一种PE膜材与PVC管焊接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,尤其涉及工程施工中一种PE管套在PVC管上,PE膜材焊接在PE管上组合的PE膜与PVC管焊接装置。 
背景技术
目前我国城市垃圾填埋场和PE膜材沼气工程施工当中,经常遇到PE膜材与PVC管之间的焊接不牢问题,众所周知,因为PE膜与PVC管材质不同,受热融点就不一样,工程设计要求又无法用PE管替换PVC管使用,造成了PE膜材与PVC管焊接后脱焊引起漏水漏气,工程质量达不到设计要求。经过多年的摸索研究和实践经验,利用PE管与PE膜材材质相同,PE管与PVC管属同类管材产品等特点,施工中采用比PVC管大一型号的PE管套在PVC管材上,管与管之间缝隙利用密封材料填充固定,PE膜材直接与套在PVC管外面的PE管材焊接。这一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,解决了工程施工过程中,PE膜材与PVC管之间因为材质不同的原因,密封焊接不相融,出现焊接不牢固,造成脱焊漏水漏气,使整体工程技术质量达到不到设计标准等问题。 
发明创新内容 
本发明的目的是解决现有工程施工当中存在问题,提供一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,实现工程施工中,焊接操作简单容易,省时省力,焊接密封质量保证等要求。 
本发明目的是通过如下的技术创新来实现的:一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,主要包括PE管、PVC管、PE膜材;所描述的是施工中采用比PVC管大一型号的PE管套在PVC管材上,管与管之间缝隙使用密封材料填充固定,PE膜材直接与PE管材焊接;

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点: 
(1)本发明是施工中采用比PVC管大一型号的PE管套在PVC管材上,操作简单方便,省工省力。 
(2)本发明管与管之间缝隙使用密封材料填充固定,不存在漏水漏气。 
(3)本发明是PE膜材直接与PE管材焊接,利用了同材质材料之间相融特性,热融焊接牢固,解决了原来PE膜材与PVC管材密封焊接时,因为不同材质不相融特性,造成漏水漏气问题。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明进一步描述如下: 
从图1和图2可见,本发明是一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,主要包括PE管1、PVC管2、PE膜材3,图中所示膜材开口4和土层5是工程常有的技术特点,在此不再进一步描述;PE管1是根据施工中采用比PVC管2大一型号的PE管1套在PVC管2上,管与管之间缝隙使用密封材料填充固定,PE膜材3直接焊接在PE管材1上; 
本发明设计者对现有的工程中,PE膜材与PVC管密封焊接存在漏水漏气问题,进行有效技术创新,利用同材质材料相融特性原理,解决了工程焊接施工当中,PE膜材与PVC管连接处密封焊接不牢固,漏水漏气问题,施工操作简单安全,工程质量保证。 
这种发明可以从图1和图2看:1、利用同类产品特点,根据施工中采用比PVC管2大一型号的PE管1套 在PVC管2上,管与管之间缝隙使用密封材料填充固定。2、根据同材质相融特性原理,PE膜材3直接与PE管1焊接,施工方便、焊接牢固、密封性好,不存在焊接点漏水漏气情况发生。 
通过以上描述,不难发现本发明是通过工程建设中工作实践,经过多年经验积累,不停地学习摸索开发创新的产品。

1.一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,主要包括PE管、PVC管、PE膜材;其特征在于:PE管比PVC管大一型号,套在PVC管上,管与管之间用密封材料固定,PE膜材直接焊接在PE管材上。
2.根据权利要求1所描述的一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,其特征在于:PE管套在PVC管上。
3.根据权利要求1所描述的一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,其特征在于:PE管与PVC管之间缝隙用密封材料固定。
4.根据权利要求1所描述的一种PE膜与PVC管焊接装置,其特征在于:PE膜材直接焊接在PE管材上。
