本发明涉及一种双色共挤高分子合金材料及其制备工艺,所述双色共挤高分子合金材料,由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂2-5份、抗氧剂3-5份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、颜料0.5-2份。优点:本发明选择丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂为基料,配合多种助剂,合理的配方方案及合理的制备工艺,生产出了质量和外观均达到了国外同类产品的适合双色双挤的塑料合金,从而可替代进口产品,降低了成本,耐候耐老化性能好于进口产品,适用性能好。<!--1-->

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料,特别是一种双色共挤高分子合金材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现今国产双色共挤料均采用进口ASA与PMMA基料,然后添加加工助剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、颜料等经混合挤出造料的方法制造,而进口双色共挤料虽讲明是以ASA、PMMA为基料挤出造粒的,但所添加的助剂未知,国产料与进口料相比,性能差别很大,进口料的加工工艺未知,进口料用于双色共挤,速度快、表面光泽好,色泽鲜艳,不收缩变形,不崩角,而国产料根本不行,只有部分小厂使用,进口料价格昂贵,选择余地小。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要制造一种可替代进口产品的双色共挤料,打破国外的技术垄断,降低成本,并针对现有技术中的缺陷和不足,提供一种双色共挤高分子合金材料及其制备工艺,其选用以丙烯酸酯接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂为基料,并配以相应的助剂,经过相应的混合工艺、螺杆组合、造粒工艺,得到具有耐候、耐垫、耐紫外线及适合室外使用的塑钢窗、挂板、彩瓦等双色共挤高分子合金材料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种双色共挤高分子合金材料,由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂2-5份、抗氧剂3-5份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、颜料0.5-2份。
对于本发明的一种优化,所述双色共挤高分子合金材料优选采用由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂5份、抗氧剂3份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.6份、颜料0.5-2份。
一种权利要求1所述的双色共挤高分子合金材料制备工艺包括如下步骤:
a)将重量份数为100份的丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂加入高混机混合3~5分钟,当温度升至40℃~60℃时加入增塑剂,混合5~7分钟后温度升至60℃~80℃时加入抗氧剂,再混合3~5分钟后温度升至80℃~100℃时加入紫外线吸收剂、润滑剂,继续混合5~7分钟后加入颜料,混合3~5分钟后冷却出料;
b)将混合好后的料加入平行同向双螺杆挤出造粒机的加料斗,并设定主机的转速为180~300r/min,温度在160℃~230℃,当达到设定温度时,开动挤出造粒机挤出造粒。
本发明选择丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂为基料,配合多种助剂,合理的配方方案及合理的制备工艺,生产出了质量和外观均达到了国外同类产品的适合双色双挤的塑料合金,从而可替代进口产品,降低了成本,耐候耐老化性能好于进口产品,适用性能好。
以下是本产品与进口产品的性能比较:

实施例1:一种双色共挤高分子合金材料,由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂2-5份、抗氧剂3-5份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、颜料0.5-2份。
一种权利要求1所述的双色共挤高分子合金材料制备工艺包括如下步骤:
a)将重量份数为100份的丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂加入高混机混合3~5分钟,当温度升至40℃~60℃时加入增塑剂,混合5~7分钟后温度升至60℃~80℃时加入抗氧剂,再混合3~5分钟后温度升至80℃~100℃时加入紫外线吸收剂、润滑剂,继续混合5~7分钟后加入颜料,混合3~5分钟后冷却出料;
b)将混合好后的料加入平行同向双螺杆挤出造粒机的加料斗,并设定主机的转速为180~300r/min,温度在160℃~230℃,当达到设定温度时,开动挤出造粒机挤出造粒。
实施例2:在实施例的基础上,所述双色共挤高分子合金材料优选采用由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂5份、抗氧剂3份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.6份、颜料0.5-2份。按照以上各成分的重量份数及合理的制备工艺制得的塑料合金材料,其各项性能指标为最佳。
需要理解到的是:本实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明,只是对本发明的简单说明,而不是对本发明的限制,任何不超出本发明实质精神内的发明创造,均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种双色共挤高分子合金材料,其特征在于由下述重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂2-5份、抗氧剂3-5份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、颜料0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双色共挤高分子合金材料,其特征在于由下述重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂100份、增塑剂5份、抗氧剂3份、润滑剂2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.6份、颜料0.5-2份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的双色共挤高分子合金材料制备工艺,其特征是包括如下步骤:
a)将重量份数为100份的丙烯酸酯橡胶接枝苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-N﹣苯基马来酰亚胺共聚树脂加入高混机混合3~5分钟,当温度升至40℃~60℃时加入增塑剂,混合5~7分钟后温度升至60℃~80℃时加入抗氧剂,再混合3~5分钟后温度升至80℃~100℃时加入紫外线吸收剂、润滑剂,继续混合5~7分钟后加入颜料,混合3~5分钟后冷却出料;
b)将混合好后的料加入平行同向双螺杆挤出造粒机的加料斗,并设定主机的转速为180~300r/min,温度在160℃~230℃,当达到设定温度时,开动挤出造粒机挤出造粒。
