本发明涉及一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,属于减压阀结构改进的技术领域,包括带有出口通道和进口通道的阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯组件,阀芯组件的上方安装有压力调节装置,所述阀芯组件包括固定安装在阀体内的阀芯架,阀芯架下端位于阀体的容置腔内,阀芯架中间的纵向通孔内安装有可上下移动的阀芯,阀芯下端向下延伸至阀芯架外,且阀芯底端安装有密封座,阀芯架的中部壁体上开设有两个对称设置的通槽,且通槽与阀体的进口通道及阀芯架纵向通孔的底端出口相连通;阀体的容置腔内侧壁的周向上安装有过滤网;阀体的出口通道内配合安装有止回阀组件。本发明一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,结构简单、体积小、使用寿命长。

Description

一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,属于减压阀结构改进的技术领域。 
背景技术
    减压阀应用于流体介质管路控制系统中,用于将管路流体介质在一个高的压力减到所需要的合适压力,同时保证出口压力的稳定性。目前,减压阀除了常规结构的类型外,还包括带有防倒流功能的减压阀,带有过滤功能的减压阀等。但是,现有技术中带有防倒流功能的减压阀存在结构复杂、体积偏大、使用寿命短的问题;带有过滤功能的减压阀也存在结构复杂、体积偏大的问题,而且还没有防介质倒流功能,不能防止下游介质对上游介质的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、体积小、使用寿命长的具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,包括带有出口通道和进口通道的阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯组件,阀芯组件的上方安装有压力调节装置,所述阀芯组件包括固定安装在阀体内的阀芯架,阀芯架下端位于阀体的容置腔内,阀芯架中间的纵向通孔内安装有可上下移动的阀芯,阀芯下端向下延伸至阀芯架外,且阀芯底端安装有密封座(密封座可用于将阀芯架纵向通孔的底端出口进行密封),阀芯架的中部壁体上开设有两个对称设置的通槽,且通槽与阀体的进口通道及阀芯架纵向通孔的底端出口相连通;阀体的容置腔内侧壁的周向上安装有过滤网;阀体的出口通道内配合安装有止回阀组件。
    作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述止回阀组件包括止回阀阀体、止回阀阀瓣、受压弹簧、垫片、挡圈;止回阀阀体呈轴线水平设置的圆柱形结构,其外壁与出口通道内壁紧密固定设置,止回阀阀体的中间设有通孔,通孔右端部为内圆锥面,止回阀阀体左端面中间设有加强筋,加强筋左端中间凸设有圆柱形管体;止回阀阀瓣包括外壁上包覆有橡胶且与通孔右端部的内圆锥面相密封配合的盖体,盖体的左端面上设有穿过圆柱形管体的圆柱凸台,挡圈、垫片、受压弹簧依次由左向右安装在圆柱凸台上,且受压弹簧位于垫片右端面与圆柱形管体左端面之间。
    所述止回阀阀体的外壁上开设有凹槽,凹槽内配合设置有O形圈。
    所述密封座的上端面内嵌置有矩形密封圈,矩形密封圈与密封座的上端面齐平。
所述密封座与阀芯之间通过螺纹连接。
所述阀体的容置腔底部通过端盖进行封闭,且端盖与阀体之间通过螺纹连接。
所述端盖上设有螺纹通孔,与该螺纹通孔配合的是堵头。
所述压力调节装置包括安装在阀盖内的调压螺丝和主弹簧;阀盖外壁与阀体内壁之间通过螺纹连接,且阀盖紧压阀芯架顶端;主弹簧卡置在调压螺丝与阀芯顶端之间。
本发明具有以下优点:
1. 简化阀芯架及阀芯结构,将阀芯架与阀芯由两级结构改为一体结构,缩短阀芯架中间孔支撑部分的长度,使阀杆在上下移动中摩擦力减小,且加工及装配工艺性好。 
2. 更改止回阀组件结构,简化止回阀组件结构 ,使止回阀阀体与阀杆支撑部分合为一体,而且阀体的结构简化,加工工艺性好,将橡胶直接硫化在阀瓣上,结构紧凑,密封橡胶不易脱落,这样使止回阀零部件数量减少,方便安装。
3. 将过滤网直接安装在阀瓣与端盖之间,结构紧凑,方便拆卸清洗,使整个产品的体积减小,并且在端盖上设有排渣口,可利用水流排渣,减少过滤网的清洗拆卸次数。
4. 在阀体中设有一级止回结构,流阻大为减小,阀后压力损失小,阀后流量较大。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,包括带有出口通道31和进口通道32的阀体1,阀体1内安装有阀芯组件,阀芯组件的上方安装有压力调节装置。
结合图2、图3所示,阀芯组件包括固定安装在阀体1内的阀芯架10,阀芯架10下端位于阀体1的容置腔33内。阀芯架10为一圆柱多凸台结构,外圆侧面上装有O形圈23、O形圈21、O形圈18均与阀体1相配合起密封作用。阀芯架10中间的纵向通孔内安装有可上下移动的阀芯9,阀芯9下端向下延伸至阀芯架10外,且阀芯9底端螺纹连接安装有密封座7,阀芯架10的中部壁体上开设有两个对称设置的通槽34,且通槽34与阀体1的进口通道31及阀芯架10纵向通孔的底端出口相连通。压力调节装置包括安装在阀盖29内的调压螺丝28和主弹簧27。阀盖29的顶端通过盖帽30进行封闭。阀盖29外壁与阀体1内壁之间通过螺纹连接,且阀盖29底端紧压阀芯架10顶端。主弹簧27卡置在调压螺丝28与阀芯9顶端之间。阀芯9也为一圆柱多凸台结构,阀芯9上部为盘形圆柱凸台结构,该盘形圆柱凸台与阀芯架10上部的内台阶相配合,中间装有O形圈24,起密封作用。阀芯9上部的盘形圆柱凸台上端面有一内圆柱台阶,台阶上面为一小圆柱凸台35,主弹簧27的下端就装在内圆柱台阶与小圆柱凸台35之间,阀芯9上部的盘形圆柱凸台下端面也有一凸台,凸台与阀芯架10的纵向通孔相配合,凸台下面装有Y型密封圈26,起密封作用。在Y型密封圈26下面装有弹性挡圈22,防止Y型密封圈26脱落。密封座7的上端面内嵌置有矩形密封圈8,矩形密封圈8与密封座7的上端面齐平。矩形密封圈8与阀芯架10纵向通孔的下端出口,及端面形成密封节流作用。
阀体1的出口通道31内配合安装有止回阀组件。结合图4、图5、图6所示,止回阀组件包括止回阀阀体12、止回阀阀瓣16、受压弹簧13、垫片15、挡圈14。止回阀阀体12呈轴线水平设置的圆柱形结构,其外壁与出口通道31内壁紧密固定设置,止回阀阀体12的中间设有通孔121,通孔121右端部为内圆锥面,止回阀阀体12左端面中间设有加强筋122,加强筋122左端中间凸设有圆柱形管体123。止回阀阀瓣16包括外壁上包覆有橡胶且与通孔121右端部的内圆锥面相密封配合的盖体161,盖体161的左端面上设有穿过圆柱形管体123的圆柱凸台162,挡圈14、垫片15、受压弹簧13依次由左向右安装在圆柱凸台162上,且受压弹簧13位于垫片15右端面与圆柱形管体123左端面之间。受压弹簧13被压缩后,产生的一定力使止回阀阀瓣16与止回阀阀体12在一定压力下密封。为了进一步加强止回阀阀体12的固定及密封性能,止回阀阀体12的外壁上开设有凹槽36,凹槽36内配合设置有O形圈11。止回阀阀体12前端面抵在出口通道31内壁的台阶面上,止回阀阀体12后端面通过挡圈17抵在出口通道31内壁的台阶面上。
    结合图7所示,阀体1的容置腔33底部通过端盖3进行封闭,且端盖3与阀体1之间通过螺纹连接。端盖3上设有螺纹通孔,与该螺纹通孔配合的是堵头5,堵头5的下端是一圆柱凸台,圆柱凸台的端面有内凹的六方孔,用于扳手的拧紧。端盖3与阀体1之间配合安装有O形圈2,端盖3与堵头5之间配合安装有O形圈4,起密封作用。
阀体1的容置腔33内侧壁的周向上安装有过滤网6。过滤网6的上端与阀体1的锥面凸台配合定位,过滤网6的下端外圆与端盖3上部的内圆柱台阶面配合定位。
阀体1上,且位于出口通道31的侧上方开设有传输通道19,传输通道19将阀芯9上部的盘形圆柱凸台底端与出口通道31进行连通。阀体1上还开设有一端与传输通道19连通,另一端与阀体1外界连通的通孔,该通孔上配合设置有堵头20,堵头20与阀体1之间设置有密封圈。
结合图8所示,本发明的工作原理如下:
当介质从进口通道32进入该产品时,介质依次从阀芯架10的中部两侧的通槽34、阀芯架10中间的纵向通孔、阀芯架10纵向通孔底端与密封座7之间的间隙通过。由于间隙的节流作用,产生压降使阀后的压力降低,经减压后的介质通过过滤网6,流向阀后的止回阀组件。在介质压力作用下,作用在止回阀阀瓣16上的力克服受压弹簧13作用在止回阀阀瓣16上的力,使止回阀阀瓣16打开,介质流向右端出口。当下游水压力增大并达到设定值时,通过传输通道19,介质力作用在阀芯9下面,作用力克服主弹簧27向下的作用力,使阀芯9向上运动,减小阀门开度,流速增大,压降增大,阀门的下游压力减小,若出口压力下降,介质通过传输通道19,介质力作用在阀芯9下面,作用力小于主弹簧27向下的作用力,使阀芯9向下运动,阀门开度增大,流速减小,压降减小,阀后压力增大,从而使阀体1出口压力保持恒定。当管道上游介质没有压力,为防止阀后的介质倒流,减压阀中的止回阀组件在阀后介质的作用下关闭,防止下游介质对上游管道的污染。当产品使用一段时间后,杂质聚集在过滤网6与阀体1,端盖3之间,通过拧开堵头5,利用介质的作用力将杂质冲出,也可以拧开端盖3,拆掉过滤网6进行清洗。
    本发明一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,结构简单、体积小、使用寿命长。

1.一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,包括带有出口通道和进口通道的阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯组件,阀芯组件的上方安装有压力调节装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯组件包括固定安装在阀体内的阀芯架,阀芯架下端位于阀体的容置腔内,阀芯架中间的纵向通孔内安装有可上下移动的阀芯,阀芯下端向下延伸至阀芯架外,且阀芯底端安装有密封座,阀芯架的中部壁体上开设有两个对称设置的通槽,且通槽与阀体的进口通道及阀芯架纵向通孔的底端出口相连通;阀体的容置腔内侧壁的周向上安装有过滤网;阀体的出口通道内配合安装有止回阀组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,其特征在于:所述止回阀组件包括止回阀阀体、止回阀阀瓣、受压弹簧、垫片、挡圈;止回阀阀体呈轴线水平设置的圆柱形结构,其外壁与出口通道内壁紧密固定设置,止回阀阀体的中间设有通孔,通孔右端部为内圆锥面,止回阀阀体左端面中间设有加强筋,加强筋左端中间凸设有圆柱形管体;止回阀阀瓣包括外壁上包覆有橡胶且与通孔右端部的内圆锥面相密封配合的盖体,盖体的左端面上设有穿过圆柱形管体的圆柱凸台,挡圈、垫片、受压弹簧依次由左向右安装在圆柱凸台上,且受压弹簧位于垫片右端面与圆柱形管体左端面之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,其特征在于:所述止回阀阀体的外壁上开设有凹槽,凹槽内配合设置有O形圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,其特征在于:所述密封座的上端面内嵌置有矩形密封圈,矩形密封圈与密封座的上端面齐平。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,其特征在于:所述密封座与阀芯之间通过螺纹连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤、防倒流功能的减压阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的容置腔底部通过端盖进行封闭,且端盖与阀体之间通过螺纹连接。
