Abstract
本发明提供了一种高压眼镜阀,包括左阀体、波纹管、阀板、丝杆、左螺母、右螺母、右阀体、左阀座、右阀座,阀板固定在丝杆中部,丝杆的左右两端通过左右螺母分别安装在左、右阀座上,左、右阀体与左、右阀座之间分别焊有波纹管,左、右阀体上分别装有左、右支承板,丝杆穿过左支承板通过限位板与左阀体固定连接,丝杆穿过右支承板通过限位板、压盖与右阀体连接,阀板与左、右阀座之间采用三道密封结构,第一道采用同心圆交替相嵌的三角螺纹结构,第二道采用金属O形圈密封,第三道采用特种高分子材料的软密封。其有益效果是阀板与阀座之间采用三道密封结构,既可以耐高压又可以实现多级降压的目的,提高了阀门的密封性,增加了阀门使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种高压眼镜阀。
背景技术
目前使用的眼镜阀,阀板与阀座之间仅采用O形圈密封,密封性差,无法适用于高压环境。
发明内容
为了克服现有眼镜阀上述缺点,本发明提供一种采用三道密封结构,既可多级降压又可耐高压的高压眼镜阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种高压眼镜阀,包括左阀体、波纹管、阀板、丝杆、左螺母、右螺母、右阀体、左阀座、右阀座,阀板固定在丝杆中部,丝杆的左端通过左螺母安装在左阀座上,丝杆的右端通过右螺母安装在右阀座上,左、右阀体与左、右阀座之间分别焊有波纹管,左、右阀体上分别装有左、右支承板,丝杆穿过左支承板通过限位板与左阀体固定连接,丝杆穿过右支承板通过限位板、压盖与右阀体连接,阀板与左、右阀座之间采用三道密封结构,第一道采用同心圆交替相嵌的三角螺纹结构,第二道采用金属O形圈密封,第三道采用特种高分子材料的软密封。
本发明的有益效果是阀板与阀座之间采用三道密封结构,既可以耐高压又可以实现多级降压的目的,提高了阀门的密封性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高压眼镜阀,包括左阀体1、波纹管5、阀板8、丝杆4、左螺母6、右螺母9、右阀体14、左阀座7、右阀座11,阀板8固定在丝杆4中部,丝杆4的左端通过左螺母6安装在左阀座7上,丝杆4的右端通过右螺母9安装在右阀座11上,左阀体1和左阀座7之间以及右阀体14和右阀座11之间分别焊有波纹管5,左、右阀体上分别装有左支承板3和右支承板13,丝杆4穿过左支承板3通过限位板2与左阀体1固定连接,丝杆4穿过右支承板13通过限位板、压盖12与右阀体14连接,阀板8与左、右阀座之间采用三道密封结构10,如图2所示,第一道采用同心圆交替相嵌的三角螺纹结构15,第二道采用金属O形圈密封16,第三道采用特种高分子材料的软密封17。
当丝杆4转动,驱动左螺母6和右螺母9旋转,在波纹管5的作用下,带动左阀座7和右阀座11挤压阀板8,同时挤压它们之间的密封结构10,由于采用三道密封结构,在高压环境中,能够起到更好的密封效果。

1.一种高压眼镜阀,包括左阀体、波纹管、阀板、丝杆、左螺母、右螺母、右阀体、左阀座、右阀座,阀板固定在丝杆中部,丝杆的左端通过左螺母安装在左阀座上,丝杆的右端通过右螺母安装在右阀座上,左、右阀体与左、右阀座之间分别焊有波纹管,左、右阀体上分别装有左、右支承板,丝杆穿过左支承板通过限位板与左阀体固定连接,丝杆穿过右支承板通过限位板、压盖与右阀体连接,其特征在于:所述阀板与左、右阀座之间采用三道密封结构,第一道采用同心圆交替相嵌的三角螺纹结构,第二道采用金属O形圈密封,第三道采用特种高分子材料的软密封。
