Abstract

本发明公开了水膜式新型定径套和生产管材的装置。所述水膜式新型定径套,包括用于冷却管坯且设有定径筒进口和定径筒出口的定径筒、与定径筒进口配合且设有管坯进口和管坯出口的管坯导向盖、套设于定径筒出口外壁处且与管坯导向盖连接的外环套和套设于定径筒外壁且与外环套连接的连接法兰;外环套设有进水口,定径筒内壁在邻近定径筒进口的位置处设有水槽,进水口与水槽连通。本发明采用以上结构,在水进入定径筒后沿着水槽在管坯的表面形成均匀的冷却,减少了水的冲击,提高管径尺寸的精度和光洁度,使管材表面光滑平整无麻点。

技术领域
本发明涉及了定径套领域,具体涉及了水膜式新型定径套和生产管材的装置。
背景技术
随着管材需求不断增大,人们对管材表面要求也越来越高;目前,市面上主要通过定径套对管材管坯进行冷却,而定径套的冷却核心在于设置在内部的定径筒,一般的定径筒在它的端部内壁刻有若干槽,在槽的外表面均匀的打一圈小孔,孔太多对管坯的冲击大、导致制品表面不光滑,因此这种冷却方式会使管材外表面形成麻点,影响产品的外观质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开了水膜式新型定径套和生产管材的装置,解决了现有管材定径套无法保证管材在冷却时标明平整的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
水膜式新型定径套,包括用于冷却管坯且设有定径筒进口和定径筒出口的定径筒、与定径筒进口配合且设有管坯进口和管坯出口的的管坯导向盖、套设于定径筒出口外壁处且与管坯导向盖连接的外环套和套设于定径筒外壁且与外环套连接的连接法兰;外环套设有进水口,定径筒内壁在邻近定径筒进口的位置处设有水槽,进水口与水槽连通。
进一步,所述水槽绕所述定径筒的轴线方向呈螺旋型布置。
进一步,所述定径筒的长度T和所述水槽沿着所述定径筒的轴线方向的长度L的比值N满足2≤N≤6。
进一步,在所述定径筒的侧壁上、绕定径筒的轴线环形阵列有贯穿侧壁的若干个冷却抽真空槽,沿着定径筒轴向方向的相邻冷却抽真空槽错位布置。
进一步,所述管坯导向盖的内壁呈所述管坯进口处大且所述管坯出口处小的喇叭状结构。
进一步,所述外环套和所述连接法兰通过固定件连接。
所述外环套和所述连接法兰卡接。
本发明还公开了生产管材的装置,包括如所述水膜式新型定径套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用以上结构,在水进入定径筒后沿着水槽在管坯的表面形成均匀的冷却,减少了水的冲击,提高管径尺寸的精度和光洁度,使管材表面光滑平整无麻点。
2、采用螺旋的水槽结构,使得冷却更加均匀,水对管材的冲击力更小。
3、定径筒的长度T和所述水槽沿着所述定径筒的轴线方向的长度L的比值N满足2≤N≤6,采用此结构,大幅度减少摩擦阻力,防止管材表面产生皱纹,保证了管材表面质量。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
水膜式新型定径套,包括用于冷却管坯且设有定径筒进口和定径筒出口的定径筒、与定径筒进口配合且设有管坯进口和管坯出口的的管坯导向盖、套设于定径筒出口外壁处且与管坯导向盖连接的外环套和套设于定径筒外壁且与外环套连接的连接法兰;外环套设有进水口,定径筒内壁在邻近定径筒进口的位置处设有水槽,进水口与水槽连通。
实施例一
如图1实施例一所示水膜式新型定径套,包括用于冷却管坯6且设有定径筒进口和定径筒出口的定径筒3、与定径筒进口配合且设有管坯进口和管坯出口的的管坯导向盖1、套设于定径筒出口外壁处且与管坯导向盖1连接的外环套2和套设于定径筒外壁且与外环套2连接的连接法兰4;外环套2设有进水口7,定径筒内壁在邻近定径筒进口的位置处设有螺旋水槽5,进水口7与螺旋水槽5连通。
螺旋水槽5绕定径筒3的轴线方向呈螺旋型布置。定径筒3的长度T和螺旋水槽5沿着定径筒的轴线方向的长度L的比值N满足2≤N≤10,优选的N=5。
在定径筒3的侧壁上、绕定径筒3的轴线环形阵列有贯穿侧壁的若干个冷却抽真空槽8,沿着定径筒轴向方向的相邻冷却抽真空槽错位布置。
管坯导向盖1的内壁呈所述管坯进口处大且所述管坯出口处小的喇叭状结构。管材管坯进口处的内径d1和管材管坯出口处的内径d2满足d1>d2,定径筒的长度T和定径筒的内径d3的比值T满足2≤T≤6,优选的T=3。
外环套2和连接法兰4通过螺丝、螺钉、铆钉等固定件连接。作为对实施例一的进一步说明,外环套2和连接法兰4也可为卡接。
实施例一水膜式新型定径套的其它结构参见现有技术。
实施例二
实施例二生产管材的装置,包括如实施例一所示水膜式新型定径套,其它结构参见现有技术。

1.水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:包括用于冷却管坯且设有定径筒进口和定径筒出口的定径筒、与定径筒进口配合且设有管坯进口和管坯出口的的管坯导向盖、套设于定径筒出口外壁处且与管坯导向盖连接的外环套和套设于定径筒外壁且与外环套连接的连接法兰;外环套设有进水口,定径筒内壁在邻近定径筒进口的位置处设有水槽,进水口与水槽连通。
2.如权利要求1所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:所述水槽绕所述定径筒的轴线方向呈螺旋型布置。
3.如权利要求2所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:所述定径筒的长度T和所述水槽沿着所述定径筒的轴线方向的长度L的比值N满足2≤N≤6。
4.如权利要求1至3任意一项所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:在所述定径筒的侧壁上、绕定径筒的轴线环形阵列有贯穿侧壁的若干个冷却抽真空槽,沿着定径筒轴向方向的相邻冷却抽真空槽错位布置。
5.如权利要求4所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:所述管坯导向盖的内壁呈所述管坯进口处大且所述管坯出口处小的喇叭状结构。
6.如权利要求5所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:所述外环套和所述连接法兰通过固定件连接。
7.如权利要求5所述水膜式新型定径套,其特征在于:所述外环套和所述连接法兰卡接。
8.生产管材的装置,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至7任意一项所述水膜式新型定径套。
