Abstract

本发明公开了一种HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,由下述组分按重量份组成:40-60份HDPE,40-60份PC,10-20份相容剂HDPE-g-MAH,15-25份阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂由40-60wt%聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和40-60wt%氰尿酸三聚氰胺组成。本发明的HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,阻燃效果优异。

HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金塑料,尤其涉及一种HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料。
背景技术
HDPE,高密度聚乙烯,是一种结晶度高、非极性的热塑性树脂。高密度聚乙烯为无毒、无味、无臭的白色颗粒,熔点约为130℃,相对密度为0.941~0.960。它具有良好的耐热性和耐寒性,化学稳定性好,还具有较高的刚性和韧性,机械强度好。介电性能,耐环境应力开裂性亦较好。熔化温度220~260℃。
PC,聚碳酸酯,无色透明,耐热,抗冲击,在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。同性能接近聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好,折射率高,加工性能好,需要添加阻剂才能符合UL94V-0级。
然而,目前的HDPE和PC复合的塑料合金阻燃性能并不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,由下述组分按重量份组成:40-60份HDPE,40-60份PC,10-20份相容剂HDPE-g-MAH,15-25份阻燃剂,
所述阻燃剂为聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和/或氰尿酸三聚氰胺,优选地,所述阻燃剂由40-60wt%聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和40-60wt%氰尿酸三聚氰胺组成。将聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和氰尿酸三聚氰胺简单搅拌混合均匀,即可制得该阻燃剂。
聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺,由季戊四醇与三氯氧磷反应制得中间体螺环磷酸酯二酰氯,再以该季戊四醇磷酰氯与二乙烯三胺反应制得。在《含磷氮碳膨胀型阻燃剂的合成与性能研究》(余乐华,史铁钧,张方,等.含磷氮碳膨胀型阻燃剂的合成与性能研究[J].胶体与聚合物,2013,31(3):109~111)中提供了该原料的具体的制备方法。
氰尿酸三聚氰胺,英文名称melamine cyanurate,CAS号:37640-57-6。
可以采用本行业通用方法进行制备本发明的HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,例如:按配比称取各组分,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,即获得所述HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料。
本发明的HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,阻燃效果优异。
具体实施方式
实施例1-3
按照表1中对应实施例1-3数据称取各原料,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,即获得所述HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料。

HDPE树脂为台湾塑胶公司牌号7200F的HDPE树脂。PC树脂为日本帝人公司牌号LN-1250G的注塑级PC树脂。
对比例1
按照表1中对应对比例1数据称取各原料。采用实施例1所述的方法制备所述HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料。
测试例1
对实施例1~3和对比例1的HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料阻燃性能进行测试。

由测试数据可以明显的得出,聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和氰尿酸三聚氰胺复配使用,相对于阻燃剂单独使用,阻燃效果协同增效。

1.HDPE/PC阻燃合金塑料,其特征在于,由下述组分按重量份组成:40-60份HDPE,40-60份PC,10-20份相容剂HDPE-g-MAH,15-25份阻燃剂,
所述阻燃剂为聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和/或氰尿酸三聚氰胺,优选地,所述阻燃剂由40-60wt%聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺和40-60wt%氰尿酸三聚氰胺组成。
