技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接模块(link module),该连接模块是如下类型的,其包括:多个连接杆,适于连接两个联接器毂;润滑脂,适于润滑多个连接杆和联接器毂之间的连接。
背景技术
已知带有金属弹簧的联接器(coupling)包括通过弹簧元件可旋转地连接的两个毂。
弹簧元件插入毂的凹槽中。然后润滑脂涂敷到弹簧元件和毂上。盖子定位于弹簧元件、毂和润滑脂上方并被固定于毂。
这种联接器具有几个缺点。因为润滑脂在弹簧元件之后被涂敷并且与之无关地涂敷,因此所涂敷的润滑脂的质量取决于操作者并且未被限定。同样,润滑脂的分布未被限定并且润滑脂的质量取决于操作者。此外,润滑脂的类型可从所需的润滑脂的类型而改变,因此可能使用不合适类型的润滑脂。
此外,考虑到弹簧元件和润滑脂必须被单独地存储和订购,因而物流和处理很复杂。
最后,安装和润滑操作很耗时。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的联接器,由附图标记2表示。
联接器2包括两个联接器毂4、6以及两个连接模块8。在下文中,仅描述一个连接模块8,另一个是相同的。联接器2围绕中心轴线X-X延伸。以下将参照所述中心轴线X-X使用“径向地”、“轴向地”和“圆周地”的表达。
可选地,联接器2可包括单个连接模块8。
每个毂4均包括具有圆柱形基部10和突出部12的本体。突出部12相对于轴线X-X径向地延伸。每个突出部12都具有平行六面体的形状。每个突出部12都包括轴向端部,所述轴向端部沿朝向相邻的毂4轴向延伸的方向变窄。两个圆周地相邻的毂12之间总是均限定有间隙14。
这两个毂4是相同的。
在装配好的状态下,这两个毂4的间隙14圆周地彼此对齐。

该连接杆18为直线的。连接杆18的横向截面可为矩形和梯形。

连接模块8也设置有适于润滑多个连接杆18与联接器毂4之间的连接的润滑脂24。在非安装状态中,润滑脂24总是均在两个相邻的连接杆18之间延伸。
连接模块8还包括包装件26,所述包装件围绕连接元件22和润滑脂24,特别是连接杆18。在包装件26未安装在毂上的状态下,该包装件是不渗透润滑脂的。因此,在没有联接器毂4的情况下,连接模块8能够以单件形式被操纵,而润滑脂24不会从包装件26泄漏。
该包装件26包括易碎壁,适于在连接杆18,或连接模块8放置在联接器毂4上的过程中损坏。进一步地,易碎壁必须损坏以将连接杆18放置在联接器毂4上。该易碎壁例如由塑料制成。
优选地,易碎壁包括薄弱部分,例如具有减小的厚度,形成断裂位置。
在目前的示例中,在轴线X-X上,连接模块8通常为中空圆柱形的,更具体地为中空的半圆柱形状。在联接器2包括单个连接模块8的情况下,连接模块8呈现出基本围绕360°延伸的空心圆柱体的通常形状。
包装件26包括具有内壁30和外壁32的封套28。在这种情况下,内壁30为易碎壁。
在目前的示例中,在封套28未安装在毂4上的状态下,所述封套被封闭以不渗透润滑脂,并且封套例如为袋子。
封套28是由塑料制成的,如热收缩性或真空收缩性的塑料。因此,封套28将元件的形状环抱在所述封套28内。封套28可包括膜。另外,封套28可由除了塑料之外的材料制成,例如由密封涂层(特别是石蜡)制成。
外壁30或内壁32中至少一个包括总是在两个相邻连接杆18之间的空间延伸的凹槽34。这些凹槽34在安装的过程中能够环抱突出部12并帮助连接元件22相对于毂4的定位。有利地,通过在施加真空或加热过程中使封套28收缩而形成凹槽34。

轴向中心壳体40为比封套28的外壁32更有刚性的圆柱形片材。轴向中心壳体40由塑料制成。轴向中心壳体40被挤压在连接杆18的径向外部部分上。壳体40例如由金属板或塑料制成。
轴向中心壳体40有助于在将模块8放置在毂4上的过程中分配连接元件22上的冲击力。挤压在轴向中心壳体40上的外壁32足够坚固,以使得在将模块8安装在毂4上所需力的作用下不会损坏,特别是在锤击下不会损坏。
可选地,轴向端部壳体36、38和/或轴向中心壳体40可被省却。

按照如下制造连接模块8:
首先,制造波状连接元件22(参见图3)。
然后,轴向端部壳体36、38插在连接部分20上(见图4),壳体36、38的圆周端部与连接元件22的圆周端部对齐。
然后,轴向中心壳体40被定位在壳体36、38之间并沿圆周方向与壳体36、38及连接元件22的圆周端部对齐(参见图5)。
然后,润滑脂24总是插入两个相邻的连接杆18之间的间隙。接着,封套28被定位在连接元件22、润滑脂24、轴向端部壳体36和38以及轴向中心壳体40的周围。
接着,封套28例如通过加热或施加真空而经历其材料的收缩。
最后,连接模块8呈现如图2所示的结构。
通过使用连接模块8而按照如下制造图1的联接器2。
首先,两个毂4被制造和定位成使得这两个毂4轴向对齐并且间隙14沿周向对齐。
接着,在当前的示例中,两个连接模块8被挤压在两个毂4的突出部12上,以使得连接杆18插入到两个毂4的所有间隙14中。
在该定位过程中,易碎壁被损坏并且润滑脂24与连接杆18同时插入到间隙14中。
最后,盖子6被放置在连接模块8上方。
连接模块8、联接器2及其制造方法具有以下优点:
联接器的使用者必须仅取得和管理单一类型的对象,即,连接模块8,而不是分离的连接元件和润滑脂。此外,润滑脂的类型、润滑脂的质量以及润滑脂的量是预先确定的且适于联接器的操作需求。
连接模块8的放置是清洁且快速的。在这方面,省却了清洗润滑工具的步骤。
其次,包装件也可用作包含技术信息的营销保持器或技术介质。

Claims (9)

1.一种连接模块(8),所述连接模块的类型为包括:
-多个连接杆(18),适于连接两个联接器毂,
-润滑脂(24),适于润滑所述多个连接杆(18)与所述联接器毂之间的连接,
其特征在于,所述连接模块(8)包括包装件(26),所述包装件设置有以不渗透所述润滑脂的方式围绕所述连接杆和所述润滑脂的封套(28),特别是在没有联接器毂和/或盖子的情况下。
