Abstract

本发明涉及一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,该方法是在纤维增强注塑制品注塑成型过程中,额外设置一凸台,与纤维增强注塑制品一体化注塑成型,继而通过切割方法切除所述凸台,使纤维外露。与现有技术相比,本发明具有使纤维外露,增强纤维的功用性等优点。

一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法。
背景技术
针对现有的对注塑件导电、抗静电等功能性要求,常规方法是通过添加纤维来实现的。鉴于纤维跟基料塑料二者流动速度不一样,凝固速度不一样,造成在表层冻结的都是塑料基材,纤维大多都存在于制件内部,只有极少数因为工艺原因会出现浮纤。所以这种导电、电磁屏蔽制品的表面电阻并不高,影响了导电、导通、电磁屏蔽效果并不好。使用时必须通过很大的压力,在制品表面产生挤压,使纤维接触上才能起到效果。
历史经验上有通过工艺调整纤维外露的情况,比如较低的模具温度,较低的注射温度等,但是这些有缺点,一是难以让模具一直保持较低模温,二是模具、注射温度低,会造成产品内应力过大,产品易开裂;会出现产品整体纤维外露,增加塑件后期加工难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种使纤维外露,增强纤维的功用性的纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,该方法是在纤维增强注塑制品注塑成型过程中,额外设置一凸台,与纤维增强注塑制品一体化注塑成型,继而通过切割方法切除所述凸台,使纤维外露。
所述的凸台的结构为矩形、梯形或半圆形。
所述的纤维增强注塑制品的材质包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、ABS或聚酰胺。
所述的纤维包括碳纤维、不锈钢纤维、碳钢纤维、铸铁纤维、铜纤维或铝纤维。
所述的切割方法包括手动切割或机械切割。
与现有技术相比,本发明能够有效增加纤维增强注塑制品局部表面的纤维含量,增强纤维的功用性,包括导电、抗静电等效果,并同时保持制品整体外形光洁,方便喷涂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其中注塑制品初步结构如图1所示,包括注塑制品1、纤维2及凸台3,其中注塑制品1与凸台3采用一体成型,纤维在注塑制品中呈不规则排列,本实施例中凸台设为矩形,图中实线部分为注塑制品的外部线条,虚线部分为注塑制品内部线条。经手工或机械切割后,注塑制品结构如图3所示,纤维外露于制品表面。
该注塑制品由纤维增强热塑性树脂注塑得到,基材可采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、ABS或聚酰胺等材料,纤维可采用碳纤维、不锈钢纤维、碳钢纤维、铸铁纤维、铜纤维或铝纤维等。本发明增强了纤维的功用性,包括导电、抗静电等效果,并同时保持制品整体外形光洁,方便喷涂。
实施例2
一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其中注塑制品初步结构如图2所示,包括注塑制品1、纤维2及凸台3,其中注塑制品1与凸台3在注塑过程中采用一体化注塑成型获得带有凸台3的纤维增强注塑制品,纤维在注塑制品中呈不规则排列,本实施例中凸台设为梯形结构。经手工或机械切割后,注塑制品结构如图3所示,纤维外露于制品表面,图中实线部分为注塑制品的外部线条,虚线部分为注塑制品内部线条。
该注塑制品由纤维增强热塑性树脂注塑得到,基材可采用聚丙烯,纤维采用碳纤维。本发明增强了纤维的功用性,包括导电、抗静电等效果,并同时保持制品整体外形光洁,方便喷涂。
实施例3
所述的凸台为半圆形,其余同实施例1。

1.一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,该方法是在纤维增强注塑制品注塑成型过程中,额外设置一凸台,与纤维增强注塑制品一体化注塑成型,继而通过切割方法切除所述凸台,使纤维外露。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,所述的凸台的结构为矩形、梯形或半圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,所述的纤维增强注塑制品的材质包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、ABS或聚酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,所述的纤维包括碳纤维、不锈钢纤维、碳钢纤维、铸铁纤维、铜纤维或铝纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强注塑制品纤维外露的方法,其特征在于,所述的切割方法包括手动切割或机械切割。
