Abstract

一种电烙铁水冷散温架,由步进电机、水泵、导流筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管、导流管组成。其特征是,控制模块的一号脚与风扇的负极连接,风扇的正极与四号脚和二极管的阳极并联,二极管的阴极和五号脚引出一个电源插头,二号脚与传感器连接,六号脚与步进电机的正极连接,三号脚与步进电机的负极连接。当所述的传感器的温度超过70°,并且持续时间每超过10分钟,控制模块将控制步进电机往外退1mm,以利于烙铁头的降温作用,若温度低于70°,控制模块将恢复步进电机在最小开度值位置,以利于烙铁头的保温,方便使用时的升温效果。有益效果,具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。

电烙铁水冷散温架
技术领域
本发明涉及电烙铁在在用搁置时的温度控制技术,具体的讲是一种电烙铁水冷散温架。
背景技术
目前,市场上的可调恒温电烙铁,虽然能控制电烙铁的工作温度范围,但是,电烙铁在使用过程中,因板路或人员关系,不可避免的要把电烙铁暂时放置,时间一般较为短暂,即休眠状态,此时,虽然在电烙铁在设定的恒温状态下,但因热量较为集中,烙铁头容易氧化,同时,也造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电烙铁水冷散温架,具有保证正常使用温度的作用,还可在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种电烙铁水冷散温架,由步进电机、水泵、导流筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管、导流管组成。其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚与水泵的负极连接,水泵的正极与四号脚和二极管的阳极并联,二极管的阴极和五号脚引出一个电源插头,二号脚与传感器连接,六号脚与步进电机的正极连接,三号脚与步进电机的负极连接。
所述的插头用于连接市电的插座。
所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为四号脚和水泵提供正向电源;
所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度超过70°,控制模块将导通水泵,使水泵带动冷却液在导流筒循环工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用;
所述的步进电机带动活塞在导流管内的最小开度为1mm,最大开度为5mm,即,步进电机在全关闭时,导流管的内径还有1mm的孔径可以流通冷却液,步进电机在全开启时,导流管的内径有5mm的孔径可以流通冷却液。
当所述的传感器的温度超过70°,并且持续时间每超过10分钟,控制模块将控制步进电机往外退1mm,以利于烙铁头的降温作用,若温度低于70°,控制模块将恢复步进电机在最小开度值位置,以利于烙铁头的保温,方便使用时的升温效果。
与已有技术比较,使用本一种电烙铁水冷散温架可解决电烙铁休眠时的温度过高引起烙铁头高温氧化损坏的弊端。
综上所述,正因为本一种电烙铁水冷散温架具有在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,从而提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。

具体实施方式
本发明一种电烙铁水冷散温架,由:步进电机1、水泵2、导流筒3、插头4、控制模块5、烙铁架6、传感器7、二极管8、导流管9组成。
在图1中,烙铁架6借助支撑杆与导流管9连接,导流管9的两端分别与导流筒3的左右两端连接,导流筒3的末端设计一个传感器7,控制模块5安装在烙铁架6的上面支撑杆的中间,控制模块5引出一个电源插头4,导流管9的中间安装有水泵2,侧面安装有步进电机1。
在图2中,控制模块5的一号脚与水泵2的负极连接,水泵2的正极与四号脚和二极管8的阳极并联,二极管8的阴极和五号脚引出一个电源插头4,二号脚与传感器7连接,六号脚与步进电机1的正极连接,三号脚与步进电机1的负极连接。
在图3中,导流管9的中间安装水泵2,步进电机1安装在导流管9的侧面,步进电机1的活塞穿过导流管9的一侧面直通导流管9的内孔。
所述的控制模块5的型号为:GJ-6DLT-S。

Claims (5)

1. 一种电烙铁水冷散温架,由步进电机、水泵、导流筒、插头、控制模块、烙铁架、传感器、二极管、导流管组成,其特征在于,控制模块的一号脚与水泵的负极连接,水泵的正极与四号脚和二极管的阳极并联,二极管的阴极和五号脚引出一个电源插头,二号脚与传感器(7)连接,六号脚与步进电机的正极连接,三号脚与步进电机(1)的负极连接,导流管的两端分别与导流筒的左右两端连接,导流管的中间安装水泵,
所述的插头用于连接市电的插座,
所述的二极管将为插头改变方向时,能够为四号脚和水泵提供正向电源;
所述的传感器感应到电烙铁传递的空气温度超过70℃,控制模块将导通水泵,使水泵带动冷却液在导流筒循环工作以达到对电烙铁的烙铁头的降温作用;
实现在电烙铁休眠状态时对烙铁头的散热作用,从而提高电烙铁的使用寿命及节约能源的功能。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电烙铁水冷散温架,其特征在于,所述的步进电机带动活塞在导流管内的最小开度为1mm,最大开度为5mm,即,步进电机在全关闭时,导流管的内径还有1mm的孔径可以流通冷却液,步进电机在全开启时,导流管的内径有5mm的孔径可以流通冷却液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电烙铁水冷散温架,其特征在于,当所述的传感器(7)的温度超过70℃,并且持续时间每超过10分钟,控制模块将控制步进电机往外退1mm,以利于烙铁头的降温作用,若温度低于70℃,控制模块将恢复步进电机在最小开度值位置,以利于烙铁头的保温,方便使用时的升温效果。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电烙铁水冷散温架,其特征在于,步进电机(1)安装在导流管的侧面。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电烙铁水冷散温架,其特征在于,步进电机(1)的活塞穿过导流管的一侧面直通导流管的内孔。
