本实用新型为一种LED灯具的散热控制系统装置,由电源模块、恒流源模块、LED模块、散热器和风扇及其控制模块组成。本实用新型采用风扇主动冷却和空气自然对流冷却相结合并通过智能控制散热组件形成一个系统装置,灯具通电后风扇受温度控制模块控制,当温度控制模块检测到散热器温度超过设定标准时,风扇开始工作,加快空气循环,降低散热器温度,当温度控制模块检测到散热器温度低于设定标准,风扇停止工作。这样便可很大程度地延长风扇使用寿命并节约电能。

本实用新型属于 LED照明技术领域,涉及 一种LED灯具的散热控制系统装置。
背景技术
如今,LED的照明应用日益广泛,但其光电转换率仍只有30%左右,其余的70%电能还是以热能的形式被消耗。而LED的光衰却受到温度的直接影响,所以,解决LED灯具的散热问题是LED照明应用中的一个重要环节。于是,一些企业为了解决大功率LED照明灯具的散热问题,通常会采取风扇主动散热方式以减小散热器的面积和灯具的体积,但是,如果长时间不间断地使用风扇会使风扇和灯具的寿命严重失调,也会在气候变换时造成不必要的电能消耗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种能够随着散热器的温度变化来控制风扇工作的智能控制系统装置。
     本实用新型由电源模块、恒流源模块、LED模块及其散热器和风扇以及温度控制模块组成。经过电源模块变压输出的电源通过恒流源模块后驱动LED模块;LED模块安装于散热器的正面,在散热器背部安装风扇,风扇的电源与温度控制模块连接,温度控制模块嵌于电源模块中,其温度检测探头安装在散热器上。
本实用新型采用风扇主动冷却和空气自然对流冷却相结合并通过智能控制散热组件形成一个系统装置,灯具通电后风扇受温度控制模块控制,当温度控制模块检测到散热器温度超过设定标准时,风扇开始工作,加快空气循环,降低散热器温度,当温度控制模块检测到散热器温度低于设定标准,风扇停止工作。这样便可很大程度地延长风扇使用寿命并节约电能。

具体实施方式
电源模块1输出电源经过恒流源模块3再与LED模块4连接,LED模块4安装于散热器5的正面,在散热器5背部安装风扇7,风扇7的电源连接温度控制模块2,温度控制模块2嵌于电源模块1中,其温度检测探头6安装在散热器5上。

1. 一种LED灯具的散热控制系统装置,由电源模块、恒流源模块、LED模块及其散热器和风扇以及温度控制模块组成;其特征在于:经电源模块变压的输出电源通过恒流源与LED模块连接,LED模块安装于散热器的正面;在散热器背部安装风扇,风扇的电源与温度控制模块连接;温度控制模块嵌于电源模块中,其温度检测探头安装在散热器上。
