技术领域
本发明涉及平面显示领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及用该背光模组的液晶显示模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlight module)。传统的液晶面板的结构是由一彩色滤光片基板(Color Filter)、一薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array Substrate)以及一配置于两基板间的液晶层(Liquid Crystal Layer)所构成,其工作原理是通过在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶层的液晶分子的旋转,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将发光光源例如阴极萤光灯管(Cold CathodeFluorescent Lamp,CCFL)或发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)设置在液晶面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(Light Guide Plate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
请参阅图1,侧入式背光模组包括:背板100、设置于背板100内的反射片200、设置于反射片200上的导光板300、设置于背板100内的背光源400、及设于背光源400与背板100之间的散热片500。背板100包括底板102及连接于底板102的侧板104,背光源400通过散热胶(未图示)安装于散热片500上,散热片500一般为铝板、铜板或石墨贴片,其通过螺钉固定于背板100的底板102上,背光源400发出的热量通过散热片500传递至背板100的底板102,通过背板100与外界的空气进行热交换散热。然而,由于散热胶的导热系数不高,进而导致背光模组的散热效果并不良好,影响背光模组的品质。
为了解决上述问题,及实现平面显示装置的窄边框化,现有一种侧入式背光模组,其将LED封装直接打件于平板的基板上,其结构如图2所示,LED封装垂直打件于PCB基板700上,从而可将液晶显示器的上框的外缘边框设置成较窄的边框。另外,PCB基板700下方还设置有散热板900,以将PCB模块产生的热量及时的散发出去,从而保证液晶面板显示清晰图案的品质。
然而,在PCB基板700下方设置散热板900无疑是进一步的增加了液晶显示器的整体厚度,与液晶显示器向薄型化发展的趋势是相违背的,因此,有必要对此进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,厚度薄,利于窄边框化,且散热效果较好。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组,其厚度薄,边框窄,散热效果好,且具有较高的品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、安装于背板内的背光源及安装于背板内的导光板,所述背板包括底板及垂直连接于底板的数个侧板,所述背光源包括电路板及安装并电性连接于电路板的数个LED灯,所述电路板安装于所述底板上,所述LED灯位于导光板的一侧,所述电路板朝向底板的表面具有第一斜面,一散热片设于电路板与底板之间,该散热片具有一与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,所述第一斜面与第二斜面贴合在一起,使得所述电路板与散热片组成一平板状结构,所述导光板支撑于该平板状结构上。
所述散热片由铝制成。
还包括设于底板与导光板之间的反射片及设于导光板上方的光学膜片组。
所述导光板包括朝向底板的底面、与底面相对设置的顶面及设于底面与顶面之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面,所述LED灯设于所述入光面侧。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组,包括:背光模组、设于背光模组上的胶框及设于胶框上的液晶显示面板,所述背光模组包括:背板、安装于背板内的背光源及安装于背板内的导光板,所述背板包括底板及垂直连接于底板的数个侧板,所述背光源包括电路板及安装并电性连接于电路板的数个LED灯,所述电路板安装于所述底板上,所述LED灯位于导光板的一侧,所述电路板朝向底板的表面具有第一斜面,一散热片设于电路板与底板之间,该散热片具有一与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,所述第一斜面与第二斜面贴合在一起,使得所述电路板与散热片组成一平板状结构,所述导光板支撑于该平板状结构上。
所述散热片由铝制成。
所述背光模组还包括设于底板与导光板之间的反射片及设于导光板上方的光学膜片组。
所述导光板包括朝向底板的底面、与底面相对设置的顶面及设于底面与顶面之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面,所述LED灯设于所述入光面侧。
所述液晶显示面板包括TFT基板、与TFT基板相对贴合设置的CF基板及设于TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶层。
所述TFT基板包括第一基板、形成于第一基板一侧的薄膜晶体管及形成于第一基板另一侧的第一偏光片;所述CF基板包括第二基板、形成于第二基板一侧的彩膜滤光片及形成于第二基板另一侧的第二偏光片。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的背光模组及用该背光模组的液晶显示模组,通过在背光源的电路板上设置第一斜面,并在散热片上设置与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,该第一与第二斜面相贴合,使得电路板与散热片组成一平板状结构,导光板直接支撑于该平板状结构上,在降低背光模组整体厚度的同时,增大电路板与散热片的接触面积,有效提高散热效果;且由于电路板安装于背板的底板上,能有效减小导光板与背板侧板之间的间距,利于实现窄边框化。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图3,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板2、安装于背板2内的背光源4及安装于背板2内的导光板6,所述背板2包括底板22及垂直连接于底板22的数个侧板24,所述背光源4包括电路板42及安装并电性连接于电路板42的数个LED灯44,所述电路板42安装于所述底板22上,所述LED灯44位于导光板6的一侧,所述电路板42朝向底板22的表面具有第一斜面422,一散热片8设于电路板42与底板22之间,该散热片8具有一与第一斜面422相配合的第二斜面82,所述第一斜面422与第二斜面82贴合在一起,使得所述电路板42与散热片8组成一平板状结构,所述导光板6支撑于该平板状结构上。在降低背光模组整体厚度的同时,增大电路板42与散热片8的接触面积,有效提高散热效果,进一步地,在本实施例中,所述散热片8由导热效果较好的铝制成,进一步增加散热效果,提升背光模组品质。
所述导光板6包括朝向底板22的底面62、与底面62相对设置的顶面64及设于底面62与顶面64之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面66,所述LED灯44设于所述入光面66侧,进而组成侧入式背光模组,在本侧入式背光模组中,由于电路板42安装于背板2的底板22上,能有效减小导光板6与背板2侧板24之间的间距,利于实现窄边框化。
值得一提的是,本发明的背光模组还包括设于底板22与导光板6之间的反射片9及设于导光板6上方的光学膜片组10,所述反射片9用于反射背光源4发射的光线,以增强背光模组的光照强度,光学膜片组10用于均匀化由导光板6射出的光线,提升背光模组的品质。
请参阅图4及图5,并参考图3,本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组,包括:背光模组、设于背光模组上的胶框20及设于胶框20上的液晶显示面板40。
所述背光模组包括:背板2、安装于背板2内的背光源4及安装于背板2内的导光板6,所述背板2包括底板22及垂直连接于底板22的数个侧板24,所述背光源4包括电路板42及安装并电性连接于电路板42的数个LED灯44,所述电路板42安装于所述底板22上,所述LED灯44位于导光板6的一侧,所述电路板42朝向底板22的表面具有第一斜面422,一散热片8设于电路板42与底板22之间,该散热片8具有一与第一斜面422相配合的第二斜面82,所述第一斜面422与第二斜面82贴合在一起,使得所述电路板42与散热片8组成一平板状结构,所述导光板6支撑于该平板状结构上。在降低背光模组整体厚度的同时,增大电路板42与散热片8的接触面积,有效提高散热效果,进一步地,在本实施例中,所述散热片8由导热效果较好的铝制成,进一步增加散热效果,提升背光模组品质。
所述导光板6包括朝向底板22的底面62、与底面62相对设置的顶面64及设于底面62与顶面64之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面66,所述LED灯44设于所述入光面66侧,进而组成侧入式背光模组,在本侧入式背光模组中,由于电路板42安装于背板2的底板22上,能有效减小导光板6与背板2侧板24之间的间距,利于实现窄边框化。
请参阅图5,所述液晶显示面板40包括TFT基板402、与TFT基板402相对贴合设置的CF基板404及设于TFT基板402与CF基板404之间的液晶层406。所述TFT基板402用于驱动液晶层406中的液晶分子偏转,以实现对光线的选择,CF基板404用于实现彩色显示。
进一步地,所述TFT基板402包括第一基板421、形成于第一基板421一侧的薄膜晶体管423及形成于第一基板421另一侧的第一偏光片425;所述CF基板404包括第二基板441、形成于第二基板441一侧的彩膜滤光片443及形成于第二基板441另一侧的第二偏光片445。
值得一提的是,本发明的背光模组还包括设于底板22与导光板6之间的反射片9及设于导光板6上方的光学膜片组10,所述反射片9用于反射背光源4发射的光线,以增强背光模组的光照强度,光学膜片组10用于均匀化由导光板6射出的光线,提升背光模组的品质。
综上所述,本发明的背光模组及用该背光模组的液晶显示模组,通过在背光源的电路板上设置第一斜面,并在散热片上设置与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,该第一与第二斜面相贴合,使得电路板与散热片组成一平板状结构,导光板直接支撑于该平板状结构上,在降低背光模组整体厚度的同时,增大电路板与散热片的接触面积,有效提高散热效果;且由于电路板安装于背板的底板上,能有效减小导光板与背板侧板之间的间距,利于实现窄边框化。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板(2)、安装于背板(2)内的背光源(4)及安装于背板(2)内的导光板(6),所述背板(2)包括底板(22)及垂直连接于底板(22)的数个侧板(24),所述背光源(4)包括电路板(42)及安装并电性连接于电路板(42)的数个LED灯(44),所述电路板(42)安装于所述底板(22)上,所述LED灯(44)位于导光板(6)的一侧,所述电路板(42)朝向底板(22)的表面具有第一斜面(422),一散热片(8)设于电路板(42)与底板(22)之间,该散热片(8)具有一与第一斜面(422)相配合的第二斜面(82),所述第一斜面(422)与第二斜面(82)贴合在一起,使得所述电路板(42)与散热片(8)组成一平板状结构,所述导光板(6)支撑于该平板状结构上。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述散热片(8)由铝制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设于底板(22)与导光板(6)之间的反射片(9)及设于导光板(6)上方的光学膜片组(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(6)包括朝向底板(22)的底面(62)、与底面(62)相对设置的顶面(64)及设于底面(62)与顶面(64)之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面(66),所述LED灯(44)设于所述入光面(66)侧。
5.一种液晶显示模组,其特征在于,包括:背光模组、设于背光模组上的胶框(20)及设于胶框(20)上的液晶显示面板(40),所述背光模组包括:背板(2)、安装于背板(2)内的背光源(4)及安装于背板(2)内的导光板(6),所述背板(2)包括底板(22)及垂直连接于底板(22)的数个侧板(24),所述背光源(4)包括电路板(42)及安装并电性连接于电路板(42)的数个LED灯(44),所述电路板(42)安装于所述底板(22)上,所述LED灯(44)位于导光板(6)的一侧,所述电路板(42)朝向底板(22)的表面具有第一斜面(422),一散热片(8)设于电路板(42)与底板(22)之间,该散热片(8)具有一与第一斜面(422)相配合的第二斜面(82),所述第一斜面(422)与第二斜面(82)贴合在一起,使得所述电路板(42)与散热片(8)组成一平板状结构,所述导光板(6)支撑于该平板状结构上。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述散热片(8)由铝制成。
7.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括设于底板(22)与导光板(6)之间的反射片(9)及设于导光板(6)上方的光学膜片组(10)。
8.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(6)包括朝向底板(22)的底面(62)、与底面(62)相对设置的顶面(64)及设于底面(62)与顶面(64)之间的数个侧面,该数个侧面中包括至少一个入光面(66),所述LED灯(44)设于所述入光面(66)侧。
9.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述液晶显示面板(40)包括TFT基板(402)、与TFT基板(402)相对贴合设置的CF基板(404)及设于TFT基板(402)与CF基板(404)之间的液晶层(406)。
10.如权利要求9所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述TFT基板(402)包括第一基板(421)、形成于第一基板(421)一侧的薄膜晶体管(423)及形成于第一基板(421)另一侧的第一偏光片(425);所述CF基板(404)包括第二基板(441)、形成于第二基板(441)一侧的彩膜滤光片(443)及形成于第二基板(441)另一侧的第二偏光片(445)。
