本发明公开了一种验布机，包括：四周高、中间低的布匹放置平台，上述布匹放置平台的上表面安装有光源，两端设有夹杆，上述布匹放置平台上方平行设置一个感光板，上述感光板与布匹放置平台相对的一面涂覆有吸光材料。有益之处在于：本发明的一种验布机，大大提高了验布效率，结构简单，能够收纳，减少了占地面积；而且设备初投资低，后期运行成本也不高，适用于小型服装加工厂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装行业的设备，具体涉及一种验布机。
背景技术
要加工出高品质的服装，首先要保证原料过关。所以，必须检查布匹是否存在划破、破洞等质量瑕疵。现有技术中有的通过人工目测，难免存在疏忽，造成后续产品不良，损失较大；有的则是通过大型的验布机来检测，准确可靠，但是该设备价格昂贵，而且占地面积大，一般的小型服装厂难以投入使用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种使用方便、设备投入小且检验结果准确可靠的验布机。 
为了实现上述目标，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一种验布机，包括：四周高、中间低的布匹放置平台，上述布匹放置平台的上表面安装有光源，两端设有夹杆，上述布匹放置平台上方平行设置一个感光板，上述感光板与布匹放置平台相对的一面涂覆有吸光材料。
前述感光板与布匹放置平台的四周之间的距离小于10cm。
前述感光板上设有传感器，用于感应感光板上的光斑数目。
前述感光板上还设有一警报器，当感应到的光斑数目高于设定值时，警报器报警。
前述布匹放置平台通过一枢轴与另一固定物枢转连接。
本发明的有益之处在于：本发明的一种验布机，大大提高了验布效率，结构简单，能够收纳，减少了占地面积；而且设备初投资低，后期运行成本也不高，适用于小型服装加工厂。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
参见图1，本发明的一种验布机，包括一个布匹放置平台1，该布匹放置平台1的四周高、中间低，在其上表面（也就是中间的低处）安装有光源2，两端（也就是四周的高处）设有夹杆3，在布匹放置平台1上方平行设置一个感光板4，感光板4与布匹放置平台1相对的一面涂覆有吸光材料。
优选地，感光板4与布匹放置平台1的四周之间的距离小于10cm。
进一步地，在感光板4上设有传感器5，用于感应感光板4上的光斑数目。此外，在感光板4上还设有一警报器6，当感应到的光斑数目高于设定值时，警报器6就报警，自动报告布匹质量不合格。
检验布匹质量时，将布匹通过夹杆3固定在布匹放置平台1的上方，打开光源2，如果布匹上有划破、破洞等漏光区域，则感光板4上就会出现光斑，传感器5就会感应并反馈，当光斑的数目高于设定值的时候，就会触动警报器6报警，实现自动检验。
作为一种优选，布匹放置平台1通过一枢轴7与另一固定物比如墙壁等枢转连接，而布匹放置平台1下方的支脚8也是能够折叠的，当不使用的时候，可以将该验布机折叠收纳，减少占地面积，提高车间使用的灵活性。

1.一种验布机，其特征在于，包括：四周高、中间低的布匹放置平台，上述布匹放置平台的上表面安装有光源，两端设有夹杆，上述布匹放置平台上方平行设置一个感光板，上述感光板与布匹放置平台相对的一面涂覆有吸光材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种验布机，其特征在于，上述感光板与布匹放置平台的四周之间的距离小于10cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种验布机，其特征在于，上述感光板上设有传感器，用于感应感光板上的光斑数目。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种验布机，其特征在于，上述感光板上还设有一警报器，当感应到的光斑数目高于设定值时，警报器报警。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种验布机，其特征在于，上述布匹放置平台通过一枢轴与另一固定物枢转连接。
