Abstract
本发明提出了一种制作巯基乙酸的新方法:在水中,使硫代硫酸钠和一氯乙酸钠反应生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠,然后再与硫化物或硫氢化物反应,合成巯基乙酸。此法设备、工艺简单,污染小,产品造价较硫脲法低30%以上,可直接做为选矿药剂等使用。
Description
本发明是一种化工产品巯基乙酸的制备新方法。
硫基乙酸及其衍生物,被广泛用做卷发剂、脱毛剂、选矿药剂、聚合物合成之添加剂等。目前,制作巯基乙酸主要有三种方法:一是硫脲法,此法设备简单、操作容易,但由于使用原料较贵,故产品成本较高;二是硫氢化钠法,该法用的原料便宜,故产品成本较低,但设备复杂,操作严格,且产生硫化氢污染;三是硫代硫酸钠法。1983年出版的《美国化学文摘》99:53146c,公开了一项与本发明相近的技术——苏联专利1014829号,该技术是:先将硫代硫酸钠和一氯乙酸钠放入水中,使该溶液在70~75℃下反应生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠,然后冷却,向反应物中吹入氮气并注入硫酸,硫酸在反应混合物中的含量为20~24.5%,最后快速加热,使其在100~110℃下水解,便生成巯基乙酸。这种制作巯基乙酸的方法,价格低,设备简单,但工艺仍显得复杂,且由于产品溶液中含硫酸较多,腐蚀性较强,不宜直接做为选矿药剂等使用。
本发明的目的是为了克服上述硫代硫酸钠法生产巯基乙酸之不足,简化工艺,降低产品成本。
本发明是这样实现的:将硫代硫酸钠和一氯乙酸钠放入水中,反应生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠后,再将其与硫化物或者硫氢化物进行化学反应便制得巯基乙酸。所用的硫化物可以是硫化钠、硫化钾、硫化铵;硫氢化物可以是硫氢化钠、硫氢化钾、硫氢化铵。
本发明制作巯基乙酸的方法,设备工艺简单,污染小,产品造价低,产品溶液为中性至强碱性,可直接做选矿药剂等使用。
下面是本发明的两个实施列:
实施例1,取147.6克硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3·5H2O)和140克41.2%的一氯乙酸钠溶液,放入烧杯,搅拌加热至70~75℃,在此温度下反应20分钟,生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠。冷却后加入14.2%(克/毫升)的硫化钠溶液300毫升,反应20分钟,制得巯基乙酸43.70克,产率95.8%。
实施例2,取140克41.2%的一氯乙酸钠水溶液和147.6克硫代硫酸钠,放入烧杯中,搅拌加热至70~75℃,在此温度下反应20分钟,生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠。冷却后加入30%(克/毫升)的硫氢化钠水溶液120毫升,反应20分钟,制得巯基乙酸44克,产率96.5%。
Claims (2)
1、一种巯基乙酸的制备方法,将硫代硫酸钠和一氯乙酸钠放入水中反应,生成羧甲基硫代硫酸钠,其特征在于使此生成物再与硫化物或硫氢化物反应,生成巯基乙酸。
2、按照权利要求1所说明的方法,其特征在于所说的硫化物是硫化钠、硫化钾、硫化铵,所说的硫氢化物是硫氢化钠、硫氢化钾、硫氢化铵。
