釉玻管耐酸碱,抗紫外线,具有耐冲击性,能在3-400度使用,代替塑料管,可代替钢管,寿命千年。玻璃布不能制成玻璃布管,令它几乎没有用处,单独的釉也没有用处;玻璃布和釉料结合,用制管机制成管,经烧制成为釉玻管;玻璃布富有弹性能吸收冲击力,使釉玻管具耐冲击性;玻璃纤维拉力是金属纤维拉力的几倍,使釉玻管抗拉性能可与钢管比美;釉料用量不到釉玻管的三分之一,令釉玻管价格低廉,经济效益高。

玻璃,不怕酸碱虫蚁,但怕撞击,一碰即碎;若无撞击,寿命过千年,令金属板自感不如。
玻璃布不能制成玻璃布管,令它几乎没有用处,单独的釉也没有用处;釉,玻璃纤维布抗紫外线;玻璃布和釉料结合用制管机制成管后经烧制,使玻璃布管成为釉玻管;本技术提出的《能锯钻耐冲击耐高温抗酸碱可代替钢管的釉玻管》,能解决上述问题,简称釉玻管。
《能锯钻耐冲击耐高温抗酸碱可代替钢管的釉玻管》,其有益效果是,代替塑料管,可代替钢管,寿命千年,重量轻,成本低。
《能锯钻耐冲击耐高温抗酸碱可代替钢管的釉玻管》,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,由釉料(1)粘合玻璃布(2)组成,其工艺是,将有色或无色的釉料作为粘合剂,用机具使玻璃布条通过釉料浆液,令釉料浆液包裹渗透玻璃布条,刮除多余的釉料浆液,制成釉玻布条(3);用制管机将釉浆末干的釉玻布条制成釉玻管;干燥后放进窑炉烧制,获得釉玻管(4),从而使能锯钻耐冲击耐高温抗酸碱可代替钢管的釉玻管得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍釉玻管:
釉玻管耐酸碱,抗紫外线,具有一定耐冲击性,所以主要不受过强的冲击,在3-400度使用,寿命千年不成问题。
玻璃布由多条玻璃纤维组成的玻璃线编成,所以玻璃布富有弹性。当釉玻布受到冲击时,釉料将冲击力传给玻璃布,富有弹性的玻璃布就将冲击力吸收。而且随着玻璃布层数增多,釉玻布承受的冲击力不断增强,直至可和钢板较量。
由于玻璃纤维的拉力是金属纤维拉力的几倍,所以,釉玻布的抗拉性能,也可和钢板较量。
釉,玻璃纤维布不怕酸碱,使釉玻管能胜任酸碱场合使用。这种特性钢板所没有的,令它在特殊的场合占有优势。
玻璃布是用硅砂制作,玻璃布市场价每平方米小于一元。釉玻板含玻璃布的比例大于釉料。能节约价格高的釉料,降低成本。
