Abstract
一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,由电磁阀、风扇、套筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、拉杆组成。其特征是,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,插头的另一端与五号脚和电磁阀的负极并联,六号脚与电磁阀的正极连接。所述的插头用于连接市电的插座。当电烙铁从套筒的前端插入时,所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度在50℃以上时,控制模块控制电磁阀吸合,拉杆反电磁阀方向移动20mm,电磁阀在终点位置,风扇距离套筒20mm,控制模块同时导通风扇,使风扇旋转工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电烙铁在在用搁置时的温度控制技术,具体的讲是一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架。
背景技术
目前,市场上的可调恒温电烙铁,虽然能控制电烙铁的工作温度范围,但是,电烙铁在使用过程中,因板路或人员关系,不可避免的要把电烙铁暂时放置,时间一般较为短暂,即休眠状态,此时,虽然在电烙铁在设定的恒温状态下,但因热量较为集中,烙铁头容易氧化,同时,也造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,由电磁阀、风扇、套筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管、拉杆组成。其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,四号脚与插头的中间串接一个二极管,插头的另一端与五号脚和电磁阀的负极并联,六号脚与电磁阀的正极连接。
所述的插头用于连接市电的插座。
所述插头改变方向时,二极管将为四号脚提供正向电源;
当电烙铁从套筒的前端插入时,所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度在50℃以上时,控制模块控制电磁阀吸合,拉杆反电磁阀方向移动20mm,电磁阀在终点位置,风扇距离套筒20mm,控制模块同时导通风扇,使风扇旋转工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用,
所述的传感器的温度下降并低于50℃时,控制模块关闭风扇并断开电磁阀电能,电磁阀恢复到起始位置,防止风扇震动损坏。
与已有技术比较,使用本一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架可解决电烙铁休眠时的温度过高引起烙铁头高温氧化损坏的弊端。
综上所述,正因为本一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架具有根据烙铁头的不同温度,改变风扇与套筒的距离调节作用。

具体实施方式
本发明一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,由:电磁阀1、风扇2、套筒3、插头4、控制模块5、烙铁架6、传感器7、二极管8、拉杆9组成。
在图1中,烙铁架6借助支撑杆与电磁阀1连接,电磁阀1的上面安装有套筒3,套筒3的前端设计一个传感器7,控制模块5安装在烙铁架6的上面支撑杆的中间,控制模块5引出一个电源插头4,电磁阀1通过拉杆9与风扇2连接。
在图2中,控制模块5的一号脚和二号脚与风扇2连接,三号脚与传感器7连接,四号脚与插头4的中间串接一个二极管8,插头的另一端与五号脚和电磁阀1的负极并联,六号脚与电磁阀1的正极连接。
在图3中,拉杆9一端与电磁阀1连接,另一端安装有风扇2,所述的拉杆9成90°直角。
所述的控制模块5的型号为:GJ-6DLT-G。

1.一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,由电磁阀1、风扇2、套筒3、插头4、控制模块5、烙铁架6、传感器7、拉杆9组成,其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与风扇连接,三号脚与传感器连接,插头的另一端与五号脚和电磁阀的负极并联,六号脚与电磁阀的正极连接,
所述的插头用于连接市电的插座,

3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种感应伸缩式电烙铁散温架,还具有二极管(8),其特征在于,所述二极管串接在控制模块的四号脚与插头的中间,所述插头改变方向时,二极管将为四号脚提供正向电源。
