Abstract

空心壁釉玻管能做成几十米长的大管,耐酸碱,抗紫外线,具有耐冲击性,能在3-400度使用,代替塑料管,可代替钢管,寿命千年。玻璃布不能制成玻璃布管,令它几乎没有用处,单独的釉也没有用处;玻璃布和釉料结合,用制管机制成空心壁管,经烧制成为空心壁釉玻管;玻璃布富有弹性能吸收冲击力,使空心壁釉玻管具耐冲击性;玻璃纤维拉力是金属纤维拉力的几倍,使空心壁釉玻管抗拉性能可与钢管比美;空心壁釉玻管壁内因有多条空心管而增厚管壁,令它的抗弯曲性能提高几倍,空心壁比实心壁轻,达到管轻又提高抗弯曲性能,及节约材料的目的。釉料用量不到釉玻管的三分之一,令空心壁釉玻管价格低廉,经济效益高。

能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉玻管
玻璃,不怕酸碱虫蚁,但怕撞击,一碰即碎;若无撞击,寿命过千年,令金属板自感不如。
玻璃布不能制成玻璃布管,令它几乎没有用处,单独的釉也没有用处;釉,玻璃纤维布抗紫外线;玻璃布和釉料结合经烧制,使玻璃布管成为釉玻管;本技术提出的《能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉塑玻管》,能解决上述问题,简称空心壁釉玻管。

《能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉玻管》,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,由釉料(1)粘合玻璃布(2)组成,其工艺是,将有色或无色的釉料作为粘合剂,用机具使玻璃布条通过釉料浆液,令釉料浆液包裹渗透玻璃布条,刮除多余的釉料浆液,制成釉玻布条(3);用模具将釉浆末干的釉玻布条压成纵向的连续山字形布条(4);用制管机将釉浆末干的釉玻布条制成釉玻管,成为空心壁釉玻管的内壁(5);用制管机将釉浆末干的山字形釉塑布条,包裹粘紧釉浆末干的空心壁塑玻管内壁;再用制管机将釉浆末干的釉玻布条包裹粘紧釉浆末干的山字形釉玻布顶部,成为空心壁釉玻管的外壁(6),使釉玻管壁成为空心壁,干燥后放进窑炉烧制,获得釉玻管壁内有多条空心管(7)的空心壁釉玻管(8),从而使能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉玻管得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍空心壁釉玻管:
空心壁釉玻管壁内因有多条空心管而增厚管壁,令它的抗弯曲性能提高几倍,空心壁比实心壁轻,达到管轻又提高抗弯曲性能,及节约材料的目的。空心壁釉玻管耐酸碱,抗紫外线,具有一定耐冲击性,在3-400度使用,寿命千年不成问题。玻璃布富有弹性能吸收冲击力,使釉玻管具有一定耐冲击性;玻璃纤维拉力是金属纤维拉力的几倍,使其抗拉性能可与钢管比美;釉,玻璃纤维布不怕酸碱,使釉玻管能胜任酸碱场合使用。这种特性钢板所没有的,令它在特殊的场合占有优势。
玻璃布由多条玻璃纤维组成的玻璃线编成,所以玻璃布富有弹性。当釉玻布受到冲击时,釉料将冲击力传给玻璃布,富有弹性的玻璃布就将冲击力吸收。而且随着玻璃布层数增多,釉玻布承受的冲击力不断增强,直至可和钢板较量。
玻璃布是用硅砂制作,玻璃布市场价每平方米小于一元。釉玻板含玻璃布的比例可大于釉料。能节约价格高的釉料,降低成本。

1.《能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉玻管》,其特征是,由釉料粘合玻璃布组成,其工艺是,将有色或无色的釉料作为粘合剂,用机具使玻璃布条通过釉料浆液,令釉料浆液包裹渗透玻璃布条,刮除多余的釉料浆液,制成釉玻布条;用模具将釉浆末干的釉玻布条压成纵向的连续山字形布条;用制管机将釉浆末干的釉玻布条制成釉玻管,成为空心壁釉玻管的内壁;用制管机将釉浆末干的山字形釉塑布条,包裹粘紧釉浆末干的空心壁塑玻管内壁;再用制管机将釉浆末干的釉玻布条包裹粘紧釉浆末干的山字形釉玻布顶部,成为空心壁釉玻管的外壁,使釉玻管壁成为空心壁,干燥后放进窑炉烧制,获得釉玻管壁内有多条空心管的空心壁釉玻管,从而使能锯钻耐冲击抗弯曲性强几倍可代替钢管的空心壁釉玻管得以运行。
