本发明公开了一种碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法,采用深冷水使侧线冷却器的侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,从而令侧线流量的碳丙液溶解的单质硫磺达到饱和态而结晶析出;析出的单质硫磺结晶颗粒附着在列管内壁,或者被内部丝网过滤而附着在丝网上;通过阀门切换,切断碳丙液进出、深冷水的进出,排空设备内的碳丙液和冷却水,通入0.4MPa蒸汽加热,使吸附在内部的单质硫磺熔融在蒸汽压力和温度加热的作用下以液态形式排至单质硫熔融回收槽内,自然冷却成规则形态的单质硫磺。

碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法
技术领域
本发明涉及煤化工领域,具体为一种碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法。
背景技术
碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统中,脱碳泵出口到脱碳塔间增设碳丙液过滤、冷却器,采用合成循环水进行降温。采用循环水进行降温时,溶解在碳丙液中的单质硫会析出,并结晶粘附在碳丙液过滤冷却器的列管内壁上,从而影响到碳丙液过滤冷却器的换热冷却效果;同时析出的单质硫结晶成大颗粒后,进入脱碳塔沉积在填料上或分布器上,造成脱碳塔硫堵,气液分布效果差,降低脱碳效率,甚至无法正常生产运行。为了恢复清洗过滤冷却器、脱碳塔的使用效果,传统方式是把清洗过滤器切掉,人工进行用高压冲洗泵进行冲洗清理。扒塔内填料清洗后重装。
而传统方式人工扒塔清理、重装和高压水冲洗清洁过滤冷却器存在许多难以解决的问题:此过程中会产生的高COD浓度的污水;高压水冲洗会损坏碳丙清洁过滤冷却器的波纹管(厚1.5mm);冲洗过程中产生的硫磺颗粒回收难,污染严重;清洗过程费工费时、劳动强度大,影响生产严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法,以克服现有技术存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法,其特征在于:采用深冷水使侧线冷却器的侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,从而令侧线流量的碳丙液溶解的单质硫磺达到饱和态而结晶析出;析出的单质硫磺结晶颗粒附着在列管内壁,或者被内部丝网过滤而附着在丝网上;通过阀门切换,切断碳丙液进出、深冷水的进出,排空设备内的碳丙液和冷却水,通入0.4MPa蒸汽加热,使吸附在内部的单质硫磺熔融在蒸汽压力和温度加热的作用下以液态形式排至单质硫熔融回收槽内,自然冷却成规则形态的单质硫磺,包括以下步骤:
(1)关闭碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口阀,深冷水进出口阀,切掉停运碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器;
(2)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口管上排液管,以及碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液排液阀、排气阀,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的碳丙液;
(3)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的深冷水进出口管上排水阀,以及清洁过滤冷却器本体排水阀,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器壳程内的深冷水;
(4)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液进口管处引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器管程进行预热加热;
(5)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器深冷水进口管引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器壳程进行预热加热;
(6)通过控制0.4MPa蒸汽总管上压力表把蒸汽压力控制在≤0.3MPa,保证蒸汽温度在133℃,控制清洁过滤冷却器管程、壳程温度达到固态硫磺的熔化温度120℃,从而使碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的固态硫磺以液态通过排液阀排出到固定回收槽。
本发明优点为:
1、碳丙液侧线深度冷却,使碳丙液中溶解的单质硫磺析出,降低碳丙液中单质硫浓度,从而使主线流量中的碳丙液单质硫不会达到饱和状态,不会有单质硫析出,从而消除碳丙清洁过滤冷却器、脱碳塔内硫磺结晶堵塔的现象。
2、碳丙液侧线深度冷却,使碳丙液中溶解的单质硫磺析出,并经过丝网过滤起到对碳丙液过滤的作用,实现碳丙液的清洁。
3、利用低压蒸汽进行侧线清洁过滤冷却器内硫磺清洗,不会损坏侧线清洁过滤冷却器列管,使固态硫磺熔化,以液态形式排出至固定回收槽,结晶成块状硫磺,作为副产品销售,变废为宝。
4、操作过程中不会产生高浓度COD含量的废水,不会对水体及环境造成污染。
5、操作过程中产生的液态硫磺可回收利用,不会对土壤造成污染。
6、操作既安全又可靠,大大降低了劳动强度。
7、解决了原碳酸丙烯酯脱碳工艺装置的冷却器、脱碳塔经常发生硫磺结晶堵塞,影响生产的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法,采用深冷水使侧线冷却器的侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,从而令侧线流量的碳丙液溶解的单质硫磺达到饱和态而结晶析出;析出的单质硫磺结晶颗粒附着在列管内壁,或者被内部丝网过滤而附着在丝网上;通过阀门切换,切断碳丙液进出、深冷水的进出,排空设备内的碳丙液和冷却水,通入0.4MPa蒸汽加热,使吸附在内部的单质硫磺熔融在蒸汽压力和温度加热的作用下以液态形式排至单质硫熔融回收槽内,自然冷却成规则形态的单质硫磺,包括以下步骤:
(1)关闭碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口阀,深冷水进出口阀,切掉停运碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器;
(2)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口管上排液管1和2,以及碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液排液阀3、排气阀4,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的碳丙液;
(3)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的深冷水进出口管上排水阀5和6,以及清洁过滤冷却器本体排水阀7,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器壳程内的深冷水;
(4)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液进口管处8引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器管程进行预热加热;
(5)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器深冷水进口管9引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器壳程进行预热加热;
(6)通过控制0.4MPa蒸汽总管上压力表把蒸汽压力控制在≤0.3MPa,保证蒸汽温度在133℃,控制清洁过滤冷却器管程、壳程温度11、12达到固态硫磺的熔化温度120℃,从而使碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的固态硫磺以液态通过排液阀3排出到固定回收槽13。
本发明使用低温水(来自溴化锂制冷机组的深冷水7~12℃),使侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,碳丙液中单质硫磺达到过饱和状态析出单质硫磺,在冷却过滤器的丝网上结晶成硫磺颗粒;而主线流量的碳丙液经常温冷却的碳丙液中单质硫磺达不到饱和状态,不会有单质硫磺析出结晶。从而使系统中碳丙液不会再脱碳塔内析出硫磺,造成结晶堵塔,影响脱碳塔的正常运行。
本发明通过采用0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器进行加热热洗时,控制好碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程和壳程内的蒸汽温度≤133℃,从而达到固态硫磺的熔化温度120℃,从而使碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的固态硫磺以液态形式通过清洁过滤冷却器底部排液阀排出到固定回收槽,达到恢复清洁过滤冷却器的换热效果及回收硫磺的目的。此过程循环操作以保证整个脱碳系统的正常运行。操作过程既减轻了劳动强度,又安全且环保。
本发明为一种侧线连续深度冷却、析出、过滤、结晶,定期清除,无污水排放,析出单质硫磺液体排出,结晶成纯度98%的成品的工艺技术。本发明中碳酸丙烯酯清洁过滤冷却过滤器,具备对碳丙液冷却、过滤清洁、硫磺析出结晶于一体,由于该深冷水来自溴化锂机组制取的7~12℃低温水,可以使该侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,更低的碳酸丙烯酯温度,有利于溶液中溶解的单质硫磺的大量析出和结晶,同时装填有丝网起到过滤清洁作用;侧线深度冷却得到更低温度的碳丙液,与主线常温冷却的碳丙液汇合后进入脱碳塔,更有利于实现脱碳塔较高的脱碳效率。本发明采用装置主要包括:碳酸丙烯酯冷却清洁过滤器、熔融硫磺结晶槽以及配套的阀门、管道及附件。

Claims (1)

1.碳酸丙烯酯脱碳系统碳丙脱碳液中单质硫磺的清除方法,其特征在于:采用深冷水使侧线冷却器的侧线流量的碳丙液得到深度冷却,从而令侧线流量的碳丙液溶解的单质硫磺达到饱和态而结晶析出;析出的单质硫磺结晶颗粒附着在列管内壁,或者被内部丝网过滤而附着在丝网上;通过阀门切换,切断碳丙液进出、深冷水的进出,排空设备内的碳丙液和冷却水,通入0.4MPa蒸汽加热,使吸附在内部的单质硫磺熔融在蒸汽压力和温度加热的作用下以液态形式排至单质硫熔融回收槽内,自然冷却成规则形态的单质硫磺,包括以下步骤:
(1)关闭碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口阀,切掉深冷水进出口阀,停运碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器;
(2)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的碳丙液进出口管上排液管,以及碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液排液阀、排气阀,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的碳丙液;
(3)通过碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器的深冷水进出口管上排水阀,以及清洁过滤冷却器本体排水阀,排净碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器壳程内的深冷水;
(4)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器碳丙液进口管处引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器管程进行预热加热;
(5)从碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器深冷水进口管引入0.4MPa低压蒸汽,对清洁过滤冷却器壳程进行预热加热;
(6)通过控制0.4MPa蒸汽总管上压力表把蒸汽压力控制在≤0.3MPa,保证蒸汽温度在133℃,控制清洁过滤冷却器管程、壳程温度达到固态硫磺的熔化温度120℃,从而使碳丙液清洁过滤冷却器管程内的固态硫磺以液态通过排液阀排出到固定回收槽。
