宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板,由陶瓷粘合耐高温玻璃布组成,将取代金属板,塑料板;槽型板能扩展直板应用范围;它用陶瓷泥浆为粘合剂,干燥后送入窑炉烧制。陶瓷板受撞击时,撞击力迅速传到陶瓷纤维布,被陶瓷纤维线吸收,令陶瓷板保持完整不会断裂。槽型陶瓷板硬度比钢铁高,比钢板轻74%,耐撞击,寿命千年,抗酸碱,热传导率很小,抗千度高温,价格低,在做桥梁,车厢,船舱,家具,内外墙,厂房瓦面,装修等的运输,化工,保温,建筑等行业均占有明显优势。

陶瓷,不怕酸碱虫蚁,但怕撞击,一碰即碎;若无撞击,寿命过千年,令金属板自感不如。目前未见陶瓷粘合陶瓷布制成陶瓷板的报道。
本技术提出的宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型波陶瓷纸板,属陶瓷领域,简称打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板,能解决上述陶瓷怕撞击问题。
打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板,其有益效果是,节约金属材料,千年使用,减轻重量,增强板的抗弯曲度,降低成本。
宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,由陶瓷(1)粘合陶瓷布(2)组成,用机具使瓷泥浆包裹陶瓷布,刮除多余的瓷泥浆,制成槽型纸板,干燥后送入窑炉烧制,获得槽型陶瓷纸板(3);其制作:用机具将瓷泥和水按一定比例混合做成瓷泥浆,用机具将瓷泥浆包裹1块陶瓷布,刮除多余的瓷泥浆,使瓷泥浆穿过陶瓷布孔,瓷泥浆厚度小于陶瓷布厚;用机具将被瓷泥浆包裹的陶瓷布压制成槽型,干燥后送入窑炉烧制,获得宽数米薄0.3毫米槽型陶瓷纸板,从而使宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板得以运行。如图1

据报道,瓷泥烧制成陶瓷板的温度约1200℃。
本技术取用的陶瓷布,耐1700℃高温,所以当瓷泥烧制成陶瓷板时,陶瓷布仍保持原来的抗拉性能,令陶瓷板不会断裂;本技术在陶瓷布和瓷泥的比例上,以陶瓷布为主,瓷泥浆仅作为一种粘合剂使用,其厚度小于陶瓷布厚,而且强调瓷泥和水的比例,令瓷泥浆只是包裹陶瓷布线条,不进入陶瓷线条的纤维内部,这样,烧成薄至0.05mm厚的陶瓷具有弹性,当薄薄的陶瓷受到撞击时,撞击力就迅速传到陶瓷线条上,被陶瓷线条吸收,令陶瓷板保持完整不会断裂;陶瓷的硬度比钢铁高,因此陶瓷板的抗磨性比钢铁强;陶瓷线,陶瓷都具备极为良好的抗酸碱性能,而且虫蚊不食,只要不是受到过于强的撞击力,使用期超千年不成问题;多块陶瓷布重叠粘合,原陶瓷布宽度能扩展达十米;原陶瓷布厚可薄至0.2毫米,能做0.3亳米厚的打不烂陶瓷纸;据报道,同1个方向的方波板抗弯曲度比直板强,本技术将直板制成槽型板,以扩展陶瓷纸板应用范围。此外,多层陶瓷布的陶瓷板面积达上百平方米,也很轻,因为陶瓷板中,陶瓷线呈松散状态,陶瓷只是作为粘合剂、密封剂存在,陶瓷布的容积比陶瓷容积大很多;若陶瓷布足够厚,其容重不到1.3g:以陶瓷板厚半公分,百平方米面积为例,100cm*100cm*0.5cm*100=500000c3,所以500000*1.3g=650000g,仅为650公斤,小型吊机就能吊装。板厚减到0.1cm,则只有130公斤,用它铺盖大型厂房,建筑外墙装修很有利。进一步用0.2-1亳米的打不烂陶瓷纸,制作成打不烂的陶瓷槽型空心板,其经济效益提十几倍。

1.宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板,其特征是,由陶瓷粘合陶瓷布组成,用机具使瓷泥浆包裹陶瓷布,刮除多余的瓷泥浆,制成槽型纸板,干燥后送入窑炉烧制,获得槽型陶瓷纸板;其制作:用机具将瓷泥和水按一定比例混合做成瓷泥浆,用机具将瓷泥浆包裹1块陶瓷布,刮除多余的瓷泥浆,使瓷泥浆穿过陶瓷布孔,瓷泥浆厚度小于陶瓷布厚;用机具将被瓷泥浆包裹的陶瓷布压制成槽型,干燥后送入窑炉烧制,获得宽数米薄0.3毫米槽型陶瓷纸板,从而使宽数米薄0.3毫米代替钢板能锯钻打不烂的槽型陶瓷纸板得以运行。
