Abstract
一种固定装置,包括第一固定件及一套设于第一固定件周缘的第二固定件,第一固定件的周缘开设一卡孔,第二固定件对应卡孔的位置设有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔内的舌片。本发明固定装置利用第二固定件的舌片卡入第一固定件的卡孔内,以限制第二固定件相对于第一固定件的沿第一固定件的纵长方向的自由度,而不需要使用螺栓等其它固定件进行固定,组装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,特别是一种用于太阳能模组支架的固定装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,安装太阳能电池板的支架时,一般利用螺丝或者铆钉对两个组件进行连接固定,这些固定方式费时费力。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便安装的固定装置。
一种固定装置,包括第一固定件及一套设于第一固定件周缘的第二固定件,第一固定件的周缘开设一卡孔,第二固定件对应卡孔的位置设有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔内的舌片。
本发明固定装置利用第二固定件的舌片卡入第一固定件的卡孔内,以限制第二固定件相对于第一固定件的沿第一固定件的纵长方向的自由度,而不需要使用螺栓等其它固定件进行固定,组装方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1及图3,本发明固定装置较佳实施方式包括一第一固定件10及一第二固定件20。
第一固定件10的截面概呈 “口”字形并于一端形成一开口,其包括一顶壁11及自顶壁11的两侧弯折形成的两侧壁13。顶壁11包括一凹板111及形成于凹板111两侧的两凸板113。侧壁13包括一凹板131及形成于凹板131两侧的两凸板133。两侧壁13的邻近顶壁11处的凸板133分别与顶壁11的两凸板113垂直相接。每一凹板131邻近一端处开设一矩形的卡孔135。
第二固定件20包括一顶壁21、自顶壁21的两侧弯折形成的两侧壁23及自两侧壁23的末端相向延伸形成的两挡板25。顶壁21包括一凹板211及形成于凹板211两侧的两凸板213。侧壁23包括一凹板231及形成于凹板231两侧的两凸板233。两侧壁23的邻近顶壁21处的凸板233分别与顶壁21的两凸板213垂直相接。每一凹板231开设一U形的开槽进而形成一矩形的舌片235。
请一并参阅图2,组装时,将第一固定件10的一端插设于第二固定件20内,使第二固定件20的顶壁21及侧壁23分别与第一固定件10的顶壁11及侧壁13相贴合,第二固定件20的两挡板25分别抵接于第一固定件10的两侧壁13的远离顶壁11一侧的凸板133的末端,进而限制第一固定件10与第二固定件20的沿周缘的各方向的自由度。第二固定件20的舌片235正对第一固定件10的卡孔135。朝内弯折舌片235使舌片235卡入对应的卡孔135内。舌片235沿第二固定件20的长度方向的尺寸大致与卡孔135沿第一固定件10的长度方向的尺寸相等,以适于紧密卡入卡孔135,进而限制第一固定件10与第二固定件20沿第一固定件10的长度方向的自由度。本实施方式中,可以在舌片235的内侧根部冲设刻痕,利于对舌片235进行弯折。
在其它实施方式中,第一固定件10及第二固定件20的截面也可以是圆形等其它形状,只要第二固定件20能包覆于第一固定件10上以限制周缘上各方向的自由度即可。
本发明固定装置利用第二固定件20的舌片235卡入第一固定件10的卡孔135内,以限制第二固定件20相对于第一固定件10的沿第一固定件10的纵长方向的的自由度,而不需要使用螺栓等其它固定件进行固定,组装方便。
Claims (6)
1.一种固定装置,包括第一固定件及一套设于第一固定件周缘的第二固定件,第一固定件的周缘开设一卡孔,第二固定件对应卡孔的位置设有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔内的舌片。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:第一固定件的截面概呈 “口”字形并于一端形成一开口,包括一顶壁及自顶壁的两侧弯折形成的两侧壁,第二固定件包括一顶壁、自顶壁的两侧弯折形成的两侧壁及自两侧壁的末端相向延伸形成的两挡板,第二固定件的顶壁及侧壁分别与第一固定件的顶壁及侧壁相贴合,第二固定件的两挡板分别抵接于第一固定件的两侧壁的远离顶壁一侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于:第一固定件及第二固定件的顶壁各包括一凹板及形成于凹板两侧的两凸板,第一固定件及第二固定件的侧壁各包括一凹板及形成于凹板两侧的两凸板,卡孔开设于第一固定件的一侧壁的凹板上,舌片凸设于第二固定件的一侧壁的凹板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:第一固定件的两侧壁的邻近顶壁处的凸板分别与顶壁的两凸板垂直相接,第二固定件的两侧壁的邻近顶壁处的凸板分别与顶壁的两凸板垂直相接。
5.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:舌片沿第二固定件的长度方向的尺寸适于紧密卡入卡孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:舌片与卡孔均呈矩形。
