一种锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，它包括锅炉和锅炉后方的渣仓，锅炉尾部设有吸尘管，吸尘管上设有阀门，吸尘管底端连接有吸尘罩，吸尘罩下方设有输送带，输送带的另一端位于渣仓的上方，渣仓上端设有脉冲式布袋吸尘器。本发明结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，在吸尘管上安装阀门，通过阀门来控制吸尘管内压强的大小，进而控制吸收扬尘的力度，输送工艺简单，实现了二次除尘，有效的改善了现场环境，而且运行效果好，便于维修人员的维护，制造成本低，易于大规模推广应用。

技术领域:
本发明属于热电厂用除尘系统，具体涉及的是一种锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统。
背景技术：
现有的锅炉出渣方式是将锅炉内的炉渣通过输送带输送至渣仓内，但由于出渣口与输送带之间具有高度差，在炉渣落到输送带上时容易引起扬尘，导致现场环境较差，另外由于渣仓顶部除尘器为挂袋机械振打式清灰，长时间使用会造成机械转动部分故障率偏高，常常不能及时除尘。一旦除尘设备停运时间较长，会使整个除渣系统产生灰尘二次飞扬，造成人员与设备生产环境恶劣。
发明内容：
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本发明提供一种锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统。
    本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，包括锅炉和锅炉后方的渣仓，其特征在于：锅炉尾部设有吸尘管，吸尘管上设有阀门，吸尘管底端连接有吸尘罩，吸尘罩下方设有输送带，输送带的另一端位于渣仓的上方，渣仓上端设有脉冲式布袋吸尘器。
所述的阀门为蝶阀。 
所述的渣仓上设有振打装置。 
本发明的有意效果：结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，在吸尘管上安装阀门，通过阀门来控制吸尘管内压强的大小，进而控制吸收扬尘的力度；由于脉冲式布袋除尘器检修方便，也延长了设备使用周期，同时彻底改善设备及人员生产工作环境，提高设备使用率及使用寿命，输送工艺简单，实现了二次除尘，有效的改善了现场环境，而且运行效果好，制造成本低，易于大规模推广应用。

具体实施方式：
参照图1，该锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，包括锅炉1和锅炉1后方的渣仓7，其特征在于：锅炉1尾部设有吸尘管2，吸尘管2上设有阀门3，吸尘管2底端连接有吸尘罩4，吸尘罩4下方设有输送带5，输送带5的另一端位于渣仓7的上方，渣仓7上端设有脉冲式布袋吸尘器6。所述的阀门3为蝶阀。 所述的渣仓7上设有振打装置8。锅炉1在使用时，由于锅炉1尾部处的内部压强小于外部大气压，即具有负压，因此吸尘管2内也具有负压，具有负压的吸尘管2通过吸尘罩4将下落到输送带5上的炉渣所产生的扬尘吸入吸尘罩4，并通过吸尘罩4吸入吸尘管2，再由吸尘管2吸入锅炉1尾部的内部，使二次飞扬的飞灰被引入烟道除尘器进行收集，然而落入输送带5上炉渣通过脉冲式布袋吸尘器6进行除尘，再被输送到渣仓7内。脉冲式布袋吸尘器6可增加灰尘收集能力，使渣仓7能保持正常的负压工作状态，被吸回的飞扬灰尘经过脉冲式布袋除尘器吸附弹下后排入渣仓7进行外排运输。本发明结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，在吸尘管2上安装阀门3，通过阀门3来控制吸尘管2内压强的大小，进而控制吸收扬尘的力度，输送工艺简单，实现了二次除尘，有效的改善了现场环境，而且运行效果好，便于维修人员的维护，制造成本低，易于大规模推广应用。

1. 一种锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，包括锅炉和锅炉后方的渣仓，其特征在于：锅炉尾部设有吸尘管，吸尘管上设有阀门，吸尘管底端连接有吸尘罩，吸尘罩下方设有输送带，输送带的另一端位于渣仓的上方，渣仓上端设有脉冲式布袋吸尘器。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，其特征在于：所述的阀门为蝶阀。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的锅炉出渣设备的除尘系统，其特征在于：所述的渣仓上设有振打装置。
