技术领域
本发明涉及普外科领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗泌尿系结石的药剂。
背景技术
泌尿系结石又称尿石症，包括肾结石、输尿管结石、膀胱结石和尿道结石，是临床一种较为常见的多发病，好发于青壮年男性，而我国南部各省的发病率要明显高于北部各省。通常常上尿路结石以草酸钙、磷酸钙结石为主，下尿路结石以尿酸钙和磷酸镁铵结石为主，临床可出现腰腹痛、血尿、排尿时突然中断等症状，严重时可造成肾功能损害，甚至可危及生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗泌尿系结石的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗泌尿系结石的药剂，它是由下述原料药按照重量份制成：黄芩8份、山花生6份、红豆9份、飞蛾树5份、竹荪7份、牛尾菜3份、绿豆9份、文竹5份、叶底红3份、蓝莓8份、过山龙3份和红门兰2份。
优选地，所述药剂可以为片剂、口含片、速溶片、或汤剂。
为了更好地理解本发明，参照《中药大辞典》第二版，本发明中使用的一些原料药的说明如下：
黄芩
【学名】：Scutellaria lateriflora
【科名】：紫蘇科
本发明所述的治疗泌尿系结石的药剂处方简单，疗效明确，患者适应性强，适于在临床上大量推广。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取黄芩8克、山花生6克、红豆9克、飞蛾树5克、竹荪7克、牛尾菜3克、绿豆9克、文竹5克、叶底红3克、蓝莓8克、过山龙3克和红门兰2克，加入水8000毫升，在密封容器中在90℃下加热4小时，过滤，滤液即为本发明的汤剂。
实验例
150例病人，其中男性86例，女性64例，年龄在15～76岁。全部病例均有不同程度的腰、腹部疼痛，且全部病例均经B超或腹部X线摄片或静脉肾盂造影确诊。其中单纯肾结石58例，单纯输尿管结石36例，单纯膀胱结石8例，多发性结石48例，伴肾积水72例。结石数量在2颗以上者126例，病程自发现结石伴随临床症状出现起最短2d，最长1年半。本组观察治疗病例均选择结石横径在0.8cm以下，且均经小便、血液等检查，排除肝、肾功能受损者。
使用实施例1中制得的汤剂来进行治疗，其中一天3次，每次口服100毫升，治疗30天为一个疗程。
疗效判定标准
治愈：结石排出，临床症状消失，复查B超或X光摄片或静脉肾盂造影结石消失；显效：临床症状消失，经B超或X光等检查结石位置下移或体积缩小，结石数量减少，肾积水消失；无效：临床症状仍存在，复查B超或X光摄片或静脉肾孟造影结石仍存在，体积及位置无明显改变。
结果
经过治疗，发现150例患者的结石排出，临床症状消失，复查B超或X光摄片或静脉肾盂造影结石消失，因此全部符合治愈的疗效判定标准。

1.一种治疗泌尿系结石的药剂，其特征在于它是由下述原料药按照下列方法制成：称取黄芩8克、山花生6克、红豆9克、飞蛾树5克、竹荪7克、牛尾菜3克、绿豆9克、文竹5克、叶底红3克、蓝莓8克、过山龙3克和红门兰2克，加入水8000毫升，在密封容器中在90℃下加热4小时，过滤，滤液即为所述药剂。
