背景技术
已知栏杆、扶手为木制品或金属制品。前者通常榫头榫槽连接,可燃易变形;后者用螺纹、螺栓连接或搭接,易锈蚀。此外已有技术通常不可避免地需要消耗木材或金属资源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不消耗木材或金属资源的玻璃钢直角杆接头。它阻燃、耐蚀、耐用。
公开新的技术方案如下:
一种玻璃钢直角杆接头,其特征在于实心直角圆弯头的两端,同轴线各有一个制成一体的短插接头,在所述直角圆弯头的中心线上,还有一块与中心线相同弯势的金属片,金属片的两端对称埋于两短插接头之内;短插接头的直径相当于待接杆端部的孔径;直角圆弯头的直径相当于待接杆的外径。
按上述方案试制的接头阻燃、耐蚀、耐用,不消耗木材,节约金属资源,而且单位时间的产成品率高。安装时,在短插接头上涂粘接剂,然后将待接杆或管套入即成,施工速度块,特别适用于露天、地铁的栏杆、扶手。

金属片2有加强作用。它在制作中,填料一半时放入,再放另一半填料,最后压制成产品。

2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃钢直角杆接头,其特征是所说短插接头(3)上各有1-2条垂直于轴线的V形槽。
