具体实施方式
以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述，但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
配方：荆芥5份、麻黄2份、沉香3份、枇杷叶4份、杏仁1份、银翘1份、薄荷1份、板蓝根1份、穿心莲1.5份、甘草1份。
制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加入原料总重8倍的水煎煮2次，合并煎煮液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.1的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例2
配方：荆芥15份、麻黄5份、沉香5份、枇杷叶8份、杏仁5份、银翘5份、薄荷5份、板蓝根5份、穿心莲3份、甘草3份、桑白皮3份。
制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加入原料总重10倍的水煎煮3次，合并煎煮液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.3的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例3
配方：荆芥10份、麻黄4份、沉香4份、枇杷叶6份、杏仁2份、银翘2份、薄荷2份、板蓝根3份、穿心莲2份、甘草2份、桑白皮2份、麦芽1份。
制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加入原料总重8倍的水煎煮3次，合并煎煮液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.1的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例4
配方：荆芥15份、麻黄2份、沉香3份、枇杷叶～8份、杏仁1份、银翘5份、薄荷1份、板蓝根5份、穿心莲1.5份、甘草3份、桑白皮3份、麦芽2份。
制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加入原料总重9倍的水煎煮2次，合并煎煮液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2的浸膏，干燥，即得。
通过以下临床试验验证本发明的有益效果：
1、门诊病例
选取小儿风热感冒门诊病例250例，年龄在2～12岁之间，女孩150例，男孩100例，随机分为5组，分别为实验组1～4和对照组，每组50人。
2、中医辨证标准
参照汪受传主编《中医儿科学》7版教材、《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准·中医儿科病症诊断疗效标准》以及邓铁涛主编《实用中医诊断学》制定。
风热犯表证：主症：发热；次症：恶风有汗、咽红肿痛、鼻流浊涕、舌红、苔薄黄、脉浮数或指纹浮紫。具备主症+次症2项，参考舌脉即可诊断。同时考虑挟滞、挟痰兼证。
挟痰：感冒兼见咳嗽剧烈，痰多或喉中痰鸣，舌苔白腻，脉浮滑。
挟滞：感冒兼见脘腹胀满，不思饮食，口气臭秽，大便酸臭，或呕吐酸腐，舌苔垢腻，脉滑。
3、中医症候分级标准
参照《中药新药治疗小儿外感发热的临床研究指导原则》指定。
主症：
次症：
4、纳入标准：
1)符合中医辨证标准者；
2)体温≥37.4℃
3)病程≤24h；
4)年龄2～12岁；
5)由法定监护人签署知情同意书者。
5、排除标准：
1)病程＞24h
2)白细胞总数≥12×109/L，CRP≥10mg/L，疑为细菌感染者；
3)其他疾病，如支气管炎、毛细支气管炎、肺炎等疾病引起的发热者；
4)合并心脑肝肾及造血等系统严重原发性疾病者；
5)有高热惊厥史者；
6、用药方法
实验组1～4服用实施例1～4的药物组合物，每次服用相当于生药0.5g，每日3次。三天为一个疗程。
对照组服用利巴韦林颗粒(四川百利药业有限责任公司，国药准字：H51023508.规格：每袋50mg)10～15mg/kg·d，分3次服用；以及护彤(小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒)(哈药集团六厂生产，国药准字：H23022613)2～5岁每次1/2袋，6～9岁1袋，9～12岁1.5袋，每日3次。三天为一个疗程。
7、综合疗效判定标准：
痊愈：体温正常，症候总积分减少大于95％；
显效：体温正常，症候总积分减少70～95％；
有效：体温正常或降低1℃以上，症候总积分减少30～70％(不包括70％)；
无效：体温没有降低，症候总积分减少＜30％。

Claims (5)
1.一种治疗小儿风热感冒的药物组合物，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的原料：荆芥5～15份、麻黄2～5份、沉香3～5份、枇杷叶4～8份、杏仁1～5份、银翘1～5份、薄荷1～5份、板蓝根1～5份、穿心莲1.5～3份、甘草1～3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗小儿风热感冒的药物组合物，其特征在于：还包括桑白皮1～3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗小儿风热感冒的药物组合物，其特征在于：还包括麦芽1～2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的治疗小儿风热感冒的药物组合物，其特征在于：其制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加水煎煮，过滤，将滤液浓缩至浸膏，干燥，即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的的治疗小儿风热感冒的药物组合物，其特征在于：其制备方法为：将配方量的各原料粉碎，加入原料总重8～10倍的水煎煮2～3次，合并煎煮液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.1～1.3的浸膏，干燥，即得。
