本发明公开了一种隔热型聚氨酯夹芯发泡塑料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚20~40份,AC发泡剂0.1~1份,聚酯50~80份,泡沫稳定剂2~3份,HCFC-141b25~27份,复配催化剂3~4份,PAPI200~250份。本发明配方合理,配制方便,产品具有良好的隔热效果,使用寿命长,而且价格低廉,适用范围宽,具有节约能量、节能的优点,可广泛应用于保温隔热领域,市场前景良好。

本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种聚氨酯发泡塑料,具体涉及一种隔热型聚氨酯夹芯发泡塑料。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料,具有极佳的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度;化学稳定性好;还具有优良的加工性、绝热性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的缓冲材料,用于高档精密仪器、贵重器械、高档工艺品等的缓冲包装或衬垫缓冲材料,也可制成精致的、保护性极好的包装容器;还可采用现场发泡对物品进行缓冲包装,还被广泛地用于座具的座垫和靠背以及床垫的填充物。
聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料具有优良的隔热性能,一直被广泛用于家电、汽车和建筑等行业,随着聚氨酯硬质发泡技术的日益成熟和隔热性能的提高,将聚氨酯作为建筑隔热板的芯材也引起人们的重视。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使用寿命长、物理性能良好的隔热型聚氨酯夹芯发泡塑料。

上述的聚酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
将本发明按本领域常规方法进行配制,工艺条件如下:搅拌速度为2900r/min,搅拌时间为5~20s,模具温度为40~50℃,熟化温度为90~100℃。

本发明配方合理,配制方便,产品的泡沫密度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、热导率和粘接强度符合要求。产品具有良好的隔热效果,使用寿命长,而且价格低廉,适用范围宽,具有节约能量、节能的优点,可广泛应用于保温隔热领域,市场前景良好。

搅拌速度为2900r/min,搅拌时间为10s,模具温度为45℃,熟化温度为95℃。
各项性能经检测如下:
泡沫密度0.038g/cm3;
压缩强度235MPa;
拉伸强度255MPa;
热导率0.019W/M.K;
粘接强度312MPa。

一种隔热型聚氨酯夹芯发泡塑料,所述聚氨酯夹芯发泡塑料由以下重量份的原料制成:
