存在的不足,提供密封可靠,能经受强烈腐蚀,能保证长时间安全无泄漏的多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
    多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖、阀杆、手轮,其改进之处在于:所述阀盖底部开有40~55度的锥孔,所述锥孔内设有波纹管组合件;所述波纹管组合件由空套在阀杆外围的波纹管和锥形盖帽组成;所述波纹管下端与阀杆密封固定连接,锥形盖帽固定连接在波纹管的上端;所述锥形盖帽的锥度方向与阀盖底部锥孔方向一致,其外锥面的角度比阀盖底部锥孔大4~10度;所述锥形盖帽下沿圆周平面与阀体、阀盖紧密压合在一起,其间设有聚氟乙烯密封垫;所述阀瓣端部设有锥形密封结构。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述阀瓣端部锥形密封结构锥形角为65~75度;所述阀盖中部设有填料式密封结构,包括填料压块、填料,所述填料为V形密封圈;所述阀体为耐蚀合金钢材料;所述阀盖与阀体榫槽式密封连接;所述阀座上设有燕尾形槽,槽内填充聚氟乙烯树脂与金属基体构成一体。
本发明使用时,逆时针转动手轮带动阀杆直线上升,使波纹管压缩,同时,使浮动连接在阀杆端部的阀瓣离开阀体内腔的阀座密封面,使阀门打开;顺时针转动手轮带动阀杆直线下降,使波纹管拉伸,同时,使浮动连接在阀杆端部的阀瓣与阀座吻合,构成密封使阀门关闭;波纹管作为隔离介质与阀盖接触的屏障。
采用上述技术方案,使得本发明具有如下优点:
1、         多重密封更可靠。本发明比普通阀门增加了波纹管组合件,波纹管下端焊接在阀杆上,以防止氯气等强腐蚀的有毒介质侵蚀阀杆,其上端置于阀体与阀盖之间构成静密封,同时将用于隔开阀体和阀盖的锥形盖帽固定焊接在波纹管上端外围,还可以堵塞波纹管与阀杆之间可能存在的泄漏点,进一步提高了阀门的密封防泄漏性能。锥形盖帽下沿圆周平面与阀体、阀盖紧密结合,其间设有聚氟乙烯密封垫,可以进一步保证阀门的密封效果。同时,在阀瓣端部设置由锥形密封结构,达到双重密封双保险无内漏的效果。
2、         安全性更好。在阀盖中部设置填料密封结构,在填料室中置有模压成型的V形填料组合多层,上部采用填料压盖压紧构成填料室密封副,形成第二道上密封,可以进一步防止介质泄漏,提高阀门安全性;阀座上加工有马蹄形槽和燕尾形槽,在槽内压入聚氟乙烯树脂并经烧结后模压构成整体,使树脂与金属基体有机集合为一体,达到密封性能好,不变形,不脱落耐腐蚀的效果,解决了普通阀阀座树脂因低温收缩脱落,无法关闭阀门,造成内漏发生化工事故的难题。

    附图所示的多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、阀瓣3、阀盖4、阀杆8、手轮10,阀盖4底部开有40~55度的锥孔,所述锥孔内设有波纹管组合件5,波纹管组合件5由空套在阀杆8外围的波纹管5.1和锥形盖帽5.2组成,波纹管5.1下端与阀杆8密封固定连接,本实施例中,波纹管5.1下端与阀杆8焊接连接,锥形盖帽5.2固定连接在波纹管5.1的上端;锥形盖帽5.2的锥度方向与阀盖4底部锥孔方向一致,本实施例中,锥形盖帽5.2的外锥面的角度比阀盖4底部锥孔大8度;锥形盖帽5.2下沿圆周平面与阀体1、阀盖4紧密压合在一起,其间设有聚氟乙烯密封垫6;阀瓣3端部设有锥形密封结构;本实施例中,阀瓣3端部锥形密封结构锥形角为65~75度;阀盖4中部设有填料式密封结构,包括填料压块7、填料9,填料9为V形密封圈;阀体1为耐蚀合金钢材料;阀盖4与阀体1榫槽式密封连接;阀座2上设有燕尾形槽,槽内填充聚氟乙烯树脂与金属基体构成一体。

1.一种多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、阀瓣(3)、阀盖(4)、阀杆(8)、手轮(10),其特征在于:所述阀盖(4)底部开有40~55度的锥孔,所述锥孔内设有波纹管组合件(5);所述波纹管组合件(5)由空套在阀杆(8)外围的波纹管(5.1)和锥形盖帽(5.2)组成;所述波纹管(5.1)下端与阀杆(8)密封固定连接,锥形盖帽(5.2)固定连接在波纹管(5.1)的上端;所述锥形盖帽(5.2)的锥度方向与阀盖(4)底部锥孔方向一致,其外锥面的角度比阀盖(4)底部锥孔大4~10度;所述锥形盖帽(5.2)下沿圆周平面与阀体(1)、阀盖(4)紧密压合在一起,其间设有聚氟乙烯密封垫(6);所述阀瓣(3)端部设有锥形密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)端部锥形密封结构锥形角为65~75度。
3.根据权利要求1~2之一所述的多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(4)中部设有填料式密封结构,包括填料压块(7)、填料(9),所述填料(9)为V形密封圈;所述阀体(1)为耐蚀合金钢材料;所述阀盖(4)与阀体(1)榫槽式密封连接。
4.根据权利要求1~2之一所述的多重密封结构氯气输送管道专用阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(2)上设有燕尾形槽,槽内填充聚氟乙烯树脂与金属基体构成一体。
