Abstract

一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,包括弹簧、电磁线圈等。其特征是,套筒的前端设计一个传感器,套筒的后端安装散热架,散热架的中间安装有左夹块和右夹块,在左夹块和右夹块的上下位置各串入一根弹簧,左夹块的里面安装有电磁线圈,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与电磁线圈连接,三号脚和六号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,同时在五号脚与插头的中间串接一个二极管。当所述的传感器感应到人手离开传感器的范围时,控制模块将导通电磁线圈的电能,电磁线圈工作,左夹块和右夹块克服弹簧的弹力吸合在一起,使烙铁头和左夹块及右夹块成一体,烙铁头的温度经左夹块和右夹块传递给散热架,经散热架的叶片导出的功能。

技术领域
 本发明涉及电烙铁在在用搁置时的温度控制技术,具体的讲是一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架。
背景技术
目前,市场上的可调恒温电烙铁,虽然能控制电烙铁的工作温度范围,但是,电烙铁在使用过程中,因板路或人员关系,不可避免的要把电烙铁暂时放置,时间一般较为短暂,即休眠状态,此时,虽然在电烙铁在设定的恒温状态下,但因热量较为集中,烙铁头容易氧化,同时,也造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,由弹簧、电磁线圈、散热架、右夹块、套筒、控制模块、传感器、二极管、左夹块组成。其特征在于,底座借助支撑杆与套筒连接,套筒的前端设计一个传感器,套筒的后端安装散热架,散热架的中间安装有左夹块和右夹块,在左夹块和右夹块的上下位置各串入一根弹簧,左夹块的里面安装有电磁线圈,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与电磁线圈连接,三号脚和六号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,同时在五号脚与插头的中间串接一个二极管。
所述的插头用于连接市电的插座。
所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为五号脚提供正向电源;
把电烙铁穿往套筒内,当所述的传感器感应到人手靠近时,控制模块将切断电磁线圈的电能,在弹簧力的作用下,左夹块和右夹块被分开,烙铁头插入左夹块和右夹块的中间,
当所述的传感器感应到人手离开传感器的范围时,控制模块将导通电磁线圈的电能,电磁线圈工作,左夹块和右夹块克服弹簧的弹力吸合在一起,使烙铁头和左夹块及右夹块成一体,烙铁头的温度经左夹块和右夹块传递给散热架,经散热架的叶片导出的功能;
有益效果是,具有自动夹紧或松开电烙铁的烙铁头,以达到导温散热的作用。

具体实施方式
本发明一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,由:弹簧1、电磁线圈2、散热架3、右夹块4、套筒5、控制模块6、传感器7、二极管8、左夹块9组成。
在图1中,底座借助支撑杆与套筒5连接,套筒5的前端设计一个传感器7,套筒5的后端安装散热架3,控制模块6安装在底座的上面支撑杆的中间,控制模块6引出一个电源插头。
在图2中,控制模块6的一号脚和二号脚与电磁线圈2连接,三号脚和六号脚与传感器7连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,同时在五号脚与插头的中间串接一个二极管8。
在图3中,散热架3的中间安装有左夹块9和右夹块4,在左夹块9和右夹块4的上下位置各串入一根弹簧1,左夹块6的里面安装有电磁线圈2。
在弹簧1力的作用下,左夹块9和右夹块4被分开。
在图4中,电磁线圈2工作,左夹块9和右夹块4克服弹簧1的弹力吸合在一起。
所述的左夹块9的右边开有一个半圆槽,所述的右夹块4的左边开有一个半圆槽,所述的左夹块9和右夹块4合并时,两个半圆槽成为一个通孔。
所述通孔的内径和电烙铁的烙铁头的外径一致。
所述的控制模块5的型号为:GJ-6DLT-Q。

1. 一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,由弹簧、电磁线圈、散热架、右夹块、套筒、控制模块、传感器、二极管、左夹块组成,其特征在于,底座借助支撑杆与套筒连接,套筒的前端设计一个传感器,套筒的后端安装散热架,散热架的中间安装有左夹块和右夹块,在左夹块和右夹块的上下位置各串入一根弹簧,左夹块的里面安装有电磁线圈,控制模块的一号脚和二号脚与电磁线圈连接,三号脚和六号脚与传感器连接,四号脚和五号脚引出一个电源插头,同时在五号脚与插头的中间串接一个二极管,

3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种钳夹式电烙铁散温架,其特征在于,所述通孔的内径和电烙铁的烙铁头的外径一致。
