Abstract

本实用新型提供一种LED隧道灯电源安装装置，包括电源架、连接板、安装板、驱动电源和多路快插分线连接器。电源架端部设有圆弧形卡槽，通过调节螺母，可任意调节LED隧道灯安装角度，以实现最佳照明效果。驱动电源直接固定在电源架上与LED模组隔离，有利于解决LED隧道灯散热问题。多路快插分线连接器将LED隧道灯各路线路整合，缩小占用空间，解决传统螺纹连接拆装不方便以及可能不防水的问题。本实用新型适用于LED隧道灯。

背景技术
LED作为一种新型的照明方式，具有寿命长、耗能低、体积小、高亮度，控制灵活方便等优点，其应用前景越来越广泛。现有的隧道灯大多数采用LED作为照明光源，具有高效节能、环保等优点。然而，LED是冷光源，对温度极为敏感，温度过高会使LED的发光效率快速降低，产生明显的光衰，缩短LED的寿命。目前，LED隧道灯通常是一个封闭的结构，模组和电源都封闭在壳体内，内部空间狭窄，电源容易受灯具热量的影响，从而使得电源寿命降低，严重影响LED隧道灯的整灯寿命。同时，LED隧道灯线路繁杂，拆装十分不便。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服上述技术的不足，提供一种LED隧道灯电源安装装置，实现灯具和电源的分离、快速拆装。 
为了解决本实用新型的技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种LED隧道灯电源安装装置，包括驱动电源4，其特征在于：还包括电源架1、连接板2、安装板3和多路快插分线盒5；所述电源架1包括圆弧形卡槽11和调节螺母12；所述电源架1通过调节螺母12和垫片13固定在连接板2上；所述安装板3固装于电源架1上；所述驱动电源4包括电源固定滑块41、电源压扣42和电源螺母43；所述驱动电源4直接固定在电源架1上；所述多路快插分线连接器5与驱动电源4电性相连。 
所述驱动电源4通过电源固定滑块41、电源压扣42和电源螺母43固定在电源架1底部。 
所述调节螺母12固定点位于所述圆弧形卡槽11的圆心。 
所述圆弧形卡槽11上刻有角度线，通过旋转调节螺母12，可以调整LED隧道灯的安装角度，达到最佳照明效果。 
所述连接板2上设有卡位。 
所述多路快插分线连接器5将各路线路整合，缩小占用空间，实现接口标准化，并且具有较好的防水效果。 
本实用新型获得的有益效果是：电源与模组隔离，有利于提升LED隧道灯的寿命；采用电源架1与安装板3单独设计，实现快速拆装；使用多路快插分线连接器5，缩小占用空间，解决传统螺纹连接拆装不方便以及可能不防水的问题，实现快速连接安装。

参见附图1和图2所示，一种LED隧道灯电源安装装置，包括驱动电源4，其特征在于：还包括电源架1、连接板2、安装板3和多路快插分线连接器5；所述电源架1包括圆弧形卡槽11和调节螺母12；所述电源架1通过调节螺母12和垫片13固定在连接板2上；所述安装板3固装于电源架1上；所述驱动电源4包括电源固定滑块41、电源压扣42和电源螺母43；所述驱动电源4直接固定在电源架1上；所述多路快插分线连接器5与驱动电源4电性相连。
所述安装板3通过安装螺母31和安装螺丝32固定在电源架1上。 
所述驱动电源4通过电源固定滑块41、电源压扣42和电源螺母43固定在电源架1底部。 
所述调节螺母12固定点位于所述圆弧形卡槽11的圆心。 
所述圆弧形卡槽11上刻有角度线，通过旋转调节螺母12，可以调整LED隧道灯的安装角度，达到最佳照明效果。 
所述圆弧形卡槽11上刻有的角度线，每一格为5度，角度调整更为灵活、精确。 
所述连接板（2）上设有卡位，配合圆弧形卡槽11，固定LED隧道灯电源安装装置的角度。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED隧道灯电源安装装置，其特征在于：所述安装板（3）通过安装螺母（31）和安装螺丝（32）固定在电源架（1）上。
