技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子器件的固定装置，尤其涉及一种空气开关固定装置。
背景技术
电源或其他行业中用到的空气开关，一般都使用标准的导轨固定。如图1所示，空气开关通过其卡槽套在导轨上。导轨固定的空气开关适合于大、中型设备中大量使用。在小型设备中使用的空气开关数量较少，结构上不适合使用导轨安装空气开关，使用导轨固定的空气开关固定不紧、易松动，而且导轨固定非常麻烦并占设备内部空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷，提出一种空气开关固定装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是，设计一种空气开关固定装置，其为一带卡槽的弯折板，包括平直部，从平直部两端向一侧垂直弯折的侧边，和分别从两个侧边向外垂直弯折的折边，所述的折边上设有螺孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用自身所带的卡槽与空气开关的卡槽配合，结构简单，节省空间且安装方便、稳固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对实用新型进行详细的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型提出的空气开关固定装置，其为一带卡槽的弯折板，包括平直部1，从平直部两端向一侧垂直弯折的侧边2，和分别从两个侧边向外垂直弯折的折边3，所述的折边上设有螺孔。
如图2至图3所示，固定装置顶部套在空气开关的卡槽上，平直部1与空气开关卡槽底部接触后，卡槽上的卡夹会卡紧平直部1，侧边2的长度略小于空气开关侧面的长度，再通过螺钉将固定装置底部折边3与箱体固定。在拧紧螺钉时，折边3的平面向箱体移动，平直部1对空气开关产生向箱体的压力。
实用新型固定装置采用自身所带的卡槽与空气开关的卡槽配合，对空气开关采用双重压紧固定，比使用空气开关导轨固定更加牢固，且安装方便、结构简单，节省空间。

1.一种空气开关固定装置，其特征在于：其为一带卡槽的弯折板，包括平直部（1），从平直部两端向一侧垂直弯折的侧边（2），和分别从两个侧边向外垂直弯折的折边（3），所述的折边上设有螺孔。
