Abstract

一种电磁导热块,由导热块、磁铁组成。其特征是:磁铁粘结在导热块的左边。当电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的传感器传递给控制模块的温度高于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从二号脚输出,一号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生S极电磁性,电磁导热块下行,电磁导热块的N极与电磁线圈产生的S极相吸合,烙铁头的温度经电磁导热块导出到散热架中;本发明的有益效果是:具有根据温度自动改变电磁线圈的极性,以实现电磁导热块的上下移动,有效解决电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的导热要求功能。

电磁导热块
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种与电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架相配套的配件,具体的讲是一种电磁导热块。
背景技术
本发明的电磁导热块是为了和发明人发明的电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架相配套的配件。电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架:由弹簧、导热块、散热架、发热块、套筒、控制模块、感应器、二极管、电磁铁、顶针组成。当传感器传递给控制模块的温度高于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从二号脚输出,一号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生S极电磁性,导热块的N极与电磁线圈产生的S极相吸合,导热块下行,烙铁头的温度经导热块导出到散热架中;当传感器传递给控制模块的温度低于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从一号脚输出,二号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生N极电磁性,导热块的S极与电磁线圈产生的N极相吸合,导热块上行,烙铁头的温度被锁定在发热块中;如此循环,以保证烙铁头的温度被控制在120°的范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电磁导热块,具有借助电磁极性的变化,实现温度的传递功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种电磁导热块,由导热块、磁铁组成。其特征是:磁铁粘结在导热块的左边。
当电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的传感器传递给控制模块的温度高于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从二号脚输出,一号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生S极电磁性,电磁导热块的N极与电磁线圈产生的S极相吸合,电磁导热块下行,烙铁头的温度经电磁导热块导出到散热架中;
当电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的传感器传递给控制模块的温度低于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从一号脚输出,二号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生N极电磁性,电磁导热块的S极与电磁线圈产生的N极相吸合,电磁导热块上行,烙铁头的温度被锁定在发热块中。
本发明的有益效果是:具有根据温度自动改变电磁线圈的极性,以实现电磁导热块的上下移动,有效解决电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的导热要求功能。

图1是本发明一种电磁导热块的构造图,其构造由导热块1和磁铁2组成。在图1中,磁铁2粘结在导热块1的左边。

所述的导热块1上面伸出磁铁2的部分比导热块1下面伸出磁铁2的部分短。
所述的磁铁2的上面是N极,下面是S极。
所述的导热块1为铜制品。

1.一种电磁导热块,由导热块、磁铁组成。其特征是:磁铁粘结在导热块的左边,
当电磁伸缩式电烙铁散温架的传感器传递给控制模块的温度高于120°时,控制模块提供给电磁线圈的电能从二号脚输出,一号脚回路,电磁线圈的右端产生S极电磁性,电磁导热块的N极与电磁线圈产生的S极相吸合,电磁导热块下行,烙铁头的温度经电磁导热块导出到散热架中;
