Abstract
本发明公开了一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,该改良结构中的密封装置分别定位于所述两侧板相对一侧,且能够软性抵紧密封侧板与投料门门板之间的缝隙,改变原来使用铜条压紧密封而利用气胎管为压紧元件来压紧软性密封条,从而实现投料门门板两侧边的密封,该结构密封效果好,密封压紧力均衡一致,不易出现缝隙,有效防止了粉尘的泄漏,从而保证了作业环境的良好和密炼质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密炼机加料门的改良结构,尤其涉及一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,适用于密炼机加料门两侧边的密封。
背景技术
目前常见密炼机的加料门安装在加料斗前壁下部的上端,并安装于对称设置的左、右侧板之间,通过与加料门相通的油缸进行驱动来实现加料门的开关动作。现有密炼机的加料门密封装置通常直接采用铜条进行密封,或者采用如图1和图2所示的结构对加料门两侧进行密封,即采用一组弹簧或螺钉等顶住夹在容置框与侧板之间的铜条实现密封效果。但由于两侧板通常情况下采用的均为硬质钢板,其与同样为硬性材质的铜条之间的密封效果并不良好,极易出现粉尘泄漏的情况,造成作业环境污染严重;同时在使用过程中,由于不断的开关加料门,易造成铜条的磨损从而造成其与左右侧板接触面间的缝隙增大。同时由于采用弹簧或螺钉等螺纹结构进行密封条压紧度的调整,使得密封条的承受力不均衡,易使密封条与侧板间出现间断性缝隙;且随着使用次数增加,弹簧弹力会不断降低、螺纹会产生磨损等,最终仍会出现密封面泄漏粉尘的情况,影响密炼质量以及作业环境。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明提供了一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,该密封装置的密封效果好,且密封件耐用易更换,改善了机器作业环境,降低了故障率。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,包括对称设置的两侧板,安装于所述两侧板之间的投料门门板,还包括两密封装置,所述两密封装置分别定位于所述两侧板相对一侧上,且所述密封装置能够软性抵紧密封所述两侧板与投料门门板之间的缝隙。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述密封装置由软性密封条、压紧元件和分别固定于所述两侧板上的容置框组成,所述软性密封条和所述压紧元件均容置于所述容置框内,且所述软性密封条抵紧压设于所述侧板上,所述压紧元件抵紧压设于所述软性密封条上。
所述容置框的横截面呈U型结构,且所述U型结构的开口方向朝向侧板。
所述压紧元件为气胎管。
本发明的有益技术效果为:该改良结构分别安装于两侧板相对一侧,且能够软性抵紧密封侧板与投料门门板之间的缝隙,利用气胎管为压紧元件来压紧软性密封条,从而实现投料门门板两侧边的密封,该结构密封效果好,密封压紧力均衡一致,不易出现缝隙,有效防止了粉尘的泄漏,从而保证了作业环境的良好和密炼质量。

具体实施方式
结合图3与图4对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,包括对称设置的两侧板1,安装于所述两侧板1之间的投料门门板2,还包括两密封装置3,所述两密封装置3分别定位于所述两侧板相对一侧上,且所述密封装置3能够软性抵紧密封所述两侧板与投料门门板2之间的缝隙。
所述密封装置3由软性密封条31、压紧元件32和分别固定于所述两侧板上的容置框33组成,所述软性密封条31和所述压紧元件32均容置于所述容置框33内,且所述软性密封条31抵紧压设于所述侧板1上,所述压紧元件32抵紧压设于所述软性密封条31上。所述容置框33的横截面呈U型结构,且所述U型结构的开口方向朝向侧板1,且所述压紧元件32为气胎管。由于气胎管每个地方的压力分布均匀,因此当其抵紧压设于软性密封条31上时,能够使软性密封条31很均匀的贴紧在两侧板1上,能够实现很好的密封效果。
本发明中所述软性密封条31采用耐磨软质材料制备而成,通常采用软性耐磨高分子材料制备而成,优选可采用铁氟龙制备而成。
Claims (4)
1.一种密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,包括对称设置的两侧板(1),安装于所述两侧板(1)之间的投料门门板(2),其特征在于:还包括两密封装置(3),所述两密封装置(3)分别定位于所述两侧板相对一侧上,且所述密封装置(3)能够软性抵紧密封所述两侧板与投料门门板(2)之间的缝隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,其特征在于:所述密封装置(3)由软性密封条(31)、压紧元件(32)和分别固定于所述两侧板上的容置框(33)组成,所述软性密封条(31)和所述压紧元件(32)均容置于所述容置框(33)内,且所述软性密封条(31)抵紧压设于所述侧板(1)上,所述压紧元件(32)抵紧压设于所述软性密封条(31)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,其特征在于:所述容置框(33)的横截面呈U型结构,且所述U型结构的开口方向朝向侧板(1)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的密炼机加料门密封装置的改良结构,其特征在于:所述压紧元件(32)为气胎管。
