Abstract
氯气用贯流式止回阀,涉及阀门设计技术领域,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣,阀座螺纹连接在阀体下端内;在阀体与阀座之间设置缠绕式密封垫片,缠绕式密封垫片设置在阀体与阀座螺纹连接处的下方;阀瓣设置在阀座上方;阀瓣与阀座之间密封连接;阀瓣包括阀瓣本体、阀瓣杆体,阀瓣杆体连体设置在阀瓣本体的中心上方,在阀瓣杆体内设有盲孔;阀瓣本体的下表面为向上凸起的拱面,阀瓣本体的上表面为向下倾斜的坡面;阀体内腔设有阀体中部支架,阀瓣杆体上套置导向螺母,导向螺母与阀体中部支架螺纹连接。本发明设计新颖,结构合理,解决了流体介质的冲刷,保证使用性能,提高使用寿命,具有密封性能优越,止回效果好,精准到位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门设计技术领域,特别是氯气用贯流式止回阀。
背景技术
目前,国内化工行业及其它领域管路上使用的止回阀,为普通止回阀。结构古老,笨重,性能不能满足工况的使用要求,经常出现因止回阀阀瓣不能很好地回位,使介质回流造成损失甚至事故的发生。特别是在氯碱化工企业的氯气泵上口,由于止回阀止不住,流体回落使泵反方向工作,造成设备损坏,而影响系统瘫痪。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对以上问题,提供一种能合理解决流体介质的冲刷,保证使用性能,提高使用寿命的氯气用贯流式止回阀,
本发明包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣,所述阀座螺纹连接在阀体下端内;在所述阀体与阀座之间设置缠绕式密封垫片,所述缠绕式密封垫片设置在阀体与阀座螺纹连接处的下方;所述阀瓣设置在阀座上方;所述阀瓣与阀座之间密封连接;所述阀瓣包括阀瓣本体、阀瓣杆体,所述阀瓣杆体连体设置在阀瓣本体的中心上方,在所述阀瓣杆体内设有盲孔;所述阀瓣本体的下表面为向上凸起的拱面,所述阀瓣本体的上表面为向下倾斜的坡面;所述阀体内腔设有阀体中部支架,所述阀瓣杆体上套置导向螺母,所述导向螺母与阀体中部支架螺纹连接。
本发明工作原理为:通过介质即管道压力的作用来实现阀门开始和关闭。当介质升高一定的压力阀瓣升起,当压力下降或失去压力,阀瓣借助自身的重量和阀体内部的介质压力使阀瓣迅速下滑,使阀门关闭,防止介质回流。
本发明为竖直安装,阀瓣本体底部为向上凸起的拱面,上部为向下倾斜的坡面,可保证阀门打开介质对密封面冲刷力小,同时关闭时由于上部的锥形,阀腔的流体介质迅速返回冲击阀座密封面周围,使该区域不容易遗留物,保证密封面的清洁。阀座与阀体采用螺纹连接,并采用金属缠绕式垫片密封,可靠保证其密封效果,同时阀座底面又作为与管道连接的密封面,与管道连接受力以后进一步确保介质不外漏,形成保险密封。阀瓣通过导向螺母与阀体配合,可靠保证其配合精度和上下滑动的效果,使阀瓣不受介质压力的波动而影响升降。本发明设计新颖,结构合理,解决了流体介质的冲刷,保证使用性能,提高使用寿命,具有密封性能优越,止回效果好,精准到位。
本发明所述阀座和阀瓣的密封面上分别喷焊有耐腐蚀合金。
本发明在所述阀座密封面设置马蹄形槽,在所述马蹄形槽内压制烧结聚四氟乙烯密封料,在所述阀瓣密封面喷焊有耐腐蚀合金。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括阀体1、阀座2、阀瓣3,阀座2螺纹连接在阀体1下端内;在阀体1与阀座2之间设置缠绕式密封垫片4,缠绕式密封垫片4设置在阀体1与阀座2螺纹连接处的下方;阀瓣3设置在阀座2上方;阀瓣3与阀座2之间密封连接,在阀座2和阀瓣3的密封面上分别喷焊有耐腐蚀合金5;阀瓣3包括阀瓣本体3-1、阀瓣杆体3-2,阀瓣杆体3-2连体设置在阀瓣本体3-1的中心上方,在阀瓣杆体3-2内设有盲孔6;阀瓣本体3-1的下表面为向上凸起的拱面3-1-1,阀瓣本体3-1的上表面为向下倾斜的坡面3-1-2;阀体1内腔设有阀体中部支架7,阀瓣杆体3-2上套置导向螺母8,导向螺母8与阀体中部支架7螺纹连接。
如图2所示,在阀座2密封面设置马蹄形槽9,在马蹄形槽9内压制烧结聚四氟乙烯密封料10,在阀瓣3密封面喷焊有耐腐蚀合金5。

1.氯气用贯流式止回阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣,其特征在于:所述阀座螺纹连接在阀体下端内;在所述阀体与阀座之间设置缠绕式密封垫片,所述缠绕式密封垫片设置在阀体与阀座螺纹连接处的下方;所述阀瓣设置在阀座上方;所述阀瓣与阀座之间密封连接;所述阀瓣包括阀瓣本体、阀瓣杆体,所述阀瓣杆体连体设置在阀瓣本体的中心上方,在所述阀瓣杆体内设有盲孔;所述阀瓣本体的下表面为向上凸起的拱面,所述阀瓣本体的上表面为向下倾斜的坡面;所述阀体内腔设有阀体中部支架,所述阀瓣杆体上套置导向螺母,所述导向螺母与阀体中部支架螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氯气用贯流式止回阀,其特征在于:所述阀座和阀瓣的密封面上分别喷焊有耐腐蚀合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氯气用贯流式止回阀,其特征在于:在所述阀座密封面设置马蹄形槽,在所述马蹄形槽内压制烧结聚四氟乙烯密封料,在所述阀瓣密封面喷焊有耐腐蚀合金。
