Abstract

本发明公开了一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺,先将装载机动臂两侧板与油缸配合处加工出要求尺寸的工艺孔,所述各个工艺孔配有相符尺寸的垫圈;将各个垫圈加工出凸台,再在车床上把所述垫圈的孔加工到要求精度的尺寸;将上底板、下底板配合两件加强筋板上下拼对焊成,将两件钢套拼对在上、下底板两端,保证孔距,而后将一垫圈插入侧板上相配合的工艺孔处,将 带有凸台的垫圈的凸台一侧插入侧板上对应的工艺孔;在两垫圈中间放置隔套,在垫圈与隔套中心放置芯轴,开始焊接;最后将两件油管卡、若干加强板按要求位置点焊至装载机动臂正面。本发明结构合理,成本低廉,较之原方案中侧板内外垫圈分离、无凸台焊接的方案,使工艺更加简易,操作更加方便,减小了因为拼对产生的偏差,省去了镗床加工的工序。

一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及改进一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺。
背景技术
履带式挖斗装载机(俗称:扒渣机),主要用于修建铁路隧道、公路隧道、引水洞工程、矿山平巷掘进及磷矿、铁矿等矿石采掘装车。适用于大中型巷道,功率大、装车速度快,结构简单、紧凑。为保证该设备的技术要求,正确的制造工艺至关重要。动臂的焊接工艺改进方案就是重要的一环,它要保证其与相连接的部件不产生偏斜。现今使用的焊接工艺改进方案中侧板内外垫圈分离、无凸台,这种方案不仅在拼对时有可能造成偏差,而且需要上镗床对孔进行焊后加工。此方案工艺复杂,而且焊后加工时,工件难以找到合适的基准面,操作费时费力。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,设计一种动臂的焊接工艺改进方案的改进方案,它优化了原焊接方案存在的一些问题。其工艺更加简易,方便操作,降低生产成本。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1、先将两侧板与油缸配合处加工出要求尺寸的工艺孔,所述各个工艺孔配有相符尺寸的两组配套垫圈;
2、将对应垫圈加工出凸台,再在车床上把所述垫圈的孔加工到要求精度的尺寸,待用;
3、将上底板、下底板配合两件加强筋板上下拼对覆盖于两侧板上焊成,将两件钢套拼对在上、下底板两端,保证孔距,待用;
4、而后将一垫圈插入侧板上相配合的工艺孔处,将另一带有凸台的垫圈的凸台一侧插入侧板上对应的工艺孔;
5、在一组垫圈中间放置隔套,在垫圈与隔套中心放置芯轴,开始焊接;
6、另一组垫圈用同样方法焊接;
7、将两件油管卡、若干加强板按要求位置点焊至上下底板上;
8、检查各尺寸是否有误,然后焊成;
9、将各个垫圈上的孔用对应尺寸铰刀铰出,以便恢复因焊接而变形的尺寸。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构合理,成本低廉,较之原方案中侧板内外垫圈分离、无凸台焊接的方案,使工艺更加简易,操作更加方便,重要的是减小了因为拼对产生的偏差,省去了镗床加工的工序,只用小车床就可以完成尺寸要求,简单方便,易于操作,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1、先将装载机动臂两侧板5、7与油缸配合处加工出要求尺寸的工艺孔;所述各个工艺孔配有相符尺寸的配套垫圈2与3、8与9;
2、将各个垫圈2、3、8、9加工出凸台,再在车床上把所述垫圈的孔加工到要求精度的尺寸,待用;
3、将上底板13、下底板15配合两件加强筋板14上下拼对覆盖于两侧板上焊成,将两件钢套12拼对在上、下底板13、15两端,保证孔距,待用;
4、将一垫圈3插入侧板5上相配合的工艺孔处,将带有凸台的垫圈2的凸台一侧插入侧板7上对应的工艺孔;
5、在垫圈2与3中间放置隔套10,在垫圈2、3与隔套10 中心放置芯轴11,开始焊接;
6、另一组垫圈9与8用同样方法焊接;
7、将两件油管卡6、若干加强板1、4、16、17、18按要求位置点焊至上下底板上;
8、检查各尺寸是否有误,然后焊成;
9、将各个垫圈2与3、9与8上的孔用对应尺寸铰刀铰出,以便恢复因焊接而变形的尺寸。

1.一种履带式挖斗装载机动臂的焊接工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
1、先将两侧板与油缸配合处加工出要求尺寸的工艺孔,所述各个工艺孔配有相符尺寸的两组配套垫圈;
2、将对应垫圈加工出凸台,再在车床上把所述垫圈的孔加工到要求精度的尺寸,待用;
3、将上底板、下底板配合两件加强筋板上下拼对覆盖于两侧板上焊成,将两件钢套拼对在上、下底板两端,保证孔距,待用;
4、而后将一垫圈插入侧板上相配合的工艺孔处,将另一带有凸台的垫圈的凸台一侧插入侧板上对应的工艺孔;
5、在一组垫圈中间放置隔套,在垫圈与隔套中心放置芯轴,开始焊接;
6、另一组垫圈用同样方法焊接;
7、将两件油管卡、若干加强板按要求位置点焊至上下底板上;
8、检查各尺寸是否有误,然后焊成;
9、将各个垫圈上的孔用对应尺寸铰刀铰出,以便恢复因焊接而变形的尺寸。
